IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Formal approval of all international conferences be acquired from the Rector and HEC by the Dean/ HoD.
2. Concerned Faculties/ Departments to issue detailed instructions for Faculty Development Programs to all
concerned, minimum two weeks prior to conduct of the training.
3. All gazette/optional holidays will be notified separately by Admin Branch.
4. Deans/ HoDs may close their departments once a year on a day of national importance of the country
concerned and arrange special programs on such occasion in the University with prior approval of the Rector.
5. Sports activities to be organized after working hours.
6. Special seminars/lectures of eminent scholars to be arranged during the academic calendar.
7. Departments/ campuses may plan and hold functions/parties/any special training events within the premises of
the University with prior permission of the DG/Rector. Details of the proposed activity must be forwarded
sufficiently in advance.
8. Changes in academic activities, if any, will be notified by Registrar Office well in time.
9. All Departments/Branches/ Campuses/ Sections will ensure full compliance and any action pertaining to them
should be undertaken strictly according to the above calendar.
