The class listens to the song. Ask: What does the song tell you
to do? (We are going to know each other).
C. Modeling/Teaching
Presentation
Have you experienced filling out forms already? What are those forms you
have filled up already? Slum notebook, enrolment form, deposit slip, withdrawal
slip etc… Today let us discuss two forms to filled out, a biodata and application
form.
I will just show you how a bio-data and an application form looks like. But
I will be discussing a simple form to fill out.
-Show a real biodata form and application form first before executing a
ready made biodata form and instead of application form (use an excuse letter).

V. Assignment
