Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
· Determines call schedule by reviewing priorities with Department Head; discussing Trading terms, special
instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.
· Trying to get trading term agreement with Top Supplier.
· Reviewing Promotion Sale Two weeks one time, presenting Category Sale growth and Contribution monthly
to Management Team.
· Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store supervisor, Branch managers, and sale assistants;
answering their questions; responding to special requests; describing product features.
· Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or freshness-dated
products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products.
· Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels;
prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for
damaged products.
· Completes survey report by observing display and pricing of competitors' products.
· Helps field sales representatives with special promotions by setting-up displays at aisle ends; checking two
weeks one time on special promotions; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding
observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period.
· Enhances merchandising and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and
different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform inspections of purchased parts, finished company products according to well defined criteria using
standard physical, mechanical or electrical measurements.
· Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing. Maintain all controlled document files and test
records in a timely and accurate manner.
· Participate in the construction and revision of SOPs for the inspection function.
· Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.
· Perform review of Device History Records and other documentation for compliance to established
procedures and Good Documentation Practices.
· Work with production management and Quality Assurance to provide feedback to assemblers regarding
accuracy of assembly procedures.
