Employee engagement refers to a situation of a company or firm where all the employees are
satisfied and engaged in their own work while showing interest in the activities of the
company. Employee retention refers to the employees staying at a firm for long time because a
satisfied employee would never think of living his job but would do all his work willingly and
productively. A dissertation is done to propose the purpose of a answering to all the questions of
the research.
