项目经理 Project Manager
旅悦集团工程项目经理,是受工程中心委任,长期驻扎在营建项目上工作的一线管理
人员,依据国家标准、地方标准、公司标准及制度,通过对安全、质量、进度、成本等方
面的控制,协调公司内外部资源,保证工程项目如期完成,顺利交付运营开业。Luyue

一、 项目经理任职条件 Project manager employment conditions

三、 项目经理的权限

1. 经公司授权,对《项目经理岗位职责》范围内的所有相关工作内容,行使相应的管
理权,有权对工程项目的生产经营活动进行组织领导、指挥协调和监督管理,对本项目的

四、 项目经理现场指导服务要求 Project manager on-site guidance service

为了更好地为加盟商服务,提升公司品牌形象,对工程项目经理在进入施工现场检查

1. 进入施工现场必须佩戴安全帽,统一佩戴旅悦集团工作牌(未收到工作牌的项目经

五、 准备阶段的管理 Management during the preparation phase
1. 项目决策前工程勘察 1. Engineering survey before project decision

1) 直营店(加盟店)项目交接内容:开发经理于项目交接时提供产权证明、一次
消防验收证明、项目平面图纸(红线图)、移交设备清单的扫描件;勘察、审批流程

2. 工程质量控制

1) 图纸会审制度:明确在工程项目施工前,必须对施工图纸组织会审。
