CHECK LIST FOR TROUBLESHOOTING

ALOHA
This guide will help support team step by step to find out the AlohaPOS problems
before calling dev team.

There are fews steps need to go through when causing problem:

 Is Integration Application opened?


 AlohaPOS login and clockin?
 No order is marked “FAIL” to eios.int_integration_request_que?
 No order is marked “PROCESSING” to eios.int_integration_request_que?

Quick solutions:
1. Restart Integration Application by closing and opening again
Or

1. Restart AlohaPOS
2. After Aloha program start completely
3. Login with 222
4. Clockin with 222
5. Open Integration Application again.

Query solution:
The queue which is called “eios.int_integration_request_que” that the place stores all orders from CSC
and wait to proceed to the AlohaPOS.

Let’s see the query:

select * from eios.int_integration_request_que


order by int_Sequence_No desc
limit 10;

Output:
The special columns need to be verified:

Basic steps:

1. Run to find FAIL orders

select * from eios.int_integration_request_que


order by int_Sequence_No desc
limit 20;

2. Pick the relevant int_process_id of FAIL order


(Ex: EK-NYMDF40KO3GRT2Q418Q …)

3. Run to see the log

SELECT * FROM aloha_integration.mylog


where 1=1
AND key_processingid ='EK-NYMDF40KO3GRT2Q418Q ';
If you find some errors contain:
“0xC0068021” Wrong PLU2
“0xC0068028” Wrong Modifier
“0xC0068029” Wrong Modifier
4. Run to see the detail log

SELECT * FROM aloha_integration.mylog


where 1=1
AND MESSAGE LIKE '%0xC00%'
AND LOG_DATE >='2019-11-02 00:00:00' (should put the correct date time)

“0xC00…” please refer the aloha document.
