Betty Botter bought a bit of butter;

“But,” she said, “this butter's bitter!

If I put it in my batter

It will make my batter bitter.

But a bit o’ better butter

Will make my batter better.”

Then she bought a bit o’ butter

Better than the bitter butter,

Made her bitter batter better.

So ’twas better Betty Botter

Bought a bit o’ better butter.

There was a farmer who sold a pound of butter to a baker. One day the baker decided to weigh the
butter to see if he was getting the right amount, which he wasn’t. Angry about this, he took the farmer
to court.

The judge asked the farmer if he was using any measure to weight the butter. The farmer replied,
“Honor, I am primitive. I don’t have a proper measure, but I do have a scale.”

The judge asked, “Then how do you weigh the butter?”

The farmer replied;

“Your Honor, long before the baker started buying butter from me, I have been buying a pound loaf of
bread from him. Every day when the baker brings the bread, I put it on the scale and give him the same
weight in butter. If anyone is to be blamed, it is the baker.”

Moral of the story:

In life, you get what you give. Don’t try and cheat others.

[4/8, 10:15 AM] +92 304 3835975: *CHICO AND THE CRANE*

There was a cook named Chico. His master had visitors for dinner and Chico was told to fry a crane.
Chico felt hungry and so he ate one leg of the crane.

At dinnertime, when the master saw a missing leg, he shouted, “Chico! Why does this crane have only
one leg?”

Chico replied, “Sir, haven’t you seen cranes before? They only have one leg!”

To teach Chico a lesson, next morning, his master took him to the pond nearby. Chico exclaimed, “Look,
Master! Cranes have only one leg!”

The master clapped his hands and all the cranes uncurled their other legs and flew away.

“You fool! Did you see they have two legs!” cried the master.

Clever Chico replied, “Sir, why didn’t you clap your hands at the table? You would have got two legs!”
[4/8, 10:15 AM] +92 304 3835975: ☘☘☘🍁🍁🍁🍀🍀🍀🍂🍂🍂🌿🌿🌿🍃🍃🍃The Blind Girl (Change):

There was a blind girl who hated herself purely for the fact she was blind. The only person she didn’t
hate was her loving boyfriend, as he was always there for her. She said that if she could only see the
world, she would marry him.

One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her – now she could see everything, including her
boyfriend. Her boyfriend asked her, “now that you can see the world, will you marry me?”

The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend was blind too, and refused to marry him. Her
boyfriend walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to her saying:

“Just take care of my eyes dear.”

Moral of the story:

When our circumstances change, so does our mind. Some people may not be able to see the way things
were before, and might not be able to appreciate them. There are many things to take away from this
story, not just one.

This is one of the inspirational short stories that left me speechless.

[4/8, 8:29 PM] +92 304 3835975: *Agreeing and disagreeing*

🔺If you’re in a meeting and someone says something that you don’t agree with, how would you
respond? There are many different options.

🔺You could say:

🔹I disagree

🔹That’s wrong
🔹I’m not sure about that

🔹I see your point, but…

🔺There are also many other options. Which one is the best to choose?

🔹This depends on several factors, including how strongly you disagree, the relationship between you
and the person you disagree with, and the culture both of the person you disagree with and the other
people in the meeting.

🔹Saying I disagree or you’re wrong is very direct and can possibly cause offence in some cultures. This
way of disagreeing is very uncommon in British English as it is viewed as too aggressive in that culture.

🔺 The most common way to disagree in British English is to use the basic structure:

Agree + but + disagree

I see what you mean but I don’t think that’d work’.

you want to show you agree with someone, you can simply say ‘yes’ or ‘I agree’. If you want to show
that you strongly agree, it’s common to add a strong adverb before agree, such as ‘I completely agree’
or ‘I totally agree’.

🔺 If you’re not sure of the best way to agree or disagree in any situation, it’s probably best to choose the
most polite form at first, you can always change to a more direct, informal style once you feel more
comfortable.

[4/9, 10:29 AM] +92 304 3835975: Linguistics

Old English, Middle English, Modern English

Old English 499-1066 CE Beowulf

Middle English 1066-1500 CE Canterbury Tales

Modern English 1500-present Shakespeare

Phonological change: Between 1400 and 1600 CE, the Great Vowel Shift took place. The seven long
vowels of Middle English underwent changes. The high vowels [i] and [u] became the diphthongs [aj]
and [aw]. The long vowels increased tongue height and shifted upward, and [a] was fronted. Many of
the spelling inconsistencies of English are because of the Great Vowel Shift. Our spelling system still
reflects the way words were pronounced before the shift took place.
Morphological change: Many Indo-European languages had extensive case endings that governed word
order, but these are no longer found in Romance languages or English. Although pronouns still show a
trace of the case system (he vs. him), English uses prepositions to show the case. Instead of the dative
case (indirect objects), English usually the words to or for. Instead of the genitive case, English uses the
word of or 's after a noun to show possession. Other cases include the nominative (subject pronouns),
accusative (direct objects), and vocative.

Syntactic change: Because of the lack of the case system, word order has become more rigid and strict in
Modern English. Now it is strictly Subject - Verb - Object order.

Orthographic change: Consonant clusters have become simplified, such as hlaf becoming loaf and
hnecca becoming neck. However, some of these clusters are still written, but are no longer pronounced,
such as gnaw, write, and dumb.

Lexical change: Old English borrowed place names from Celtic, army, religious and educational words
from Latin, and everyday words from Scandinavian. Angle and Saxon (German dialects) form the basis of
Old English phonology, morphology, syntax and lexicon. Middle English borrowed many words from
French in the areas of government, law, religion, literature and education because of the Norman
Conquest in 1066 CE. Modern English borrowed words from Latin and Greek because of the influence of
the classics, with much scientific terminology.

[4/9, 11:21 AM] +92 304 3835975: Transitive verbs are verbs / verbs that need an object so that the
object can be the subject when the sentence is passive.

a. I killed a snake

b. Father killed snake

In sentence (a) snake is the object of the sentence and in sentence (b) snake is the subject of the
sentence. Until here understand?

There are three types of transitive verbs in Indonesian, namely extransitive verbs, dual transitive verbs,
and semitransitive verbs.
1. Ekatransitive Verbs

From the name alone, it can be seen that ectransitive verbs are verbs that are only followed by one
object, for example:

a. Budi makes toast.

b. Mother is cooking rice

2. Dwitransitif Verbs

Dual-transitive verbs are verbs that are followed by objects and supplements.

a. Dad is making kite brother

b. Mother named her baby Winda

In the example above, the kite and Winda are complementary because they cannot be subject when
passive. Meanwhile, our siblings and babies can be subjected to passive sentences.

a. You made kites by dad.

b. The baby is named Winda by Mother.

3. Semitransitive Verbs

Semitransitive verbs are verbs that can be followed by objects and may not be followed by objects. This
is different from ectransitive verbs where the existence of an object must exist.

a. Dad is reading a book

father is reading

b. Dad is watching television

dad is watching

c. Daddy is shooting a bird

dad is shooting

*What is the infinitive?*

The infinitive of a verb is its basic form with or without the particle to:

Examples:

'do' or 'to do'

'be' or 'to be'

The infinitive without to is called bare infinitive ('do', 'be')

The infinitive with to is called full infinitive ('to do', 'to be')

The bare infinitive

The bare infinitive is used as the main verb after the dummy auxiliary verb do, or most modal auxiliary
verbs (such as will, can, or should..)

Examples:

I do know him

I do like you.

I can do it .

Several common verbs of perception, including see, watch, hear, feel, and sense take a direct object and
a bare infinitive.

