solvent-free non flammable urea-silicate foam Component A Colourless 330 1.485
specifically designed for rapid cavity fillings, coal Component B Pale brown 170 1.250
and strata consolidation and water stopping. Tested at 23ºC

Fields of application Flash point: A non applicable, B > 200°C

Application procedure
Components A and B are delivered ready-to-use.
They are injected in the proportion of 1:1 by
Packaging volume using a two component injection pump
equipped with a static in-line mixer nozzle, as
MEYCO® MP XP367 Foam is available in the shown below.

Component A: 36kg cans, or Special Requirements

240kg drums
Please Note: The foaming reaction time is
Component B: 30.60kg cans, or significantly dependant on the temperature of the
204kg drums resin, the rock and the ground water.
Please store both components prior to application
Special packaging for coal mining available in warm place of at least 15°C
 For cleaning of fittings and couplings as well as
single machine components a PU solvent should
be used.

To achieve the best mixing of the components
during injection, the inclusion of a static in-line
mixer in connection with the mixing head is
essential. The length of the static mixer should be
approximately 100cm for correct mixing.
Cleaning of injection equipment
For short breaks in injection, pump only
Component A through the in-line static mixer
nozzle. After injection and prior to storage of the
equipment, pump clean engine or hydraulic oil
through the pump and both injection lines (Comp
A and comp B).
If you leave the equipment for less than a week,
you can leave the injection lines with the product:
Storage
If stored in dry conditions, in unopened, tightly
closed original containers and within a
temperature range of +5ºC and +35ºC, the
components of MEYCO® MP 367 Foam have a
shelf life of 12 months.
Caution: Component A is frost sensitive!
Safety precautions
Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for safety
measures.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes by using the
required personal protective equipment, such as
overalls, gloves and eye goggles. If contact with
skin occurs, wash thoroughly using soap and
water. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse
thoroughly with an eyebath filled with clean water
and seek medical advice.
The cured products are harmless.

Be sure to close the end of the lines with the Uncured products should be prevented from
secure caps. entering local drainage system and water courses.
Spillage must be collected using absorbent
materials such as sawdust and sand, and dispose
of in accordance with local regulations.
