Logging In
Logging onto www.mannatech.com
1. Type www.mannatech.com directly in your browser.
Do not use your old bookmark.
2. Select your country of choice
3. Once the login page appears, log into the site with your account number and password
4. Click on the “Manage My Business” link in the left navigation.

Case Sensitive
Passwords are now Case Sensitive. If you enter your account number and password and
do not get in, make sure you use the correct case. If you still can not get in, use the Forgot
My Password link just below the login box. Once you use the Forgot My Password option,
you will be routed to a page to reset your password. You can use the old password with
the casing you choose.

“Forgot My Password”
When logging in, if you enter your account and password, then click go and you do not get
in, you can to reset your password. Use the “Forgot My Password” option. It is located
under the login box in the upper left corner.

Here you enter your Security Answer. If you have forgotten your security question/answer
or haven't created one, See the Security Question Not Set Up or You Forgot The Answer?
Section of this guide.

Security Question Not Set Up or You Forgot The Answer?


If you have “Forgot your security question or haven't created one?”
1. Enter your account number and your best guess at the answer then click Submit.
2. You will see the following Error at the top of the page:
Sorry!
You do not have a security question set up for your account. If you would like to proceed by
validating additional account information click here.
3. Click the click here.
4. Enter the Required Information.
Associates: please enter your Tax ID/SSN government ID on file (for
US/CAN/JPN/TAI/KOR) or the phone number that we had stored for you in the old
system (GER/DEN/AUS/NZ).
Members enter the phone number on file.
2. Click Submit
Note: If your information can not be validated, see Your Government ID Can Not Be
Validated later in this section.

Your Government ID could not be Validated


If we can not validate your information, you get an error telling you to that the data could
not be validated and to Click Send to have your password sent to you. Click the Submit /
Send button directly under the error.

Creating and Managing Orders for You and your Downline
Creating Orders (One Time, MPM and Automatic Orders)
For you and your Downline
All orders are created with the
same process. If you are creating
an automatic order, Place the
order first, and near the end of
creating the order, you are asked
to “Set up an Automatic Order?” .
Please do the following:
1. Log in to Mannatech.com.
2. Click Orders from the Left
Navigation.
3. Click Continue under Create
Order/ Automatic Order
4. Add products to your
shopping cart.
5. When you have all your
desired products in your cart,
click Check Out from the View Your Cart page.

Note: The system pre-populates Credit To Account Number with your account number.

If this is for your downline, do the following:


1. Change this number to their account number.
2. Click Update.
3. You also can change the Account number in the Shipping and Billing sections. If this is for
a non-associate or member, leave it blank, and type over the current address with that of
the buyer.
Make sure you click
Update to have the
system populate the
address field for you.
If you enter or edit
the address you may
need to validate the
address.

4. Once the
information and
address are
correct, click
Continue.

You are now asked for the Payment Information.

On this page you have


the option to turn this
order into an Automatic
Order (AO).

When you click “Yes”,


you have the option to
set up your Automatic
Order.
Do the following:
1. Enter your first
generation date and
select your free
product.
2. Click Continue to
complete the order.
You can still modify this
AO after the GlobalView
system updates it. See
the modify instructions in
this document for
assistance.

Manage My Downline Orders


Downline Automatic Order Management and Search

To Manage an Automatic Order for someone in your downline:


1. Log in to your mannatech.com account.
2. Click on Manage My Orders in the left side navigation.
3. At the bottom of
the page you will
see the Downline
Automatic Order
Search box.
4. Enter the account number of your
downline.
5. You will now be able to Edit, Cancel or
Manage the AO.
6. To Manage or Manage/Edit the order,
enter the credit card used and click the
appropriate box.
7. The AO will now be listed in your
Automatic Order area of the My
Downline Orders section once you have made the needed changes and clicked submit.

To modify my downlines automatic
orders
Go to the Manage My Order page:
You find your downlines automatic orders near the
bottom of the page. Things
You can change all details of an AO order including you can
the Generation Date. change
Do the following: --------
Products
1. Click an automatic order. This shows the details. --------
2. Enter the credit card number and click the edit Quantities
link. If you are not sure which credit card was --------

used, you can see the last 4 digits in the details. Type

on the order). Once you click the update button,
this steps you through the checkout process.
This is NOT generated a new order, but rather
it submits your auto order changes to our
Globalview system.

