LITERATURE REVIEW:

The word "potential" means "capable of coming into being or action." Obviously,
human beings are full of energy, capable of thinking and equipped with superior
mental capabilities; thus, they are capable of being constructive rather than reactive.

Human source will be the primary source of competitive advantage in almost every
industry Maslow, A. H. (1960). The purpose of motivational needs is to promote the
idea that humans can experience an exceptional quality of life filled with
happiness,creativity and fulfillment when they strive to reach their potential
McLeod, S. (2007). The main idea of the paper is to use the human potential to
achieve continuous improvement and profitability of the business achieved through
Kaizen Philosophy .Kaizen strategy is Japanese management's single most important
theory–the secret to Japanese competitive success. Kaizen involves continuous
improvement for all-top management, managers and employees. The managers must
also try to improve their own jobs, given that Kaizen is the concern of everyone. In
particular, Japanese managers have agreed that they should spend at least 50% of their
time on activities related to change and growth Dysko, D. (2010).
We have huge potential, unrealized and uncertain much of it. When we broaden our
awareness and possibility limits, our physical, mental and spiritual capacities continue
to develop and unfold. The physical, intellectual and moral life of humanity is
advancing as human health, growth, prosperity, science and their benefits continue to
evolve. Individually and collectively, human beings have three fundamental aspects to
address in the development of human capital and potential. Our physical nature is the
most evident and recognized by all. We have physical needs that need to be fulfilled to
an appropriate degree if we are to be able to develop our distinctive ability to think,
sound and choose which makes us unique from animals Clarken, R. H. (2012).
Organizations need their human, material, economic, information capital etc. to achiev
e the task and strategic goals around which their entire operation revolves although the
technical progress has significantly reduced the role of man in some production
processes, at any point in the evolution of humanity no economic system has been
found that can replace the contribution of man Dumitru, A. M. (2017).
