16. SOLUTIONS FOR BARRIERS IN EFFECTIVE LISTENING:


 Minimize distractions.Make sure that you are physically facing the speaker and try to
make frequent eye contact with them.
 Prioritize listening over speaking.
 Ask questions to the speaker.Focus on asking questions based on what the speaker has
already told you.
 Look for oppurtunities to practice listening.
 Listen without interrupting while the other person is speaking.
 Try to listen the speaker though you have more knowledge about the concept the
speaker speaks.So that is one of the listening practice.
 Ensure that you are comfortable with your mind.
