Project Title: Canada-Goc- Electronic Procurement System

Project Start Date: 09th, October 2019 Projected Finish Date: 08th, October 2020

Budget Information: Freebalance Inc has allocated $5 Million for this project for
the 1st Quarter of Project subsequently funds will be allocated after the completion
each Quarter.

Project Objectives: The main objective of this project is to provide a platform to
ensure procurement performance, accountability and Transparency improves
efficiency and increase business accessibility. Since the procurement module is a
web – based application and designed for the Government of Canada.

Main Project Success Criteria:

 The module must be tested with large database.
 Profesional Service Consultant team must make sure that test must rigorous
so that go live must not have any glitch.
 Development must be on ground for any issues on customer environment
before Licensing.
 Sales Team needs to acquire all requirements from clients before
specification is developed.

Approach:
 Need to prepare workflow for success of product and licensing, within 1st
Quarter along with other process to go in parallel.
 Professional Service Consultant will help in writing specifications and
functionality of the Product.
 Development Team must implement and write liquiScripts.
 Test Cases must be developed and then approved by manager.
 QA Team should make environment to test various scenarios and report
back with status as High for bug fixing tasks.
 Functional and Unit testing must be carried out on Database with numerous
data.
 Standup meeting must be done with Manager and report issues.
