APPLICATION FOR OBTAINING PERMISSION/NOC IN THE

PENDING CRIMINAL TRIAL FOR RENEWAL OF APPLICANT’S
PASSPORT No. G6951686.
It is most respectfullyt showeth:

1. That the above mentioned case is pending before this

Hon’ble court for adjudication and is fixed for 21.01.2020.
2. That the applicant is alleged accused in the
aforementioned criminal case and he is facing
abovementioned trial on each and every date of hearing.
3. That the applicant is peace loving law abiding citizen of
India and he has full faith in Indian Judiciary. Applicant
has clean antecedents record and no other criminal
proceeding is pending against him except the present one.
In the present case the complainant has falsely implicated
the applicant in collusion with the police official just to
harass the applicant and this case has not any head and
feet.
 4. That the applicant has an Indian passport bearing
No.G6951686 which was expired on 05.02.2018 and it is
required for renewal of it within prescribed period of time.
The copy of Applicant’s Passport is annexed herewith as
Annexure-A.
5. That the applicant applied for reissue of his passport in
concerned passport Seva Kendra as per settled provisions
of the law. The copy of applied application are annexed
herewith as Annexure-B.
6. That the concerned authority advised to the applicant for
bringing permission letter from the present Hon’ble Court
for the reissue of the said passport according to the
provisions notified in the Gazette of India vide GSR
570(E).dt.25.08.1993.
7. That applicants has not violated any terms and condition
imposed by the Hon’ble trial Court. Applicant further
undertakes that he will abide by the terms and condition
of the Hon’ble trial court regarding the issuance of his
Passport.
PRAYER:
It is therefore, applicant most respectfully prays to
this Hpn’ble Court that may kindly be pleased to issue
permission letter/NOC to the applicant for reissue his
Passport in the interest of Justice.
