NOTICE

This is for information of all UG students ,except 2017 entry-batch, that the
Institute shall conduct a Special Examination to facilitate them to appear backlog
papers only. The exact date, along with detailed time-table, shall be published in
due course of time. In this regard, the following points may be noted:

1. This Special Exam shall be meant for 2016 and earlier batches of UG
students only.

2. Each eligible candidate shall be allowed to register for a maximum of 6 (six)

subjects (counting Theory & Lab subjects both) of any semester in which
he/she has backlogs.

3. The examination shall be for 80 marks of three hours duration, covering the
full syllabus. The rest 20 marks (sessional etc.) shall be carried forward.

4. An amount of Rs. 5000/- has to be paid by each candidate in the Bank

through Payment Slip available in Academic Section/Exam cell as
registration fee for the special exam.

5. The registration shall be held during 18-23 Jan’2018

6. Exam shall start from first week of Feb’ 2018 (tentative).

7. Further updates, if any, shall be notified later.