Examples:

I saw it happen

I watched it happen

The bare infinitive is also used with several common verbs of permission or causation, including make,
bid, let, and have.
Example:

I made/bade/let/had him do it.

(However, make takes a to-infinitive in the passive voice.

I was made to do it.

The bare infinitive is also used after had better.

Example:

You had better leave now

The verb help is followed by the bare infinitive.

Example:

He helped them do it. ("He helped them to do" is also possible)

With the word why.

Example:

Why say it?

The full infinitive

The full infinitive is used as follows:

The full infinitive can function as a noun phrase. In this case it is used as follows.

as a subject.

Examples:

To err is human, to forgive is divine.

as an object.

Examples:

I intended to marry her.

He wanted to know the whole truth.

It can also be used like an adjective or adverb.

Examples:

This is the game to watch. (to watch functions as an adjective, modifying the noun game)

This is the problem to think about. (to think about functions as an adjective modifying the noun 'the
problem')

He went to his friend's house to study. (to study functions as an adverb answering the question why he
went to his friend's house)

He is ready to go. (to go functions as an adverb, modifying the adjective 'ready'.)

It is used to mean "in order to" to express purpose

Examples:

You need to exercise regularly to lose weight. (...in order to lose weight)

He works hard to earn a lot of money. (...in order to earn a lot of money)

🔆 *The Silver Key*

It was a stormy night. A traveller reached an inn. As the hour was very late, he found the door locked
from within. He knocked at the door.

The gate-keeper responded to the knock, saying, "I have lost the key and the door cannot be opened
unless you have a silver key with you."

The traveller understood what he meant by the silver key. He immediately slipped a silver coin through
the hole, and the door opened.

As soon as he got in, he said to the gate keeper, "I have left my box outside, please bring it." As the gate-
keeper went out to bring the box, the traveller closed the door behind him.

The keeper asked him to open the door so that he may come in. Now the traveller replied from within, "I
have lost the key and a silver key is needed to open the door." Soon the coin was pushed again through
the hole and the dishonest man was let in.

Moral:
Dishonesty meets dishonesty.

An Old Lady in The Cruise:

A man asked why an old lady was all alone on a cruise ship. He noticed that although she was alone, all
the staff, ships officers, Waiters and busboys were very familiar with her. So, he asked the waiter who
the lady was, expecting to be told…she owned the line, but all the Waiter knew was that she was on the
last four cruises, back to back.

As he left the dining room one evening he caught her eye and stopped to say hello. They chatted and he
asked, "I understand you've been on this ship for the last four cruises."

She replied, "Yes, that's true."

He said, "I don't understand" and she replied, without a pause, "It's cheaper than a nursing home. So,
there will be no nursing home in my future. I'm staying on this cruise; the average cost for a nursing
home is $200 per day. Here, I can get a long term discount and senior discount price of $135 per day.
That leaves $65 a day for tips and extra cash. I have it made here. I can have as many as 10 meals a day
of fantastic food or room service which means I can have breakfast in bed every day of the week. I get
free pools, a workout room, free washers and dryers and shows every night. I get free toothpaste,
razors, and free soap and shampoo. They will even treat you like a customer, not a patient. An extra $5
worth of tips will have the entire staff scrambling to help you. I get to meet new people every 7 or 14
days! TV broken? Light bulb need changing? Need to have the matters replaced? No problem! They will
fix everything and apologize for your inconvenience. Clean sheets and towels every day and you don't
even have to ask for them. There is always a doctor on board. This is how I want to live the end of my
life".

*🌀 Live and Work*

Father was a hardworking man who delivered bread as a living to support his wife and three children. He
spent all his evenings after work attending classes, hoping to improve himself so that he could one day
find a better paying job. Except for Sundays, Father hardly ate a meal together with his family. He
worked and studied very hard because he wanted to provide his family with the best money could buy.

Whenever the family complained that he was not spending enough time with them, he reasoned that he
was doing all this for them. But he often yearned to spend more time with his family.

The day came when the examination results were announced. To his joy, Father passed, and with
distinctions too! Soon after, he was offered a good job as a senior supervisor which paid handsomely.

Like a dream come true, Father could now afford to provide his family with life’s little luxuries like nice
clothing, fine food and vacation abroad.

However, the family still did not get to see father for most of the week. He continued to work very hard,
hoping to be promoted to the position of manager. In fact, to make himself a worthily candidate for the
promotion, he enrolled for another course in the open university.

Again, whenever the family complained that he was not spending enough time with them, he reasoned
that he was doing all this for them. But he often yearned to spend more time with his family.

Father’s hard work paid off and he was promoted. Jubilantly, he decided to hire a maid to relieve his
wife from her domestic tasks. He also felt that their three-room flat was no longer big enough, it would
be nice for his family to be able to enjoy the facilities and comfort of a condominium. Having
experienced the rewards of his hard work many times before, Father resolved to further his studies and
work at being promoted again. The family still did not get to see much of him. In fact, sometimes Father
had to work on Sundays entertaining clients. Again, whenever the family complained that he was not
spending enough time with them, he reasoned that he was doing all this for them. But he often yearned
to spend more time with his family.
As expected, Father’s hard work paid off again and he bought a beautiful condominium overlooking the
coast of Singapore. On the first Sunday evening at their new home, Father declared to his family that he
decided not to take anymore courses or pursue any more promotions. From then on he was going to
devote more time to his family.

Father did not wake up the next day.

[4/5, 10:15 AM] Ahmad 🇵🇰❤️😘😘: *King Arthur*

When you imagine knights in shining armor, immediately, one name springs to mind—King Arthur. He
was known for his code of honor and

his bravery. He and his knights defended folks everywhere across his great kingdom.

People have been telling stories about King

Arthur for hundreds of years. Even today, these

tales are alive in people’s minds. Those who love these tales know precisely or exactly every detail of
Arthur’s story.

They can tell about the Round Table where Arthur and his

knights met as equals. In their minds, they can picture clearly the

towers of the castle at Camelot and the banners flying outside in

the wind. Their vision is so clear that they can practically hear the

sound of the knights on their horses rapidly charging. Of course,

they know too of the tragic love of Sir Lancelot for the beautiful

Lady Guinevere.

Many people can also recite the story of the sword and the

stone that follows.

Before Arthur, there was another king. He died

and left his kingdom mostly in confusion. The lords and knights quarreled frequently.

These arguments were largely about who

should be king. What could be done to stop the fighting?

The answer was this. A test was set up. Earlier, a sword had

been planted firmly in a stone. It was widely known that whoever

could pull the sword from the stone should be the next king.

Naturally, all the knights in the kingdom wanted to try. The

mightiest knights tried, but all failed. Then along came a young

boy named Arthur. He pulled the sword from the stone without any

effort at all. Arthur became king and ruled gloriously. He won

many battles against his enemies. But alas, eventually, as all things

do, his life came to an end. He was killed inbbattle by an evil foe

People say first impredssions count. What do you think? Can you understand a lot about someone from
the very first time you see them or meet them? I think I’m good at judging someone’s character from
the first time I set eyes on them. It’s easy to understand if the person is my kind of person.

First impressions count most when you meet someone important. If you have a job interview, it’s very
important to give a good first impression. The interviewer can decide if they like you as soon as you walk
through the door.

Are you well-dressed? Do you look happy? Do you greet the interviewer? All these things are important.
I also think first impressions count when you meet your future in-laws.

[4/9, 10:22 PM] +92 320 3721240: 🔆 *Vocabulary Note*

◼️*Words for today:*

*Shanty* : A shanty is a small, rough shelter or dwelling. Modern shanties are commonly found in
shantytowns, informal neighborhoods made up of crude, homemade shelters.

