1. GENERAL

GS Global’s Hydrant Servicer is designed and equipped to delivery jet fuel directly into all types of aircrafts.
And is designed to meet and conform to all requirements and regulations of NFPA, FAA, API, JIG-1 issue 10 &
IATA governing hydrant Servicer. The hydrant Servicer design shall be practical and efficient and provide
maximum safety for the aircraft and operational persons. The Servicer also is to be constructed with the best
materials obtainable for the use intended. All piping and tubing materials for Fuelling system are stainless steel.

4. FUELING SYSTEM

4-1 Filter/Monitor : Monitor type, rated flow 1000 GPM(max), to be built

in accordance with API 1581 GROUP II CLASS C, 5th Edition.

4-2 Flow Meter : Rated flow 1000 US GPM(max), flanged type, Positive bulk,

4-3 Pit Coupler : With pressure control by Air and Fuelling pressure with deadman
Control.

4-4 Hose Reel : Wrap type Hose reel with Hydraulic rewind motor.

4-5 Intake Hose : Hydrant inlet hose, 4"×12 meter 1 unit. / 4” x 14 meter 1 unit.

4-6 Deck Hose : Aircraft refueling deck hose, 2½ "×9 ft Plus.

4-7 Reel Hose : 2"×50ft long hose assembly with male & male re-attached couplings.
Certified to BS 3158 or API 1529.

4-8 Nozzle : Under-wing Fueling Nozzle, w/100mesh strainer, 45 psi. HECV & swivel,

4-9 Swivel Joint : Inlet Swing Joint 4", Ductile iron construction flanged connections.

4-10 Venturi : Flange inlet and outlet aluminum construction with needle valve.

4-11 Surge Suppressor : 2 units of 5 gallons capacity nitrogen charged.

4-12 Shut-off Valve : Stainless steel ball valve each 3", 4" with handle.

4-13 Inlet Shut-off Valve : Stainless steel ball valve 4" with handle.

4-14 Visual Check Fuel Sampler : Mounted on top of recovery tank.

4-15 Pressure Relief Valve : Pressure relief valve setting at 10 bar.

4-16 Air Eliminator : Discharging to recovery tank.

4-17 Visi-Flow Indicator : In air eliminator discharge line.

4-18 Differential Pressure Gauge : Direct reading differential pressure gauge with
3-way valve for monitoring filter monitor condition.

4-19 Recovery Tank : Large capacity product recovery tank with power operated automatic recovery tank
empting system, injects the contents of the tank down to dead stock level into the intake pipe work
upstream to the filter, while deadman function engaged. 25 gallon capacity with 10" fill cover liquid
level gauge and drain valve. Tank to be mounted on left side (driver side).

4-20 Inlet strainer : 100 mesh screen, basket type.

4-21 Fueling & Fuel Sensing Piping : All piping to be stainless steel.

4-22 Hose dolly : Numbers 8 to 10 units, mounted of hanger and wheeled.

4-23 Lifting Deck : Front-mounted & hydraulic scissors lifted fuelling deck, Sized (1.2m×2.3m),
with controls by Hydraulic cylinder. The lifting height is adjustable to be Capable of fuelling B-777
aircraft, with fueling hoses.

4-24 Deadman Switch & Cable : Suzie cabled Deadman switches. The length of two wires are each 15M
and 3M meters.

5-1 Two Static Ground Reels with 50' cable and Bonding Clamp. Manual rewind.
5-2 Brake Inter-Lock System and Inter-Lock Over-Ride system.