Manage My Orders
To modify my automatic order
Do the following:
1. Go to the Manage My Orders page.
2. Click your automatic order in the Automatic Order
Section to See the details and Update.
3. Enter the credit card number and click the edit link. If you
are not sure of the credit card you used, you can see the
last 4 digits in the details of the order.
4. Click “add products” to go to a product page.
Please note that your current products are pre-populated.
Remove the Qty if you need to remove a product.
5. Make any additional changes like the Generation Date or
Shipping info.
6. In the payment section need to remove the
XXXXXXXXXXX6262 and replace it with the credit card
number.
7. Update (make sure you have phone numbers on the
order). Once you click the update button, this steps you
through the checkout process. This is NOT generated a
new order, but rather it submits your auto order changes
to our Globalview system.

Why is My Order on Hold?
Normal Order Processing Status Descriptions

Pending

Unknown Processing

Processed Warehouse
Order
Placement

Cancelled Backorder

Shipped Partial

Pending The order has been accepted by the web but has not
been confirmed in GlobalView yet.

Processing The order has been accepted by GlobalView and is


processing.

Warehouse The order has printed in the warehouse and is being


physically processed.

Backorder All products within the order are on backorder.

Partial Some products on the order have been shipped and


others are on backorder.

Shipped All products within the order have shipped.

Cancelled The order has been cancelled.

Processed The order has been completed (in the case of


returns – will not show until returns are displayed on
the web)

Unknown Default status when controlled statues cannot be


identified.

Global Address and Vertex Holds

System Description
Global The address you have entered is currently not in our Global
Address Address database. We will validate the address manually and
release the Hold.
Vertex This system calculates the Tax for your specific order. If an
order is on a Vertex hold, the Tax will be researched and
calculated. The hold will then be released.

Account Hold, Payment Hold and Cancellation Statuses

Expired Expired Order paid for with a credit card that has expired.
Card Card
Cancelled Order that has cancelled after 5 authorization
attempts.
Awaiting Account on Order on hold due to the account being on collection
Cancelled Hold hold.
Payment
Awaiting Order on hold pending the receipt of wire transfer
Payment and/or COD funds.

Hold Types Pending One-time, automatic order or upgrade order that is


Registration on hold because the sign up order is in exception
status and must be resolved before this order can
process.
Pending Account Final Order on hold due to technical or data issues.
Registration on Hold Validation These will be few and will get less over time to the
point that this status will go away.

Cancellation credit card bank and cancelled the transaction.

Call Bank Order on hold for less obvious bank issues.

Undefined Default status.

Exception Order Help

Exception orders are those orders that are on hold due to issues with processing the credit
card. If the card cannot be processed once the order is submitted to our GlobalView system,
Mannatech provides you with the ability to change the credit card on the order and resubmit it.

The GlobalView system will automatically retry to authorize the card within 27 days of the order
being placed. If the card on the order cannot be authorized by the 27th day the order is
cancelled.

For the duration of the 27 days after the order is placed, Associates and Members can
resubmit the order with a new credit card or re-entering the accurate credit card information
(see the list of possible declination causes below, some issues relate to typos). If the card still
cannot be authorized the order is cancelled on the 27th day after the original order date.

Typically resubmitted orders are updated in the GlobalView system within seconds of
resubmission. Therefore, you will know within moments if the card was declined again. If the
order moves from the exception section to the regular order section then it has been
authorized successfully.

The credit card could be declined for the following reasons:

 Not The bank will not authorize the card due to insufficient funds.
 The expiration date was entered incorrectly.
 The card number was entered incorrectly.
 The card name was entered incorrectly.
 Various other bank issues i.e., card holds, etc.

To modify an exception order, log into the site and view the exception orders on the dashboard.

These orders are linked directly to the


detail of the order so you can resubmit
it with new information. You can also
access exception orders by clicking on
“Manage My Orders”. The exception
orders appear at the top of the page.
This section only appears IF you have
exception orders under your account.

Create and Manage your MannaPage
How to Create A
MannaPage
My MannaPages Manager
My URL is the space where you
enter the URL that you would
like.

Feel free to use a URL like,


www.mannapages.com/GiveYouHope
or /YOURNAME. The system
provides you with the ability to be
as creative as possible.

Note - the system will not allow


the use of profanity or words that
could compromise Mannatech,
legally.

My Contact Information is the


space where you enter the information that you want to appear on your Mannapage.

Your name will automatically appear.

You can choose to display “contact me” or “contact us”.

Your city and state appear on this page but not on your Mannapage. This is just for
confirmation on the Mannapage Manager page.

The following information is editable and optional, enter the info and check the Display on
Mannapage checkbox if you want them to appear on your Mannapage:
Email Address
Telephone
Fax Number
Display Highest Level Ever.

