In this document you will find all the needed information in order to recruit mystery shoppers for
Helion Research.

A bit of background information, we are a Europe-based mystery shopping company, looking to

extend our database of mystery shoppers globally, using local freelancers.

We are starting a project for gas stations. The goal of the visit is to evaluate the customer service
and quality of every gas station in those countries. Therefore, we need as many people to sign up on
our database as possible. Mystery Shoppers will visit the gas station, and evaluate the forecourt, the
pumps, the shop, and the toilets if there are any on the premises.

We work with people signing up through a referral link, creating a profile, and then applying and
getting assigned via our platform job board. They find their scenario, a little quiz and the survey for
after the visit in their profile, after their application has been approved. They get paid per visit, and
additionally get reimbursed for any purchase made during the visit. Payment per visit varies from
$5.00 - $20.00, depending on difficulty.

Your goal is to get as many people to create a profile with us, so that we have enough Mystery
Shoppers to complete our project. You will post on job ads (paid and free), use social media, ask
family, friends, coworkers etc, and have them sign up using your unique referral link, that you can
find in your profile:

You will receive $1.00 / signup, and an additional $5.00 / completed visit. Whenever someone signs
up, you can keep track of them in your profile.
