2. Educational History To Date

My time Mi is a very pleasant childhood and will not be repeated in this life with laughter
and joy. At that time I was mi darul iman where it was located around the house about 50
meters away from home so if I wanted to go to school it was enough to walk.
Six years later, with very satisfying results I also ventured to enroll in the Mts darul
ulum bunten Timur school accompanied by my parents.
I first entered in Mts darul ulum east bunten get grade 7 and in my class it turns out
there is my neighbor again. So we always go home together, As time goes by the ups and
downs of being a Mts child who started many lessons to face. A few months later until I
climbed to class 8 and separated with other friends. But with friends who were new to my
class, I was able to adapt and make friends until grade 9, but I was still in the same class
even though there were some people who were talking in other classes. My feeling at that
time was very disappointed in myself because I felt so in vain with what I had gotten up to
Mts grade 3 Mts east bunten ketapang.
However, I did not feel hopelessly happy and continued my education at one of the Al
Ulum Vocational Schools. At that time I got the class and the lesson I liked best was the Pkn
lesson. But one year passed until I went up to the second grade where the high school period
was very enjoyable, starting from skipping class, chasing a teacher and being together with
friends and the year-end tradition of doing recreation with friends and homeroom teachers
and many other activities until the time we graduated with satisfactory results in 2017. After
graduating we also held a farewell with other friends. Until finally my friends and I parted
by taking their own way there were those who chose to continue their education, work until
some were married. After that I went to the campus of the health sciences nazhatut thullab
sampang.
3. Overview of the Conditions of Nurses in Indonesia
One of the most important aspects of health development in Indonesia is the availability of
good health workforce resources. Professional nurses as health workers are an important
aspect in health development. Based on data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of
Indonesia, (2017), the percentage of the number of nursing professions is the largest among
other health professions, namely 29.66% of all recapitulations of health professions in
Indonesia as of December 2016. This opens great opportunities for the nurse profession to
play a role in providing quality and professional health services both directly to individuals,
families and communities.
4. Problems faced by Indonesian nurses today

receive

C. Being the main target of layoffs.
D. Long working time.
E. Do many things at one time.
F. Increased exposure to infection.
5. The Solution You Offer To Deal With Nurse Problems In Indonesia
In the modern era, many diseases that arise are caused by changes in unhealthy lifestyles
such as diet, activity patterns, and other habits such as smoking and consuming drugs. As a
result, various health problems now occur in many societies such as hypertension, kidney
failure, diabetes mellitus, cancer, various blood disorders or what we now know as non-
communicable diseases. At this time various health facilities have provided services to the
community to seek treatment both medically, non-medically including complementary
medicine.
In addition, the independent practice of nurses was further strengthened by the
passing of Law No. 38 of 2014 concerning Nursing, which included discussing Licensing
and Organization of Nurse Practices. Nurses who open nursing practice are required to have
a SIPP (Nurse Practice License) and only apply to one nurse practice place (contained in
nursing laws articles 19 and 20) and nurses who practice practice are required to install the
Practice Nameplate (contained in nursing law article 21) . Based on this law, the community
does not need to hesitate anymore to use the Independent Nurse Practices facility in finding
health solutions to overcome the diseases they suffer from.