Once you have entered all information click the Create button. This will generate your URL
and reset your page. Feel free to access your URL and check it out!
(www.mannapages.com/your_user_id)

To Edit/Validate what your Mannapage URL


Log into www.mannatech.com. Click on Manage My Business, click My Mannapages. If the
preferences section is collapsed then a Mannapage for this account exists. To view the
Mannapage URL, click the Show Preferences link. This will expose the Mannapage URL and
custom components of the Mannapage. If this section is not collapsed when you access this
page, the Mannapage is not set up. To set up the Mannapage, view the Create and Manage
your MannaPage section above.

Register a New
Associate
Associate Registration

Please do the following:


1. Log in to
www.Mannatech.com.
2. Click Orders from the
Left Navigation.
3. Click Continue under
Register Associate or
Member
4. Click Register as an
Associate! Button at the
bottom of the
Advantages of becoming
a Mannatech Associate
section.
5. Select the country.
6. To become an Associate
Mannatech requires the
purchase of a pack or a
custom pack. Click the
pack name to view the
contents. To understand
more about the custom pack flow from this point access the “Custom Pack” section.
Only if a Registration Pack is selected, Select your Free Product.

7. Click Continue.

From the Associate


Registration Product
Summary Page, you will see
the pack you have chosen.

Click “Do you want to add


products to your order? to
continue shopping.

Click continue to proceed to


the New Associate
Information

You can also navigate back with the Previous Button or Cancel with the Cancel button.

New Associate Information page
On the Information page, you will enter their information and set up their Web Account.
Once their account is created, they can log into the site and Edit their account with the My
Preferences link on the Left
Navigation of the My MannaTech
page.
1. Enter the New Associates
Information in the Your
Information section.
2. If the Billing address is
different than the
associates click No in the
Billing Information section.
3. Set their Communication
Preferences.
4. Create their Password.
5. Set Up their Security
Question & Answer.

Sponsor/Enroller Section is where you will


designate someone in your downline to be the
Sponsor and/or Enroller for this new associate.
It is populated with the logged in associates
information. To change this you will click the
Magnifying Glass Icon next to Search Again.
Click the desired Associate and Click Continue
or Search Again if you did not find who you
were looking for.

You must Read and Agree to the Terms of Membership.


Click the check box next to “You must agree to these terms in order to proceed with
Membership Registration.”

Click Continue.

You will most likely be asked to validate the address and billing address.

Once you have hit continue on the Address Validation page for the new associates address
and the billing address you will need to Click the continue button again on the Your Information
page.

Order Shipping and Billing
From the Order Summary page you will be able to review and edit the Shipping and Billing info.

It automatically pulls in the New Associates info from the Your Information section of the
previous page.

1. You can add your or another


associates shipping/billing
address by adding the account
number in the Account Number
field and clicking Update.

The address for that account


number will populate the fields.

If you edit the address manually by


typing over the pre-populated
information,

2. Enter the name this order is to


be shipped to.
3. And if the Billing address is
different you will need to add a
Daytime Phone.
4. Enter the Payment Information
and the Shipping Method.
5. Click Continue.

The next page will display Your


Order.
You can add products if you decide.

If your order is pending you will see a message telling you why at the top of the page.

Confirm all the info and Click Submit.

You will see Thank You! Your order has been submitted at the top of the page.
E-mail confirmation message is also sent.

You can print a printer friendly version of this order from the link at the bottom of the page.

Click My Mannatech to get back to your web account.

Viewing a new Registration
Order
To view this Registration Order,

Click Manage My Orders from the


Left Navigation.
It will be listed under the Current
section of My Orders.

The Account number will be WEB if


it is on hold.

Other wise the newly created


account number and order will first
be listed as Processing until the
order process is complete.

To understand the Status please see the


Order Status Descriptions section of this guide.

Registering a New Member


Please do the following:
1. Log in to www.Mannatech.com.
2. Click Orders from the Left
Navigation.
3. Click Continue under Register
Associate or Member
4. You can see the additional
benefit information have the
following options:
a. Become a Member and
purchase Mannatech
products.
b. Become a Member with no
product purchase $10.00
(this amount is different for
each country)
5. If your Member chooses to
register without the product
purchase you will go to the
shopping cart
If your Member chooses to
become a member with products, the fee is waved.

6. Click Continue

7. The rest of the process is the same as The Register a New Associate section of this
document. Please see that section to complete the process.

The link titled “my preferences” in the left navigation routes the you to your profile page. This
page provides you with the ability to view your settings and/or edit them. The following
settings can be changed by clicking the Edit link next to the section:
