CODIGO DE CONDUCTA TURISMO SOSTENIBLE

Con el fin de contrarrestar la explotación, la pornografía y el turismo sexual con los

niños, niñas y adolescentes, el tráfico ilícito de bienes culturales y de especies de
flora y fauna, en TRASPIEDECUESTA S.A., tanto empleados como usuarios, nos
comprometemos con las siguientes obligaciones legales:
1. Abstenernos de ofrecer en los programas de promoción turística y en planes
turísticos, expresa o subrepticiamente, planes de explotación sexual de niños,
niñas y adolescentes.
2. Abstenerse de dar información a los turistas, directamente o por interpuesta
persona acerca de lugares desde donde se coordinen o donde practique
explotación sexual comercial de niños, niñas y adolescentes.
3. Abstenerse de conducir a los turistas, directamente o a través de terceros a
establecimientos o lugares donde se practique la explotación sexual comercial de
niños, niñas, así como conducir a estos a los sitios donde se encuentran
hospedados los turistas, incluso si se trata de lugares localizados en altamar, con
fines de explotación sexual comercial de niños, niñas y adolescentes.
4. Abstenerse de facilitar vehículos en rutas turísticas con fines de explotación o
de abuso sexual con niños, niñas y adolescentes.
5. Impedir el ingreso de niños, niñas y adolescentes a los hoteles o lugares de
alojamiento y hospedaje, bares, negocios similares y demás establecimientos en
los que se presenten servicios turísticos, con fines de explotación o de abuso
sexual.
6. Adoptar las medidas tendientes a impedir que el personal vinculado a cualquier
título con la empresa, ofrezca servicios turísticos que permitan actividad sexual
con niños, niñas y adolescentes.
7. Proteger a los niños, niñas y adolescentes nacionales o extranjeros de toda
forma de explotación y violencia sexual originada por turistas nacionales o
extranjeros.
8. Denunciar ante el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo y demás
autoridades competentes, los hechos de que hubiere tenido conocimiento por
cualquier medio, así como la sospecha de estos, relacionados con explotación
sexual de niños, niñas y adolescentes y asegurar que al interior de la empresa
existan canales para denunciar ante las autoridades competentes tales hechos.
9. Informar a sus usuarios sobre las consecuencias legales en Colombia de la
explotación y el abuso sexual de niños, niñas y adolescentes.
10. Capacitar a todo el personal vinculado y que vaya vinculando a la empresa, así
como a los proveedores que por la naturaleza de sus actividades tengan contactos
con turistas, frente al tema de prevención de la explotación sexual comercial de
niños, niños y adolescentes.
11. Fijar en lugar público y visible del establecimiento o establecimientos de
comercio el presente Código de Conducta y los demás compromisos que el
prestador desee asumir con el fin de proteger a los niños, niñas y adolescentes.
12. No apoyar y denunciar cualquier indicio de turismo sexual o abuso a menores
de edad.
13. No comprar ni recibir flora, fauna o partes de esta.
14. Informarse antes de entrar a ríos si se puede hacer y si es permitido el uso de
químicos como bloqueador o repelente.
15. No llevar ni traer del viaje elementos vivos.
16. Respetar la cultura y el medio ambiente del lugar que va a visitar.
17. Solo hacer fogatas en lugares permitidos.
18. No dejar basura.
19. No hacer mucho ruido.

SUSTAINABLE TOURISM CODE OF CONDUCT

In order to counter exploitation, pornography and sexual tourism with children and
adolescents, illicit trafficking in cultural property and species of flora and fauna, in
TRASPIEDECUESTA SA, both employees and users, we commit ourselves to the
following Legal obligations:
1. Refrain from offering, in tourist promotion programs and tourist plans, expressly
or surreptitiously, plans for the sexual exploitation of children, children and
adolescents.
2. Refrain from giving information to tourists, either directly or through interposed
person about places where they coordinate or where commercial sexual
exploitation of children is practiced.
3. Refrain from driving tourists, directly or through third parties, to establishments
or places where commercial sexual exploitation of children is practiced, as well as
to drive tourists to places where tourists are staying, even if they are located on the
high seas, for the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
4. Refrain from providing vehicles on tourist routes for exploitation or sexual abuse
with children. 5. To prevent the entry of children and adolescents to hotels or
places of accommodation and lodging, bars, similar businesses and other
establishments in which tourist services are presented for the purpose of
exploitation or sexual abuse.
6. Adopt measures to prevent staff linked to any title with the company, offer
tourist services that allow sexual activity with children and adolescents.
7. To protect domestic and foreign children and adolescents from all forms of
exploitation and sexual violence caused by domestic or foreign tourists.
8. To report to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism and other
competent authorities the facts of which it has been informed by any means, as
well as the suspicion thereof, related to the sexual exploitation of children and
adolescents and to ensure that within the there are channels to report such facts to
the competent authorities.
9. Inform its users about the legal consequences in Colombia of the exploitation
and sexual abuse of children and adolescents.
10.To train all related personnel that are linked to the company, as well as to
providers that, due to the nature of their activities, have contact with tourists,
regarding the topic of prevention of commercial sexual exploitation of children,
adolescents and children.
11.Establish in the public and visible place of the establishment or commercial
establishments this code of conduct and other commitments that the provider
wishes to assume in order to protect children and adolescents.
12.Don’t support and report any signs of sexual tourism or abuse to minors.
13.Don’t buy or receive flora, fauna or parts of it.
14.Be informed before entering rivers if it can be done and if the use of chemicals
as blocker or repellent is allowed.
15.Don’t bring or bring living.
16.Respect the culture and environment of the place you are going to visit.
17.Only make bonfires in places allowed.
18.Don’t leave trash.
19.Don’t make too much noise.
