What is covered?

• Substances used directly in work

all stages of use:

Storage
Usage
Disposal

• Familiarise yourself with the file


• Read all product labels carefully
before use
• Ensure containers are accurately
labelled
• Never mix chemicals
• Add chemicals to water
What Next?

• Ensure tops are tightly replaced


• Wipe up spillages immediatley
• Use dispensers
• Treat cleaning chemicals
with respect
• Make suggestions about improving
safety
