Welfare is availability of resources and presence of conditions required for reasonably comfortable, healthy, and secure living. According to our country law, organization permit welfare to be satisfy their employee in the organization such as Supplemental Pays, Insurances, Employee’s Services, Flexible Working Schedules. Supplemental Pay that is time not worked such as Unemployment insurance; Vacation and Holiday pay; and Sick pay. Unemployment Insurance that is provides benefits if a person is unable to work through some fault other than their own. Sick Leave provides pay to an employee when he or she is out of work due to illness. Vacation and Holiday are mandatory off days for employees. Some employers pay employees for their vacation expenses. If organization will permit that welfare, its employees will be happy and satisfy in their organization so they will want to be work hard more. Insurance that is worker compensation such as Hospitalization, Health and Disability Insurance, Long-Term Care, Life Insurance. Worker’s Compensation provides income and medical benefits to work related accident victims or their dependents regardless of fault. Hospitalization, Health and Disability Insurance helps protect employees against hospitalization costs and income loss arising from off the job accidents or illnesses. Long-Term Care for things like nursing assistances to former employees in their old age is a key employs benefit. Life Insurance insures employees in case of disabilities and their dependents in case of death. If organization buy for insurance for its employees, its employs will believe their health and safety in the organization but organization will cost for insurances. Next one is Employee’s Services that sometimes called Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and include. Personal services such as Family friendly (work-life) benefit that include Counselling, Massage, Legal, financial advice, child care and elder care, mandatory time-off and digital curfews something like that. Some of the woman employees, they have no one to care their children. If organization open to child care center in their organization, its employees can take their children to the organization. So they will easy to solve the problem of their children. So they will more satisfy their organization. The last one is Flexible Working Hours such as Cafeteria benefits that is employees get to choose their own benefit package within limits, usually through some kind of point system. Flexible working schedules is employees can adjust working hours to suit their needs around core hours, which are the mandatory hours e.g. 10 to 4. Although welfare has some disadvantages organization should do welfare because it has advantages than disadvantages. If organization permit above welfare its employees will be more satisfy, more happily and they will be more simultaneous with their organization. So they will want to work hard and try the best in their organization more.
