STRENGTHS / TRAINING NEEDS

DETAIL EMPLOYEE'S GREATEST STRENGTHS

Indy excels at his primary job, which is boosting morale in the office. Anxiety and depression numbers are way down, especially
considering the dystopia we’re now living. He has really improved his leash skills, and it's been a full year since he last pooped
inside. He’s also become more consistent with howling at firetrucks, which is hilarious. While he has always been punctual, we
appreciate how often now he lets us sleep in now that we don't need to be up so early for work.

DETAIL ASPECTS REQUIRING IMPROVEMENT

While he has improved at destroying things (via poo, pee, or eating things), he can still work on some aspects. Particularly, he
could stop eating grass & then coming inside to barf it back up on the carpet. Also, while his borks do improve security, he could
improve by learning the difference between the sound of murderers and that of a child riding a bike past the apartment. Finally, he
should work on snuggling. It’s fine to occasionally desire personal space but when his manager moves from the bed to the sofa early
in the morning, he should recognize that that is always an invitation (if not requirement) for top quality snugs.

GOALS

ACHIEVED GOALS SET IN PREVIOUS REVIEW?

- fewer indoor accidents

- hasn’t eaten any power cables in more than a year
- learned “stay,” “spin,” “leave it,” “drop it,” “up,” and “down”
- mostly okay at returning the ball during “fetch”

GOALS FOR NEXT REVIEW PERIOD

 - finally learn “roll over”

- fewer borks
- more snugs
- sit quietly for nail clippings and baths
- actually come when called even when not bribed with cheese