*bittersweet* : The adjective bittersweet describes a taste that is a blend of bitter and sweet.
Bittersweet chocolate, for example, contains more chocolate and less sugar than milk chocolate or even
semisweet chocolate.

*riddle* : What's a question or problem that requires a bit of thought before you answer? It's a riddle, of
course. The verb riddle can mean to speak in a puzzling fashion, though that use is not very common.

*churn* : A churn is a container that you fill with cream and then agitate until the cream becomes
butter. You may have only bought butter at the store, but your ancestors probably used a traditional
plunger-type churn to make their own.

*bearing* : When you walk into a room with your shoulders straight and your head up, people might say
you have a noble bearing. Bearing is the way you hold your body, and it often means you hold it well.

*convey* : When you convey something, you carry or deliver it. Little Red Riding Hood conveyed a
basket of muffins to her grandmother. Your sad smile might convey more about your feelings than
words ever could.
*frumpy* : To be frumpy is to be out of date style-wise. If you want to get on your mom's bad side, tell
her she looks frumpy.

*muster* : Originally meaning "to gather soldiers," muster has been expanded to include gathering up
just about anything — you can muster up some dinner, some friends, or even some ketchup, pickles and
mustard.

*flashy* : To be flashy is to be showy in a tasteless way. Just like a flash of light is hard to ignore, flashy
behavior draws attention.

*skewed* : Something skewed is slanted or off-center in some way. A picture frame or viewpoint can be
skewed.

🔰The Golden Bird🔰

A certain king had a beautiful garden, and in the garden stood a tree which bore golden apples. These
apples were always counted, and about the time when they began to grow ripe it was found that every
night one of them was gone. The king became very angry at this, and ordered the gardener to keep
watch all night under the tree. The gardener set his eldest son to watch; but about twelve o’clock he fell
asleep, and in the morning another of the apples was missing. Then the second son was ordered to
watch; and at midnight he too fell asleep, and in the morning another apple was gone. Then the third
son offered to keep watch; but the gardener at first would not let him, for fear some harm should come
to him: however, at last he consented, and the young man laid himself under the tree to watch. As the
clock struck twelve he heard a rustling noise in the air, and a bird came flying that was of pure gold; and
as it was snapping at one of the apples with its beak, the gardener’s son jumped up and shot an arrow at
it. But the arrow did the bird no harm; only it dropped a golden feather from its tail, and then flew away.
The golden feather was brought to the king in the morning, and all the council was called together.
Everyone agreed that it was worth more than all the wealth of the kingdom: but the king said, ‘One
feather is of no use to me, I must have the whole bird.’

Then the gardener’s eldest son set out and thought to find the golden

The Semantic Feature Analysis helps to develop the learner’s ability of comprehension and vocabulary
skills.
Such an analysis creates ample scope for the learners to examine the related features to distinguish one
word from another.

Semantic Feature Analysis helps the learner to understand the conceptual meaning (also known as
denotative meaning) of words, which is the meaning given in the dictionary and forms the core of word-
meaning.

Semantic Feature Analysis increases the learner’s ability to choose the right word in right place.

The Semantic Feature Analysis provides opportunity for the teacher to know the learners’ knowledge
about the topic of discussion; therefore, it allows the teacher to mould his instruction accordingly.

Disadvantages

Semantic Feature Analysis is incapable of explaining the connotative or figurative meaning of words.

Although Semantic Feature Analysis is capable of describing of words that share certain fairly obvious
semantic properties, it fails to analyze all vocabulary items of the language.

Semantic Feature Analysis is Limited in focus and mechanical in style.

[4/10, 8:38 PM] +62 895-1612-9405: ✅Difference between marriage and wedding..

📕Marriage refers to the relationship, the long term sharing of two lives.

📘But, Wedding refers to the specific ceremony that unites two people in marriage.

The idiomatic usage is to talk about a "wedding anniversary" which is to say the anniversary of the day
on which the ceremony took place.

📕So a wedding is a collective name used for all the ceremonies and rituals that take place to give social
acceptance to the relationship between two people,

📘whereas marriage is the name of a life long institution, which starts after the wedding.

✅A marriage is a long term relationship between two individuals.

✅ A wedding, on the other hand, is the ceremony of getting married.

📕Therefore, “You are invited to my wedding.” is correct and “You are invited to my marriage”. is
incorrect usage.

*Weekly Driving Lessons (2)*

The next morning, Sean and Darren got into Sean's car. Sean took The Club off the steering wheel.
Darren noticed that Sean didn't unlock The Club first. He asked Sean if The Club had been unlocked all
night. Sean said yes. Darren fumed. "Do you know how long it takes a thief to smash the window and
drive off with this car?! Less than two minutes! Do you think cars grow on trees? Do you have the money
to buy another car if this one is stolen?" Sean said that he had forgotten to lock The Club. Darren
reminded Sean that he had spent a lot of time finding Sean a clean, reliable, used car. He also reminded
Sean that he, not Sean, had paid for the car.

He barked at Sean off and on during the next two hours. They went south on Santa Anita Avenue to the
10 and headed west to downtown LA. They went south to the USC Coliseum and turned around at the
two statues of the Olympic athletes. Then they went north on Figueroa Street to the 110 and headed
back to Arcadia. Darren continued to yell at Sean about his driving errors. When Sean tried to parallel
park in front of Gwen's apartment, Darren scolded him for taking 20 seconds to do something that
should have taken five seconds.

As they walked upstairs to the apartment, Darren apologized to Sean for all the yelling he had done.
Sean didn't respond. Instead, he entered the apartment, spoke angrily to his mother in their native
language, went into his bedroom, and slammed the door. Gwen looked at Darren but said nothing. She
simply shook her head.

[4/1, 10:27 PM] Ahmad 🇵🇰❤️😘😘: *OLD CHINESE Wisdom:*

( 🔰 *A Moral Story*)

A farmer in ancient China had a neighbour who was a hunter, and who owned ferocious and poorly
trained hunting dogs.

They jumped over the fence frequently and chased the farmer's lambs.

*The farmer asked his neighbour to keep his dogs in check, but this fell on deaf ears.*
One day the dogs again jumped the fence, attacked and severely injured several of the lambs.

*The farmer had had enough,* and went to town to consult a judge who listened carefully to the story
and said: "I could punish the hunter and instruct him to keep his dogs chained or lock them up. But you
would lose a friend and gain an enemy.

*"Which would you rather have, friend or foe for a neighbour?"*

The farmer replied that he preferred a friend.

*“Alright,* I will offer you a solution that keeps your lambs safe, and which will keep your a neighbour a
friend."

Having heard the judge's solution, the farmer agreed.

Once at home, the farmer immediately put the judge's suggestions to the test.

He took three of his best lambs and presented them to his neighbour's three small sons, who were
beside themselves with joy and began to play with them.

To protect his son's newly acquired playthings, the hunter built a strong kennel for his dogs.

Since then, the dogs never again bothered the farmer's lambs.

Out of gratitude for the farmer's generosity toward his sons, the hunter often shared the game he had
hunted with the farmer.
*The farmer reciprocated by sending the hunter the cheese he had made.*

Within a short time the neighbours became good friends.

