Vehicle / Equipment for S.O.

/ ICE

Notes:

a. To provide, operate and maintain the vehicles, transportation service, equipment and
others item in the Contract for the S.O./ ICE and his staff or representative. The item required
from the date of site possession (within two weeks from site possession) and the duration until
one (1) month after the issuance of the Certificate of Practical Completion. All items must be
hand over to S.O. / ICE.

b. Provide air-conditioned new vehicle or others engine capacity and S.O. office logo and
project name printed on the left and right front doors if requested by S.O. /ICE.

c. The new vehicle or equipment to be use by the S.O.'s staff for the duration of the contract and
shall be reverted to the contractor upon one (1) month after issuance of the Certificate of
Practical Completion unless otherwise stated in the Preliminaries.

d. Initial cost for the supply of vehicle include deposit, registration fees, down payment,
financial charges or any cost for the hire-purchase process.

e. Recurring cost for monthly maintenance for the duration of the contract period. Rate to
include monthly instalment, monthly finance charges, maintenance costs, servicing,
comprehensive insurances, valid road tax, oil, unlimited fuel usage by the S.O.'s staff, toll and
inclusive all related cost. The contractor must be provided petrol card for fuel and touch &
go card for toll. The insurance policy shall include coverage against legal liabilities to
passengers.

f. To provide and maintain the equipment for the duration of the contract period. Rate to
include all standard accessories and consumable items.

g. If the Contractor fails to provide or maintain any vehicle or equipment, S.O. shall have the
right to procure the vehicle or equipment from other sources or maintain it and all expenses
arising shall be borne by the Contractor. The S.O. also has the right to deduct any
proportion for the period Contractor not provided the requirement. An appropriate
adjustment shall be made to the Contract Sum.

h. Replacement vehicles shall be provided when normal vehicles are not available such as
during periods of servicing, maintenance or repair. All vehicles shall be maintained in
conformity with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.

Computer

Provide and maintain Desktop of the latest model complete with unit colour laser jet printer (for size
A4 paper only) and accessories for the duration of the contract period as specified. All software
and equipment to be supplied shall be original and legal copies of software. The Contractor
shall submit all documentary evidence.

Rate to include maintenance, toner, paper and all consumable items.

The Contractor shall provide a set of computer system for the sole use of the S.O.’s
representative and his staff. Each computer system shall include the following major components:

(i) An Intel Pentium i-3 or higher operating at 3.0 GHz CPU speed or higher, Intel 945 chipset
Mainboard of higher, 2 GB DDR-2 SDRAM or higher., 80 GB Hard Disk Drive (7200 rpm) or
higher, 16X DVD-ROM/52X CD-RW Combo drive or higher

(ii) Keyboard, 17” LCD monitor, optical mouse, microphone and multimedia speakers

(iii) 4 USB port, 1 Serial or Parallel port with Integrated Ethernet 10/100 LAN and Integrated Intel
Extreme Graphic

(iv) Internet equipment, configuration, phone line and Internet accout shall be provided.

(v) A laser printer with network interface (1 unit), HP or equivalent A3 colour inkjet printer with
network interface (1 unit)

(vi) Voltage regulator and battery backup (UPS)

(vii) Licensed software shall include the latest version of the followings:

(a) MS Windows 8 or higher as per date of tender closed.

(b) MS Office 2010 or higher as per date of tender closed.
(c) Latest Norton Anti-Virus software

The computer systems shall revert back to the Contractor upon completion of the Contract. The

number required as stated in the Preliminaries if applicable.
