Introduction:

Why we chose this topic?


Food hygiene and safety usually refer to contamination with
microorganism or microbes whereas in communicable diseases
the term infectious agent is preferred. Unhygienic food is now a
days consider as a biggest problem not only in Pakistan but all
over the world. It effects people health badly and cause of severe
diseases. our university, cafeterias are not well arrange and
organized and the food they provide to students is not fresh and
healthy. Students suffer from food poison when they eat food that
is rotten and expired food. Food poisoning occurs when food is
made in unhygienic environment surrounding.

Discussion
we survey our university and students fill out the
questionnaire forms about the food quality and about
environment of cafeteria. The reviews of students that
we are going to discuss is that they should food
inspection team in cafeteria and the contract of
cafeteria should be in hand of good company. There
should be sanitization system for cafeteria staff and
also for students.
The cafeteria is not well clean and
the waiters who serve the food to students has no
gloves in their hands more over in our university the
person who clean the cafeteria is also serving food
that is not fair there should be different waiters for
cleaning and serving the food. Person working in café
should be medically fit and the cook should wear
gloves and head cover floor should be clean every
day and there should be a sterilization system for the
cleaning of utensils. In café there should be healthy
and clean food that students would like and would not
suffer from diseases …
Solutions
According to our survey there are some solutions that
we find out how to overcome the problems that students
are facing about food quality and environment of
cafeteria in our university and unhygienic food effects
our health
These are the best solution we get from students

In our point of you this is the best solution. As


inspection team is the best way to take care about
the food quality and environment of the cafeteria
 The environment should be clean and there should
a sanitization system and the waiter should wear
gloves in hands while they are serving the food

Environment has great effect on the food and health if the


environment is not clean it will affect the food however the food is
clean and has great quality
Paragraph
The university canteens are required to provide food to a large
number of students in the university. Hence they have to take
extra caution in choosing the ingredients, preparation and serving
of food in an extremely hygienic manner. Moreover, since it
involves the health of students, extra precautions are to be taken.
But sadly, in many universities in spite of the instructions given to
maintain hygiene, we can see flies around the food and plates not
properly cleaned, and tasteless food which makes us lose our
appetite. we need to be aware that serving food in
canteens should not be considered as just a business,
universities authorities must carry out a regular check of how the
food is prepared and served and the teacher in charge must have
food along with the students to ensure the quality of the food.
Unhygienic preparation of food can lead to many consequences
like food poisoning which may prove dangerous to the life of the
people consuming that food. So the university authorities have to
make sure that the items used for cooking are properly cleaned,
the cooks maintain good personal hygiene and that the food is
cooked properly and served in a hygienic manner.