A Saying in Old China went something like this,

*“One can win over and influence people the best with gestures of kindness and compassion.”*

A similar Western Saying:

*“One catches more flies with honey than with vinegar."*

Let us make an effort to make a pact that we will be polite when we speak and not make rude and
sarcastic remarks at every opportunity we get, especially with our families, friends and colleagues all

[4/1, 10:27 PM] Ahmad 🇵🇰❤️😘😘: *THE SYMPTOMS OF CORONAVIRUS*

*PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING;*

1. It will first infect the throat, so you'll have a sore throat lasting 3/4 days

2. The virus then blends into a nasal fluid that enters the trachea and then the lungs, causing
pneumonia. This takes about 5/6 days further.
3. With pneumonia comes high fever and difficulty in breathing.

4. The nasal congestion is not like the normal kind. You feel like you're drowning. It's imperative you
then seek immediate attention.

*SPREAD THE WORD*

*CORONAVIRUS FOR GUIDANCE:*

1. If you have a runny nose and sputum, you have a common cold.

2. Coronavirus pneumonia is a dry cough with no runny nose.

3. This new virus is not heat-resistant and will be killed by a temperature of just 26/27 Celsius. It hates
the Sun.

4. If someone sneezes with it, it takes about 10 feet before it drops to the ground and is no longer
airborne.

5. If it drops on a metal surface it will live for at least 12 hours - so if you come into contact with any
metal surface - wash your hands as soon as you can with a bacterial soap.

6. On fabric, it can survive for 6-12 hours. normal laundry detergent will kill it.

7. Drinking warm water is effective for all viruses. Try not to drink liquids with ice.

8. Wash your hands frequently as the virus can only live on your hands for 5-10 minutes, but - a lot can
happen during that time - you can rub your eyes, pick your nose unwittingly and so on.
9. You should also gargle as prevention. A simple solution of salt in warm water will suffice.

10. Can't emphasize enough - drink plenty of water!

PLEASE FORWARD THIS MESSAGE TO FAMILY, FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS.

📌 New Tip

🤜🏻🤛🏻 *Encouraging Someone*

_Common phrases_

*That was a nice try/ Good effort*

Use these phrases after the person didn’t succeed, and you want to help them feel better.

*Don't give up!*

You can say “Don’t give up!” to encourage a person to continue trying.

*You've almost got it.*

Use this phrase when a person is coming very close to succeeding.

*Give it a try.*

*Example:* Your friend has never driven a car with a manual transmission. You offer to let her drive
your car, which has a stick shift.

*Give it your best shot.*

It means “your best try” – so this phrase is used to encourage someone to do their best.

*Come on, you can do it!*

Use this phrase to emphasize the person's ability to succeed. You can say this to a person who has low
self-esteem or has difficulty believing they can succeed.

*Just do it.*

If you want the person to stop worrying and make a decision.

*You might as well.*

*Example:* Your friend will be able to finish school a year early if he takes a few extra difficult classes,
but isn't sure if he should. You think it's a good idea. You can say "you might as well".

*What have you got to lose?*

This question is used to emphasize the fact that if the person doesn’t succeed, there won’t be any
negative consequences – so they should make an effort.
*What do you have to lose?*

*Example:* Your friend sees a job opening. She seems like she wants the job, but she's hesitating to
apply for it. You think she should go ahead and apply.

*What are you waiting for?*

*Example:* Your friend has been talking about quitting his job and starting his own company. You think
he should do it soon.

*Why not? /Go for it.*

The person is thinking of doing something and asks if you think it's a good idea.

➡ Don’t be discouraged!

➡ After rain comes sunshine

➡ Look on the bright sight

➡ Don’t break your heart!

➡ Be brave, it will be ok

➡ Think and affirm yourself!

➡ Cheer up! Lighten up!

[4/2, 1:35 PM] +62 895-1612-9405: How to Succeed

• To be successful, you must face life positively with the right attitude at every turn of life, maintaining
your focus and working towards your goals.

• You must be saturated by its expectation (your expectation shall not be cut off)

• Doing everything in the fear of failure is a poor trigger for a successful life!

• Let your inner drive be pure and positive because it affects your perspective on the challenges that
may arise in your pursuit for success and it also releases divine and winning ideas to get things
accomplished in multiple ways.

• A pure and positive attitude triggers possibilities within you to succeed.

• It also gives you spiritual stamina and wisdom in trying times and also turns disappointments into
opportunities for success.

• When you are saturated by negativity and you are met with any form of disappointment, the negative
attitude drains your faith and energy; multiplies errors in all your efforts to succeed and eventually leads
to failure in all your endeavors.

• Good success comes to those who work towards it; expect it; and believe they deserve to make it as
God has promised.

BE SUCCESS-TRIGGERED!

Keep on winning and remain connected and empowered.

Blessed day ahead 🙏🙏🙏

If you want to have a great life you absolutely must make mistakes. If you make big

mistakes you’ll have a great, big, fantastic life. It doesn’t matter if you like it that is the

truth. So you need to learn how to screw up and you need to learn how to accept it

and learn from it and do it again and again and again. That’s Tom Peters’ message,

it’s also my message. So, please, don’t be afraid of mistakes, mistakes are fantastic.

[4/19, 10:30 AM] +92 304 3835975: *37 Things, You Can Do To Improve Your English*

Have a read of the below list and we are sure you will find a lot of helpful tips to improve your English!
*1-* Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Be confident. People can only correct your mistakes when they
hear you make them.

*2-* Surround yourself in English. Put yourself in an all English speaking environment where you can
learn passively. The best way to learn is through speaking.

*3-* Practise every day. Make yourself a study plan. Decide how much time a week you are going to
spend studying and stick to it. Establish a routine.

*4-* Tell your family and friends about your study plan. Get them to push you to study and also don’t
let them interrupt you.

*5-* Practise the 4 core skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening. They all need to be worked on for
you to improve.

*6-* Keep a notebook of new words you learn. Use them in sentences and try to say them at least 3
times when you speak.

*7-* Do a lesson at least once a day.

*8-* Memorisation of lists is one of the most common ways of learning vocabulary for a test. It’s only a
good exercise for short term studying because you often do not retain the information that you have
learned for a test.

*9-* Use your body clock. If you’re not a morning person, study in the afternoon.

*10-* You will find words easier to remember if you try to remember an example sentence using that
word rather the word on its own.
*11-* Plan to take a test. You’ll find that you work harder when you need to study for something.

*12-* Saying that, it’s better not to study just to take a test. Think of the bigger picture. What can you
do when you have a good command of English? How will the quality of your life improve?

*13-* Give yourself a long term goal. Focus on working towards it.

*14-* Give yourself short term goals too and reward yourself when you achieve each one.

*15-* Create an atmosphere in which you want to learn, not because you have to

[4/19, 10:30 AM] +92 304 3835975: 🎯👆🏻I believe that life is a journey, often difficult and sometimes
incredibly cruel.

But we are well equipped for it if only we tap into our talents and gifts and allow them to blossom.

Tapping into your talents will help you reach your goals.

Are you committed?

It's time to make a move forward! It's time to stretch out of the limiting boundaries of comfort and
pleasure.

It's time to really make your life count.

You were created to reign... You were given dominion and authority to manifest your greatness.

Now take your power back, live life on your terms!

You're able. You're capable. You are endowed. You have what it takes to reach for the Stars. Arise, affect
your world positively!

You got this, now move! A better life awaits you! See you on top.

[4/19, 10:30 AM] +92 304 3835975: _*Positive thoughts 💖*_

Forgetting Someone's Name. People love to hear their own name. Our names are tied intricately to our
identities, so when someone uses your name, you naturally feel closer to them. When someone forgets
your name, however, you can become distant toward them, and possibly offended--even if it's on a
subconscious level. Forgetting someone's name shows that you aren't interested in them, and can
instantly make you seem selfish or uncaring.

