Assignment 1: Identifying Personal Strengths and Weaknesses 25%

Here are the instructions for Assignment 1. Please, submit the assignment in Blackboard
(Assignments). No email submission. Deadline is April, 19th, by midnight. After the mentioned
deadline, you will not be able to submit your assignments in Blackboard. In this case, you can
send them by email. For each day of late submission, you will lose 5 points.

Requirements for Assignment 1


Students work individually and write the assignment in Word document.

Please, complete these online tests.

When you complete the tests, do not close the test’ windows until you read the information
carefully, take notes about the results or take a photo of your results in order to analysis
them in your assignment. You do not need to send me the results of the tests. However, you
can include them to your assignment document.
• You will do the tests and analyze the results of the tests, whether you agree or disagree
with test results. If you agree you need to explain why you agree and give some
examples from your life. If you do not agree, again explain why you disagree with the
test results and give examples from your experience.
• Students have to report the result of their analysis in written (1-2 pages).

Assignment Structure:
 Introduction: 2-3 sentences (what is assignment about)
 Short description of your results according to the tests (40-60 words). Do not analyze
anything in this paragraph.

 In a separate paragraph, explain why you agree or disagree with the results. If you agree
you need to explain why you agree and give some examples from your life. If you do not
agree, again explain why you disagree with the test results and give examples from your
experience. Here I do not define word limit. It can vary depending on your answers.

 Conclusion (shortly summarize your results and your opinion about the tests – 15-30
words)
