Logging In
Logging onto www.mannatech.com
1. Type www.mannatech.com directly in your browser.
Do not use your old bookmark.
2. Select your country of choice
3. Once the login page appears, log into the site with your account number and password
4. Click on the “Manage My Business” link in the left navigation.
Case Sensitive
Passwords are now Case Sensitive. If you enter your account number and password and
do not get in, make sure you use the correct case. If you still can not get in, use the Forgot
My Password link just below the login box. Once you use the Forgot My Password option,
you will be routed to a page to reset your password. You can use the old password with
the casing you choose.
“Forgot My Password”
When logging in, if you enter your account and password, then click go and you do not get
in, you can to reset your password. Use the “Forgot My Password” option. It is located
under the login box in the upper left corner.
Here you enter your Security Answer. If you have forgotten your security question/answer
or haven't created one, See the Security Question Not Set Up or You Forgot The Answer?
Section of this guide.

Creating and Managing Orders for You and your Downline
Creating Orders (One Time, MPM and Automatic Orders)
For you and your Downline
All orders are created with the
same process. If you are creating
an automatic order, Place the
order first, and near the end of
creating the order, you are asked
to “Set up an Automatic Order?” .
Please do the following:
1. Log in to Mannatech.com.
2. Click Orders from the Left
Navigation.
3. Click Continue under Create
Order/ Automatic Order
4. Add products to your
shopping cart.
5. When you have all your
desired products in your cart,
click Check Out from the View Your Cart page.
Note: The system pre-populates Credit To Account Number with your account number.

information and
address are
correct, click
Continue.

To modify my downlines automatic
orders
Go to the Manage My Order page:
You find your downlines automatic orders near the
bottom of the page. Things
You can change all details of an AO order including you can

this steps you through the checkout process.
This is NOT generated a new order, but rather
it submits your auto order changes to our
Globalview system.
Manage My Orders
To modify my automatic order
Do the following:
1. Go to the Manage My Orders page.
2. Click your automatic order in the Automatic Order
Section to See the details and Update.
3. Enter the credit card number and click the edit link. If you
are not sure of the credit card you used, you can see the
last 4 digits in the details of the order.
4. Click “add products” to go to a product page.
Please note that your current products are pre-populated.
Remove the Qty if you need to remove a product.
5. Make any additional changes like the Generation Date or
Shipping info.
6. In the payment section need to remove the
XXXXXXXXXXX6262 and replace it with the credit card
number.
7. Update (make sure you have phone numbers on the
order). Once you click the update button, this steps you
through the checkout process. This is NOT generated a
new order, but rather it submits your auto order changes
to our Globalview system.

Why is My Order on Hold?

been confirmed in GlobalView yet.

Global Address and Vertex Holds
System Description
Global The address you have entered is currently not in our Global
Address Address database. We will validate the address manually and
release the Hold.
Vertex This system calculates the Tax for your specific order. If an
order is on a Vertex hold, the Tax will be researched and
calculated. The hold will then be released.
Expired Expired Order paid for with a credit card that has expired.
Card Card
Cancelled Order that has cancelled after 5 authorization
attempts.
Awaiting Account on Order on hold due to the account being on collection
Cancelled Hold hold.
Payment
Awaiting Order on hold pending the receipt of wire transfer
Payment and/or COD funds.
Final

Exception Order Help
Exception orders are those orders that are on hold due to issues with processing the credit
card. If the card cannot be processed once the order is submitted to our GlobalView system,
Mannatech provides you with the ability to change the credit card on the order and resubmit it.
The GlobalView system will automatically retry to authorize the card within 27 days of the order
being placed. If the card on the order cannot be authorized by the 27th day the order is
cancelled.
For the duration of the 27 days after the order is placed, Associates and Members can
resubmit the order with a new credit card or re-entering the accurate credit card information
(see the list of possible declination causes below, some issues relate to typos). If the card still
cannot be authorized the order is cancelled on the 27th day after the original order date.
Typically resubmitted orders are updated in the GlobalView system within seconds of
resubmission. Therefore, you will know within moments if the card was declined again. If the
order moves from the exception section to the regular order section then it has been
authorized successfully.
Not The bank will not authorize the card due to insufficient funds.
The expiration date was entered incorrectly.
The card number was entered incorrectly.
The card name was entered incorrectly.
Various other bank issues i.e., card holds, etc.
To modify an exception order, log into the site and view the exception orders on the dashboard.

How to Create A
MannaPage
My MannaPages Manager
My URL is the space where you
enter the URL that you would
like.
Your city and state appear on this page but not on your Mannapage. This is just for
confirmation on the Mannapage Manager page.
The following information is editable and optional, enter the info and check the Display on
Mannapage checkbox if you want them to appear on your Mannapage:
Email Address
Telephone
Fax Number
Display Highest Level Ever.
Once you have entered all information click the Create button. This will generate your URL
and reset your page. Feel free to access your URL and check it out!

You can also navigate back with the Previous Button or Cancel with the Cancel button.

New Associate Information page
On the Information page, you will enter their information and set up their Web Account.
Once their account is created, they can log into the site and Edit their account with the My
Preferences link on the Left
Navigation of the My MannaTech
page.
1. Enter the New Associates
Information in the Your
Information section.
2. If the Billing address is
different than the
associates click No in the
Billing Information section.
3. Set their Communication
Preferences.
4. Create their Password.
5. Set Up their Security
Question & Answer.
Click Continue.
You will most likely be asked to validate the address and billing address.
Once you have hit continue on the Address Validation page for the new associates address
and the billing address you will need to Click the continue button again on the Your Information
page.

Order Shipping and Billing
From the Order Summary page you will be able to review and edit the Shipping and Billing info.
It automatically pulls in the New Associates info from the Your Information section of the
previous page.
If your order is pending you will see a message telling you why at the top of the page.
You will see Thank You! Your order has been submitted at the top of the page.
E-mail confirmation message is also sent.
You can print a printer friendly version of this order from the link at the bottom of the page.

Viewing a new Registration

To view this Registration Order,

My Preferences
The link titled “my preferences” in the left navigation routes the you to your profile page. This
page provides you with the ability to view your settings and/or edit them. The following
settings can be changed by clicking the Edit link next to the section:

o Subscribe or Opt
