take out the impedances after finding the impedances

formulas that are for each of those components.
A simplification of the circuit was made to leave it in a single
mesh so that the total impedance is removed after finding the
total impedance and with that we already had the RMS voltage
so it was easier to take the current out of the circuit, since
having this applies the law of ohm to find the current of the
circuits, after that what ispedia was to find the current in the
coil ,and when the simplification was made a Z3 impedance is
taken in which is the current of the coil that is shared with that
of the resistance of 4 ohm, thus doing it was easy to say that
the current of the coil was equal to the current that was shared
between these two components.
To find the voltage in the capacitor because as it was already
had that was omega we used the formula of the frequency that Results: In the first exercise depending on the value placed in