Making an Inappropriate Joke. Jokes are perfect conversation fodder, especially with someone you've
never met. Injecting some humor into an otherwise stuffy or stagnant situation can make you the life of
the party. However, there are some firm lines you shouldn't cross with your humor, and if you cross
them, you could be exiled from the group. To make matters worse, these lines are different for different
people and situations, but as a general rule, avoid jokes about race, gender, sex, politics, religion, or any
specific individual.

Being Vague or Unclear. Clarity is what makes communication effective. Just as a car without a working
engine is a useless hunk of metal, a sentence without a clear meaning is equivalent in value to empty
space. Think carefully about what you want to say before you say it, and proofread all your outgoing
emails and text messages. Specificity and conciseness are your best friends.

[4/16, 11:31 AM] +92 313 3146588: *after / later*

🔻🟢🔻🟢🔻

Use after + phrase, and use later alone (at the end of a sentence or phrase).

 I'll call you later.

I'll call you after I get home from work.

 First he bought a new car. Two weeks later, he bought a new motorcycle.

He bought a new motorcycle two weeks after he bought a car.

You can say "later + time period" to refer to an unspecified time in the future,

which is still within the period, for example:

 I'll finish the project later this week.

 We'll go on vacation later this year.

Never end a sentence with "after." Instead, you can use "afterwards"

 "Did you go straight home after the baseball game?"

"No, we went out for drinks after."

"No, we went out for drinks afterwards."

[4/16, 11:31 AM] +92 313 3146588: *aim / goal / objective*

💠🌀💠🌀💠

Many people use these words interchangeably; there is really very little difference
between them. In everyday spoken English, the most common word is goal. Aim

and objective are usually used in more formal writing.

One small difference is that an objective is more specific than a goal, for example:

 Our goal is to improve health care for children.

general

 Our objective is to provide 10,000 children with vaccines.

specific

However, in casual conversation, most people would use goal for both general and

specific things: My goal is to lose weight.

 My goal is to lose 20 pounds by the summer.

The words goal and objective are nouns, and the word aim can be a noun or a verb:

 The aim of this project is to increase our students' motivation.

aim = noun
 We're aiming to increase our students' motivation.

aim = verb

◼️*Words for Today*

*incantation* : "Double, double toil and trouble / Fire burn, and cauldron bubble." These lines, cackled
by the Weird Sisters in Shakespeare's Macbeth, are part of the most famous incantation — or magic
spell made of words — in English literature.

*exile* : If you are exiled from a place, you must leave and not return. Such punishment is called exile.
For example, after he was removed from power, Napoleon lived in exile on the island of Elba.
*lackey* : A lackey is someone who works for someone else and tries to get ahead by kissing up to his
superiors. For example, a lackey might carry his employer's luggage or fetch her cappuccinos.

*gargoyle* : Gargoyle is a fearsome word for a monster. Fortunately, it's not a real monster. It's a
grotesque carved beast sticking out from the gutter of a building, especially in Gothic architecture.

*cyborg* : An organism that is partly mechanical and partly biological is a cyborg. The Star Wars
character Darth Vader is a good example of a cyborg: he's a person whose body has been improved
through technology. He's mainly, but not entirely, human.

*tome* : A tome is a large book. If you're pre-med, chances are you're going to have one heck of a tome
for your biology class. Tome is often used to refer to a book that is not only really large but also
unusually important.

*scribe* : A scribe is a term for someone employed to make written copies of documents. Before
printing was invented, the busy scribes in a village would write copies of all the legal documents.

*ensnare* : To ensnare something is to trap it. Instead of using snapping mousetraps, you might try to
ensnare the mice in your kitchen and set them free outside.

*flimsy* : You can describe weak, thin, and fragile things as flimsy. Onion smells are strong, onion skins
are flimsy. Blaming onions for making you cry during a sad movie, that's a flimsy excuse, when there are
no onions in the theater.

*banshee* : A banshee is a mythological creature that appears in Irish folklore and fairy tales. Banshees
are female spirits that supposedly wail just before a family member dies.

[4/19, 5:03 PM] +92 313 3146588: *Vocabulary Note*

◼️*Words for Today*

*Personify* : To personify is to give something lifeless human-like qualities — like when Emily Dickinson
wrote, "Because I could not stop for Death, He kindly stopped for me..."

*ambiguous* : Look to the adjective ambiguous when you need to describe something that's open to
more than one interpretation, like the headline "Squad helps dog bite victim."

*nonchalant* : If your friend is acting cool, unconcerned or in an indifferent manner, call him
nonchalant.

*tentative* : Choose the adjective tentative to describe something you are unsure or hesitant about. On
Monday, you can make tentative plans for the weekend, but it's too early to commit to one party or
another.

*furrow* : A furrow is a groove or a depression. Originally, furrows were created in soil for water to
flow. Now, its most common meaning is of a deep line or wrinkle on the face, as in a "furrowed brow."

*inexplicable* : Something inexplicable can't be explained. It doesn't make sense. You don't want to
come to the beach on the most beautiful day of the year? That's inexplicable!

*inexplicable* : Something inexplicable can't be explained. It doesn't make sense. You don't want to
come to the beach on the most beautiful day of the year? That's inexplicable!

*reverberate* : If you give a loud shout in a cavernous place, like a gym or a church, the sound of your
voice will reverberate throughout the room. Reverberate means sound waves traveling back and forth,
as in an echo.

*thwart* : A villain's worst nightmare is the superhero who always seems to thwart his efforts,
preventing him from carrying out his plans to take over the world.
*rendition* : A rendition is an interpretation, performance, or translation. Whitney Houston's rendition
of the Star Spangled Banner is still used at games today; Roseanne Barr's is not.

*Expressions in English*

[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: *The following are the hidden factors that can force people to live a
life they don't want:*

Being deceived by their subconscious minds:*

*In order to protect your ego, your subconscious mind might fool you into believing that you love what
you do..in order not to shock you...if you discovered that this is not what you wanted in life.*

[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: False beliefs:*

*“Life is unfair” , “no one is happy” or “you can’t take everything you want”..are among the false beliefs
people form about life...*

*False beliefs are considered a perfect defense mechanism...after all acting being a victim..believing that
life is unfair...and that you are unlucky removes all the motivation to take responsibilities you have.*

[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: *Those who have courage fight for what they want while others form
false beliefs in order to get rid of the responsibility.*

[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: The herd behavior:*

*Everyone works from 9-5 , everyone is not doing the things that they want to do and everyone is not
happy with their lives, so why would I be different??..*

*My answer is, it’s your choice, if you want to live an unhappy and a miserable life then do like all other
people who are living such lives...*

*but if you refuse to live like that...then you have to be different than everyone else.*
[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: *Living the life you want is not hard or impossible you just have to
understand the real reasons that are preventing you from living this life you wish..*

*And face them with courage without giving up or forming false beliefs.*

[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: *When you first fall in love with someone certain chemicals are
released in your body...which gives you the sensation of pleasure, joy and excitement....*

*Later on these chemicals disappear...and the feelings of love are felt through intimacy and closeness
instead of butterflies you previous felt in stomach*

[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: Now what are the reasons that makes people to cheat in
relationships?

