The Genesis:

We are a bunch of learning junkies: obsessively-compulsively addicted to making meaningful learning

happen and delivering learning outcomes! We are also totally sold on the idea that data is the new
currency driving the world and data-driven analytics and automation determines survival and success.
So we decided that our mission is to make all knowledge professionals data-proficient thus ensuring
their success in our data and automation driven future (and yes make the world a better place while we
are at it).

Growth Story:

A brainchild of Mohan Lakhamraju and Hari Nair, Great Learning came about in mid-2013. Starting from a
4-member team, today we are 60 strong and growing fast. We have created a network of 200+ expert
faculty and mentors who help us deliver high quality blended learning experiences across 4 programs
and six metros. Over last three years, we have delivered over 1,000,000 hours of impactful learning, had
a 100x growth in learners, a 30x growth in revenue and we are just getting warmed up. We are leaders –
our BABI program is ranked #1 in India 2 years in a row (sky shots) and this spot is very close to our
hearts - we do everything in the box and out of the box to defend the crown. We love our programs and
we feel immense pride every time our graduates crack new jobs, new promotions, new roles and start
new divisions or startups - but we are never satisfied and will never stop!

Great Team:

This great team has alums from Stanford, Berkeley, MIT, IITs, Duke, MDI, IIM-A, IIM-S, NMIMS and MICA,
who have worked with Tiger Global, Flipkart, Boston Consulting Group, Zipdial, Citi, SAP and P&G
amongst others. Meet our matrix (reloaded obviously) team:

• Mohan (aka Mr. Fixit): Mohan is the cofounder and CEO and spends most of his time dreaming
up the future and setting impossible goals for us. He is a serial entrepreneur and ex-VC investor
at Tiger Global and DFJ. He holds an MBA (Stanford), MS (UC Berkeley) and B.Tech (IIT Bombay).
• HKN (Hari Krishnan Nair aka UberNinja): Hari is the cofounder and heads the marketing, sales and
alliances initiatives. Hari was the co-founder at iLabs, a marketing automation startup that he
built and successfully sold and has an MBA from MDI Gurgaon.
• Arjun Nair (aka Lean Machine): Arjun leads the learning experience and operations, ensuring
have a wonderful and smooth learning experience. Arjun graduated from MIT Sloan (MBA), Duke
University (MS) and Kerala University (B.Tech).
• Vinod (aka Pokerpurist): A passionate technology man of multiple talents, Vinod is the person
spearheading the core technology initiatives. Vinod holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay, 7 years of
experience at Stratify, followed by 4 years at Flipkart.
 • Pankaj (aka BigBadBeancounter): Pankaj manages accounts, finance and treasury operations, also
coordinates the information support systems of the company. He is a management graduate
from NMIMS Mumbai and is also an associate member of ICAI.
• Harish (aka Forest Gump): When he is not running and triathloning, Harish focuses on business
development, launching new programs and people development. Harish earned an MBA from
Kellogg, and an MS in Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Job Responsibilities:

Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):
• Ownership of Program Office activities at Gurgaon & Pune covering all aspects of program delivery
and participants learning experience
• Coordinate with faculty to create best in class learning material (videos, reading material, assignments
etc)
• Support faculty and senior managers to ensure that participant’s learning outcomes are met and a
high level of satisfaction is maintained
• Be the first point contact for participants, troubleshoot queries and manage discussions
• Assist program director and senior operations and academics managers in planning oncampus
sessions, preparing schedules, evaluation, grading and coordinating with faculty (including senior
professionals from the industry)
• Monitor participants’ performance and various program trackers to ensure the program is running
well in areas of responsibility and escalate cases as needed
• Collate learning material, solutions and grades from faculty and upload to the LMS
• Review course videos to ensure quality
• Ensure infrastructure and technology readiness during on-campus sessions and live webinars during
weekends and be available to ensure smooth operations and delivery
 • Manage, identify and implement processes for smoother program management to ensure a
consistent and trouble free learning experience
• Coordinate with IT and Admin to ensure smooth execution at various locations Travel to other cities
as needed to manage residencies

Relevant Background:

• 2 or more years of experience in managing program office for an academic or training organization
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Passion for learning and having great learning outcomes
• Bachelor’s, preferably in business management or MBA
• Intermediate level knowledge in Excel and other productivity tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience with a learning management system is useful, but not required. However, candidates
should be comfortable learning and using technology tools for answering queries and enabling participants
learn online
