Responsible for the planning, reviewing and recommendation of human resources main policies for Johor
Special Achievement : Prepared a working paper on Johor Corporation’s new compensation scheme in
1992. The working paper was approved by JCorp’s Board of Directors which was chaired by Johor’s Chief
Minister. The new compensation scheme was later implemented by JCorp’s headquarter on 1 January 1995
after approval by the Public Service Department. The compensation scheme was also adopted by JCorp’s
subsidiaries, Harta Consult Sdn Bhd, Total Project Management Sdn Bhd, JSEDC Technopark Sdn Bhd,
Pelaburan Johor Berhad, Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan Pasir Gudang and Kumpulan Perbadanan Johor Sdn
Bhd.

The Security Department with the strength of 300 security personnel is responsible for overall security

Responsible to lead and manage the JCorp’s headquarter Human Resources and Administration
Department.
Responsible as Secretary to The JCorp’s Main Human Resources Committee which is chaired by the CEO
and the members consist of all the key head of companies appointed by the CEO.
The department is responsible for managing the human resources in the headquarter and planning,
recommending and reviewing all human resources main policies matters for Johor Corporation’s group.
Special Achievement : Prepared a working paper reviewing the “Skim Khairat Keluarga Johor
Corporation” from non-profit organization to profit organization in 2004. The working paper was approved
by JCorp’s Board of Directors. The new entity now known as Capaian Aspirasi Sdn Bhd and has now
opened its membership to the public. It has also been appointed as the agent of Etiqa Takaful and Takaful
Ikhlas.