*Earlier i used to think that people cheat because they are not loyal or because this is how they were
raised..*

*but as i read more about psychology i discovered that there are many psychological reasons that makes
people to cheat in relationships...and that can be avoided if properly understood*

[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: *The following are some of the psychological reasons that could make
a person cheat in a relationship:*

Relationship addiction and cheating:*

*Love addiction is one of the biggest reasons that drive people to cheat in relationships...Many people
are relationship addicts, they fall in love because they can't stand being alone...and as a result they run
towards any opportunity which shows up...*

[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: *Later on those people discover that they have made the wrong choice
and so might start cheating in their relationships.*

[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: Unmet psychological needs and cheating in relationships:*
*In order for a person to be loyal to his partner he must make the right choice...*

*A perfect partner would be the one that helps someone fulfill his unmet psychological needs...If the
person chose a partner that didn't help him meet his psychological needs then most probably those
unmet needs would make him unhappy and might motivate him to cheat...*

*One of the biggest reasons for cheating in relationships is making the incorrect choice.*

[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: Lack of self understanding can lead to cheating in relationships:*

*One of the reasons for cheating in relationships is lack of self understanding...*

*This point is the extension of the previous one...If the person didn't understand his exact psychological
needs...then he won't be able to choose a partner that can fulfill them and so won't be happy in the
relationship...*

*For example a man who has the psychological need of being in control..will certainly be unhappy with a
controlling wife.*

[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: Lack of self confidence can lead to cheating:*

*A major reason for cheating in relationships is lack of self confidence.*

*The lack of self confidence can lead to cheating in two different ways..the first is wanting approval from
more than one person..as a result of having self doubts..*

*While the second is marrying someone you don't like as result of believing that you can't do better
then later on find approval from someone you like.*

[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: Lack of knowledge can lead to cheating:*
*People who don't understand that passion fades by time might chase new partners for the sake of
attaining this passion once again...*

*Lack of proper knowledge about love and its stages might turn a person into a serial cheater who
chases some chemicals that fade away few months....after the relationship begins.*

[4/3, 9:23 PM] +44 7587 697739: Lastly wrong beliefs about love lead to cheating

*Thanks to Hollywood many people now think that love is the solution to all problems...*

*When a person gets into a relationship with the goal of experiencing ultimate happiness then finds that
nothing has changed....he might blame his partner instead of blaming his beliefs.*

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but
reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: Where there is a will, there is a way. If there is a chance in a million
that you can do something, anything, to keep what you want from ending, do it. Pry the door open or, if
need be, wedge your foot in that door and keep it open.

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: A significant person in one's life is perhaps the greatest source of
inspiration. Jesus is the most significant person in billions of people's lives and he has been for over the
last two millenniums.

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: In doing things in life, it is essential that you know your achievements.
This will considerably lift you up and get more motivated in working out towards your goal.

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: Inspiration is not just for writers. It is a wonderful asset for achieving
your dreams in any walk of life.

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: Growing up it was taught that you should not make any mistakes, you
should stay successful all the time. However, what I realized was this, my mistakes in some cases
thought me more about life and myself than my successes.

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: Be with the person who drives you to be more positive in life. This is
where you put relationship as the 'center' of your life, and make them as your.

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: We only live this life once and the more time that you can spend living
from inspiration, the better it is.
[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: Having a specific meaning and purpose in your life helps to encourage
you towards living a fulfilling and inspired life.

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: All is possible with the will to change, some self-motivation. It is your
life; you are at the helm!

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: We are all travelers in the wilderness of this world, and the best we
can find in our travels is an honest friend

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: The most basic and powerful way to connect to another person is to
listen. Just listen. Perhaps the most important thing we ever give each other is our attention… A loving
silence often has far more power to heal and to connect than the most well-intentioned words.

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: Negative thinking patterns will prevent you from doing many of the
things that you need to do in order to build the extreme confidence that is required to live the life of
your dreams.

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: If you will know yourselves, then you will be known and you will know
that you are the sons of the living father. But if you do not know yourselves, then you are in poverty and

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: The function of prayer is not to influence God, but rather to change
the nature of the one who prays.

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: One of the most spiritual things you can do is embrace your humanity.
Connect with those around you today. Say, “I love you”, “I’m sorry”, “I appreciate you”, “I’m proud of
you”…whatever you’re feeling. Send random texts, write a cute note, embrace your truth and share it…
cause a smile today for someone else…and give plenty of hugs.

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: If you will know yourselves, then you will be known and you will know

[4/7, 2:54 PM] +44 7587 697739: The phrase ‘do not be afraid’ is written in the Bible 365 times. That’s a
daily reminder from God to live every day being fearless.

*_From Barcelona, Spain_*

Anyone who comes to my country really should spend some time in Barcelona … it’s a beautiful place …
it’s not what you would call a sprawling city … it’s quite compact really and you could walk across the
city in a couple of hours … but there’s no need to do that as we have a fantastic public transport system
so it’s easy to get around … there are various districts all with their own character … you have the
upmarket shops in the centre … you’ll find lots of chain stores you’ll recognise from your own country
but also local brands as well … we have the narrow streets in the Gothic district with lots of fashionable
boutiques and tourist attractions … there’s the Olympic area and the beaches along the coast … and
dotted around the city are some lovely public spaces … parks and squares in the city centre and on the
outskirts of Barcelona where people relax with their friends and family … and of course pavement cafes
everywhere … all that and some great historical places of interest … so it's a great destination for
tourists.

In a small Italian town, hundreds of years ago, a small business owner owed a large sum of money to a
loan-shark. The loan-shark was a very old, unattractive looking guy that just so happened to fancy the
business owner’s daughter.

He decided to offer the businessman a deal that would completely wipe out the debt he owed him.
However, the catch was that we would only wipe out the debt if he could marry the businessman’s
daughter.

Needless to say, this proposal was met with a look of disgust.

The loan-shark said that he would place two pebbles into a bag, one white and one black.

The daughter would then have to reach into the bag and pick out a pebble. If it was black, the debt
would be wiped, but the loan-shark would then marry her. If it was white, the debt would also be wiped,
but the daughter wouldn’t have to marry the loan-shark.

Standing on a pebble-strewn path in the businessman’s garden, the loan-shark bent over and picked up
two pebbles.

Whilst he was picking them up, the daughter noticed that he’d picked up two black pebbles and placed
them both into the bag.

He then asked the daughter to reach into the bag and pick one.

The daughter naturally had three choices as to what she could have done:

Refuse to pick a pebble from the bag.

Take both pebbles out of the bag and expose the loan-shark for cheating.

Pick a pebble from the bag fully well knowing it was black and sacrifice herself for her father’s freedom.

She drew out a pebble from the bag, and before looking at it ‘accidentally’ dropped it into the midst of
the other pebbles. She said to the loan-shark;

“Oh, how clumsy of me. Never mind, if you look into the bag for the one that is left, you will be able to
tell which pebble I picked.”

The pebble left in the bag is obviously black, and seeing as the loan-shark didn’t want to be exposed, he
had to play along as if the pebble the daughter dropped was white, and clear her father’s debt.
Moral of the story:

It’s always possible to overcome a tough situation throughout of the box thinking, and not give in to the
only options you think you have to pick from.

A boy and a girl were playing together. The boy had a collection of marbles. The girl had some sweets
with her. The boy told the girl that he will give her all his marbles in exchange for her sweets. The girl
agreed.

The boy kept the biggest and the most beautiful marble aside and gave the rest to the girl. The girl gave
him all her sweets as she had promised.

That night, the girl slept peacefully. But the boy couldn't sleep as he kept wondering if the girl had
hidden some sweets from him the way he had hidden his best marble.

Moral : If you don't give your hundred percent in any relationship, you will always worry if other is giving
his or her hundred percent or not. Be honest and live peacefully.

[4/9, 12:56 PM] +92 310 3533312: ☘☘☘🍁🍁🍁🍀🍀🍀🍂🍂🍂🌿🌿🌿🍃🍃🍃The Blind Girl (Change):

*#unable* to read. She had no time to learn to read because she had to look after her ill parents.

