The Bank provides all commercial banking products within the ambit of Shariah. The
Bank currently offers saving accounts, current accounts, term accounts, corporate
banking and trade finance products based on Murabahah and Ijarah concepts, consumer
banking products such as auto financing and home financing. You can find more details

BankIslami also offers trade finance and structured finance solutions based on Islamic
modes of Musharakah, Mudarabah, Ijarah, Salam and Istisna for its corporate clients.

There is a proper reporting line in SBP. Officers below top level management report to
their team leader, Team leaders report to Directors, Directors report to cluster heads & so
on.

staff conflict, etc.
There is a well organized Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to cope with such situations.

Problem solving approach & Team Work are those two core values that infuse the spirit
of healthy relationships among employees, therefore resolving any conflicts b/w
employees amicably.
