It is also known as Ashok Kumar order and is issued in case of Copyright Infringement.

This doctrine is related to Environment law and was propounded by the Supreme Court in the
Case of M.C.Mehta V. Kamal Nath and is applied with regard to protection and preservation of
natural resources. The government act as a trustee of the natural resources.

In 2006, the Delhi High Court had created the infrastructure for court annexed conciliation and