Ursula felt sad that she could not read the papers or books like other people. She decided to learn to

pillowcases or Hester Prynne's famous scarlet letter "A" — both of those objects are probably
embroidered.

*spacious* : If you’re feeling cramped in your current residence, you’re probably longing for a more
spacious place to live. Spacious is an adjective that means "roomy" or "having plenty of room."

*emperor* : Forget prime ministers, presidents or even kings or queens: an emperor was the biggest,
baddest ruler of them all — the leader of undisputed power who controlled a nation or, more usually, a
number of subjugated nations known collectively as an empire.
*commotion* : A commotion is a noisy disturbance. If you're trying to quietly concentrate on reading
this, you wouldn't want the person next to you to cause a commotion, or it would distract you.

*chiffon* : Chiffon is a fabric that’s light and silky. You have probably seen a slip or a dress made out of
chiffon.

told to pay for the ventilator for one day, and the old man started to cry. The doctor advised him not to

What the old man said made all the doctors cry.

The Old man said,

"I don't cry because of the money I have to pay. I can pay all the money." *I cry because I have been
breathing God's air for 93 years, but I never had to pay anything for it. But for using a ventilator in your
hospital for just one day i have to pay €5,000. I realise now how much I owe God ? I never thanked God
for it before."*

The truth of the above news can't be verified, but the old man's words are worth our reflection.

When we breathe air freely without pain or illness, none of us take the air seriously bcz we take it for
granted. Only when we enter the hospital we know the value of air, that even breathing oxygen with a
ventilator costs money!

For all the times that you rain on my parade

And all the clubs you get in using my name

You think you broke my heart

Oh, girl, for goodness sake

You think I'm crying on my own, well, I ain't

And I didn't wanna write a song

'Cause I didn't want anyone thinking I still care

I don't, but you still hit my phone up

And, baby, I've been movin' on

And I think you should be somethin'

I don't wanna hold back

Maybe you should know that

My mama don't like you and she likes everyone

And I never like to admit that I was wrong

And I've been so caught up in my job

Didn't see what's going on

And now I know

I'm better sleeping on my own

'Cause if you like the way you look that much

Oh, baby, you should go and love yourself

And if you think that I'm still holdin' on to somethin'

You should go and love yourself

When you told me that you hated my friends

The only problem was with you and not them

And every time you told me my opinion was wrong

And tried to make me forget where I came from

And I didn't wanna write a song

'Cause I didn't want anyone thinking I still care

I don't, but you still hit my phone up

And, baby, I've been movin' on

For all the times that you made me feel small

I fell in love, now I feel nothing at all

I never felt so low when I was vulnerable

Was I a fool to let you break down my walls?

'Cause if you like the way you look that much

[4/9, 1:15 PM] +92 310 3533312: *Don’t Be Afraid*

Here we are, afraid of losing what we have all the time, holding on to it so tight that not a soul can touch
it. We think by hiding it from the world, it’s hidden and it’s ours. Nothing is. Nothing ever will be. For,
nothing ever was.

If you think there is anything that you have, that’s yours, be it money, a house, a job, or a girlfriend… it’s
nothing but an illusion. It’ll all disappear… in one blow. One blow, my man.

Here we are, so insecure that we are afraid of re-starting our lives, so we just carry on trying to sort out
the current mess. The thought that we should give it all up and just start all over – with nothing – might
cross our minds some time, sure, but we get scared and we push away anything that scares us.

There is nothing I can ever achieve or gain that I cannot lose, in a matter of seconds. You have never
gained enough to not be able to lose it all, in just a few minutes. What you think is yours, was never
yours and will never be yours. Whatever you make here, you leave here. You came naked and you’re
going to go back naked.

So what are you afraid of?

Let all be lost. Let them take away everything. As long as you have your heart beating strong, as long as
you have your nostrils working fine, as long as the blood flows in your veins, you will live, you will
breathe and you can get it all back… again and again. For, if you can do it once, you can damn well do it
again. It’s just a game we play – Life.

What is Grammar?

Grammar

And why grammar is your friend...

grammar (noun): the structure and system of a language, or of languages in general, usually considered
to consist of syntax and morphology

Grammar is the system of a language. People sometimes describe grammar as the "rules" of a language;
but in fact no language has rules*. If we use the word "rules", we suggest that somebody created the
rules first and then spoke the language, like a new game. But languages did not start like that. Languages
started by people making sounds which evolved into words, phrases and sentences. No commonly-
spoken language is fixed. All languages change over time. What we call "grammar" is simply a reflection
of a language at a particular time.
Do we need to study grammar to learn a language? The short answer is "no". Very many people in the
world speak their own, native language without having studied its grammar. Children start to speak
before they even know the word "grammar". But if you are serious about learning a foreign language,
the long answer is "yes, grammar can help you to learn a language more quickly and more efficiently."
It's important to think of grammar as something that can help you, like a friend. When you understand
the grammar (or system) of a language, you can understand many things yourself, without having to ask
a teacher or look in a book.

So think of grammar as something good, something positive, something that you can use to find your
way - like a signpost or a map.

*Except invented languages like Esperanto. And if Esperanto were widely spoken, its rules would soon
be very different.

What is cholesterol? Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance that's found in all the cells in your body.
Your body needs some cholesterol to make hormones, vitamin D, and substances that help you digest
foods. Your body makes all the cholesterol it needs.

A normal total cholesterol level for adults without heart disease is less than 200 mg/dL. An HDL
cholesterol level of 60 mg/dL and above is considered protective against heart disease, while a level less
than 50 mg/dL for women or 40 mg/dL for men is considered a major risk factor for heart disease.

Your body needs cholesterol to build healthy cells, but high levels of cholesterol can increase your risk of
heart disease. With high cholesterol, you can develop fatty deposits in your blood vessels. ... Sometimes,
those deposits can break suddenly and form a clot that causes a heart attack or stroke.

Total cholesterol levels less than 200 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) are considered desirable for adults.
A reading between 200 and 239 mg/dL is considered borderline high and a reading of 240 mg/dL and
above is considered high. LDL cholesterol levels should be less than 100 mg/dL.

There is compelling evidence that your level of stress can cause an increase in bad cholesterol indirectly.
For example, one study found that stress is positively linked to having less healthy dietary habits, a
higher body weight, and a less healthy diet, all of which are known risk factors for high cholesterol.
Many different factors can contribute to high blood cholesterol, including lifestyle factors like smoking,
an unhealthy diet and lack of exercise, as well as having an underlying condition, such as high blood
pressure or diabetes.

Sleeping less than five hours at night raised the risk of high triglycerides and low HDL levels in women. ...
Too little sleep also leads to high levels of LDL cholesterol.

Excess sugar is known to contribute to obesity, diabetes, and other conditions linked to heart disease,
and now new research links it to unhealthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels. People in the study who
ate the most added sugar had the lowest HDL, or good cholesterol, and the highest blood triglyceride
levels.

*It's All Over*

"I don't have anything to do with her anymore," Robert swore to his girlfriend Wanda. Yet he admitted
that Sharon, his ex-girlfriend, was still sending him emails. He said that he had stopped responding to
her emails a year ago, when he and Wanda had started dating. Then why was she still sending emails to
him, Wanda demanded. Robert said he figured that she was lonely. He didn't really know, because he
always deleted her emails without reading them.

"So," Wanda asked, "you told her that you and I were dating, and you told her to stop emailing you. Yet
she continued sending you emails. But you always deleted them without reading them. Is that correct?"
Robert answered yes, that was 100 percent correct. "I don't believe you," Wanda said.

