About the Authors
Krishnan Arjunan is an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at the
School of Business and Management, Hong Kong University of
Science and Technology. He is the author of several other texts
in law and has published extensively in contract law and
related areas.
Abdul Majid is a Visiting Fellow in Business and Commercial
Laws at the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. He has
published extensively in contract law areas with occasional
forays into other academic disciplines.
The authors previously co-authored Business Law in Hong Kong
and Business Law in Malaysia.
