2. ICOW the above references, submitted is our Case Study/Analysis Report with
three (3) options to wit: (Nota Bene: The researcher may be allowed to present one (1) CSAR Title
and to be presented by the group for final evaluation).

2. Proposing an alternate route to minimize traffic congestion on National Road
3. Installation of CCTV camera for security purposes in MTMB Office.

JUSTIFICATION: Reason why you choose the CSAR’s Title.

Title no. 1. We choose this title to know what are some factors that affects the traffic
congestion in Muntinlupa City.

Title no. 2. We choose this title because this will help to reduce the traffic congestion
by proposing an alternate route

Title no. 3. It is important that every corner of the office has a CCTV camera for the
purpose of protecting the employees as well as the people who do transaction

ACCESSIBILITY: Availability or easy access to information in relation with the case study on
hands.

Title no. 1. Through traffic survey, vehicle volume counting and upon request to the
MTMB Office
 Title no. 2. People can only get or obtain the alternate route route if the MTMB Office
gives information to the public

Title no. 3. Upon the request to the City Government of Muntinlupa

DOABILITY: The feasibility of the Case Study

Title no. 1. Advisable time to do road works and compliance to the city government
necessary documents, permits, clearances and certification issued by the city government.

Title no. 2. Provide sufficient information to the public and private motorists where they
can avoid the heavy traffic currently being experienced in the City of Muntinlupa

Title no. 3. To view or record all transactions occurring in the office and in the event of
unforeseen circumstances, and for the protection of every employee and for the public
