Sikalastic®-851 R is a two part, elastic, 100% solids,

very fast curing modified polyurethane/polyurea- PODIUM SYSTEMS WITH
hybrid liquid applied membrane with good chemical ­Sikalastic®-851 R
resistance. The product is very fast to apply with
large areas being able to install quickly. Spray applied waterproofing membrane

Consumption: 1.00 kg/m2 /mm
As a waterproofing membrane:
Substrates: Concrete structures
́́ on flat and pitched roof structures, with additional top coat Primer: Sikafloor®-161 0.35-0.55 kg/m2
for UV-protection for exposed roofs Broadcast: Quartz sand 0.3-0.8mm
́́ underneath planting or hard landscaping on podium areas Graded sand 1 - 1.5kg/m2.
́́ underneath XPS insulation as part of an inverted or Broadcast to excess and cleaned next
vegetative roof system day to remove excess.
́́ for other concrete structures and on non-trafficked concrete
areas with an additional top coat for UV-protection.