She believed that something was going on. She believed that they were playing her for a fool. It takes
two to tango. Robert was not only reading, but also responding to, every email that Sharon sent him. As
far as Wanda was concerned, Sharon still loved Robert and he wasn't discouraging her. He said he was
through with Sharon, but his phone was often busy late at night when Wanda tried to call him. When
Wanda asked who he was talking to, he always said it was his investment company.

"Why don't you just block her emails—then you won't have to bother deleting them?" Wanda asked.
Robert said he hadn't thought about doing that. A day later, Wanda sent Robert something else he
hadn't thought about—a Dear John email. It was short and to the point: "Have a nice life with Sharon."

“You fool! Did you see they have two legs!” cried the master.

I sit in my locked bathroom. My father, banging on the one and only thing that kept him from getting in.

'Stop Crying! Stop Crying!! I mubled to myself. Stop it! I snapped at myself, I hated showing emotion,
my father tried to cure me through countless hours of abuse. My bottom lip quivered I could feel myself

make it all go away" The darkness said, I could feel it, creeping closer. I pulled back the bathroom rug,
exposing the razor blade she used to end her own life. I picked up the blade. I placed it on my wrist, the
cold thin metal felt good on my wrist, " One good cut and it'll all go away." The darkness said with a

I normally get up at eight o'clock, but on Thursday I get up at six o'clock because that is the day when I
go running in the park.

I like living in Branton because it's not too big. There are some historical buildings in the center of the
town and near Branton, there is a river where I go fishing sometimes when I want to relax.

*16 COMMON ENGLISH COLLOCATIONS* ♥️*WITH THE WORD TIME*

[4/16, 6:40 AM] +92 310 3533312: 🆒🆒🆒🆒🆒🆒🆒Let’s try to do for a day and then see the difference

“Whatever we are talking about is what we are perpetuating in our experience. The only way to keep
any kind of illness or virus or flu away is to not talk about it and it will dissipate itself.

What we do instead is keep checking the statistics or keep spreading the "awareness" messages on
social media without noticing it that the more we talk about it the more it becomes active in our
vibration.

History is full of evidence of epidemics because of the mass consciousness created by fear of the
disease.

Fear is a very strong vibration and more fearful we are of any epidemic it becomes a reality very fast..
it's the law. The more you feed the energy of fear the more profound it becomes. Ignore the things you
don't want to participate in.

Stop discussing it with family and friends; stop checking out the latest statistics. Stop watching
incessantly the news about Corona Virus. Take your attention away and It has no power on you.
The creation of anything is to give thought to it by keeping it active in our vibration by being afraid of it.
Hook yourself up with ever flowing stream of well- being”.

Love and light to all.

[4/16, 6:40 AM] +92 310 3533312: 🆒🆒 *MEDITATION means AWARENESS*

‍‍♂♂
♂‍‍ ‍‍♂
🧘🏻‍‍♂
‍♂ ‍♂
🧘🏻‍♂ 🧘🏻‍♂ ‍

Remember one thing:

Meditation means Awareness.

Whatsoever you do with awareness is meditation.

Action is not the question, but the quality that you bring to your action.

🔽🔽🔽

🥊Walking can be a meditation if you walk alertly.

🥊Sitting can be a meditation if you sit alertly.

🥊Listening to the birds can be a meditation if you listen with awareness.

😌😌😌

Just listening to the inner noise of your mind can be a meditation if you remain alert and watchful

😌😌😌

The whole point is: one should not move in sleep.

Then whatsoever you do is meditation.

[4/16, 6:40 AM] +92 310 3533312: BE INSPIRED

You cannot change yesterday, but you can do something today that can change tomorrow. It doesn’t
matter how you were born that was yesterday, it doesn’t matter what happened in the last five years,
the last ten years you may not be able to change that but you can reposition yourself today, you can
make new decisions today that will change what tomorrow will bring, invest in your future, refuse to be
a mental hobo, refuse to end your life in the side walk. Every time I tell you something I tell you that I
believe in your future, there is a reason I believe in your future I believe that if you hear this word you
will act on them and they will change your future, none of you were born to be poor, you may have
been born poor but you were not born to be poor, you may have been brought up poor but you were
not brought up to be poor. Understand this, the definition of adulthood is responsibility, when you
become an adult you take responsibility for your future, become responsible. What do you have in
yourself, there are many who cry for help and because there are no answers to their call for help they
feels the pains and pangs of neglect.

No, refuse to give up, believe in what God made. God made you and he never made a failure, believe
that God has a purpose for your life, you may have been born as a parental accident but you are not a
divine accident, God knew you were coming and he made sufficient provision for you, there’s a place for
you in the world and am helping you find that place. There are certain things you must do for all of what
we have discussed to be a reality. There are things that are not in abundant supply they are limited one
of them is time, save time, save it, keep track of your time, the bible says for us to redeem the time
because it says the days are evil, you don’t have extra time, life is not a game therefore make every day
count for your life, improve yourself every day, introduce something into your life that count, choose to
be a success, become inspiring in whatever you do, do it with excellence. Put yourself and your best in
whatever you do and change your world. Remember there is no extra time therefore whatever you do
now do it the best way the first time. Success is waiting for the man who says yes to success, success is
waiting for the man who plans for it, who reaches out for it, who says I will wake up and he wakes up,
who says I will read this book and he reads it, who says I will go to school and he goes, success is waiting
for the man who makes a decision. So time is important, don’t spend your time watching television 24
hours a day, don’t spend your time watching videos 24 hours a day. Those that you are watching have
put their best into what you are watching. Change the position say to you self ‘’ I WILL BE WATCHED ‘’.

You know sometimes I am concerned, there are those who only thinks of designer perfumes, designer’s
cloths, designer’s shoes, where are your designs, where are your own designs. Challenge yourself for the
future, there’s room for you, there’s a place for you at the top, there’s a place for you. Train your mind
and use it, give yourself to a teacher, give yourself to a tutor, train yourself, train your mind and if you
train your mind it will be ready to deliver to you thought, the right thought and ideas that will earn you
commercial values. There’s no poverty for the man who has made an investment in his mind and is
willing to act, there’s no hunger for the man who has trained his mind, trained his mind to think through
on every problems, to solve every problems, train yourself, think through a problem and render
solution, let men come to you for advise, decide to be smart, decide to be a problem solver, if you make
that decision that’s what you will be, problem solvers are in short supply in the world, there’s a place for
the man who chooses to be one. Engage yourself in national issues; get concerned, some of you here are
the best writers in the country but where are your writings, maybe you are sleeping too much, maybe
you are resting too much, maybe you are playing too much. Now is the time to put your best into that
writings, let the country read your writings. Thank you……. also do share this to others and I hope this
helps change something in you for good

(originally by Dolly Parton)

(from "The Bodyguard" soundtrack)

If I should stay

I would only be in your way

So I'll go but I know

I'll think of you every step of the way

And I... will always love you, ooh

Will always love you

You

My darling, you...

Mmm-mm
Bittersweet memories –

That is all I'm taking with me

So good-bye

Please don't cry:

We both know I'm not what you, you need

And I... will always love you

I... will always love you

You, ooh

[Instrumental / Sax solo]

I hope life treats you kind

And I hope you have all you've dreamed of

And I wish you joy and happiness

But above all this I wish you love

And I... will always love you

I will always love you

I will always love you

I will always love you

I will always love you

I, I will always love you

You

Darling, I love you

I'll always...

I'll always love you

Ooh
