General
PLEASE NOTE WHEN WELDING! Never make voltages through any of the manifolds. There is a risk that internal valves
I will be damage.
New oil in drums or drums often does not meet the requirements for cleanliness. In any event, the hydraulic system must
II be filled with a sufficiently fine filter. A filler connection (G1 ") is present on the reservoir.
Oil tank and pipes must be checked for cleanliness before filling with the hydraulic fluid. It is important that this happens
III immediately before filling. If necessary, the entire installation must be flushed
More than 80% of the hydraulic failures are caused by oil pollution. Pollution has catalytic action, which accelerates
IV chemical reactions in the oil. Water contributes significantly to the oxidation process of the oil.
Proper oil maintenance ensures COST SAVING: The oil's life time will be longer and there will be less repair costs for the
V hydraulic components.

VI Power supply on winch control cabinet (Item 30) must only be switched on in the presence of expert personnel!

VII Transportation of the hydraulic reservoir(item 100) must only take place without liquid/oil inside.

VII Hoisting of the reservoir(item 100) must be done using the supplied lifting lugs on the reservoir

IX Suction valves (item 101 or 102) must remain closed as long as there is no oil in the reservoir.
If E-motor (item 110 or 115) is supplied, do not start it before the reservoir is filled start with oil and the pump is vented!
X Starting the E-motor only in the presence of expert staff. Rotation must be check prior to starting.

XI If there is no oil in the reservoir, the heating elements (item 180) must not be energized!
If the reservoir is filled, the heating elements (item 180) are only energized via the Rexroth controls to prevent
XII overheating.
Mounting surfaces of the pump set (Item200/210) on the diesel engine coupling and the support under the suction
XIII connection must be 100% aligned so that tension-free mounting is possible. An alignment error can cause bearing
damage.
The pump set (Item 200/210) is filled with SHELL VSI 8235 concentrate, so keep blind flanges as long as possible. Only
XIV when the connecting pipework is mounted can the blinds and stops be removed, and the concentrate is drained. Never
leave a connection open!
Start-up of the pumps (item 200/210) is only permitted in the presence of skilled personnel. Direction of rotation must be
XV checked prior to first start-up.
