The price indicated is FOB New Delhi Dryport

Payment: 25% advance along with order and balance through irrevocable letter of credit
at site valid for four months.
Bank Details: Account Number OCC/946, our bank Andhra Bank, Sector 17, Faridabad,
Haryana, India
Installation: To and fro flight charges, visa, lodging, boarding and local expenses for the
engineer to be provided.
Validity: 45 days.
Delivery: 45 days, ex-works Faridabad after the receipt of technically & commercially
clear order along with advance. Subject to delays that may be beyond our control and
force majeure conditions.
Failure to take delivery: If you fail to take delivery of the goods within 15 days from
the date of our intimation for taking delivery of goods. We reserve the right either to
cancel your order and forfeit the advance, claim losses suffered by us on account of such
order cancellation AND/OR demand price escalation determined by us.
Cancellation: Order once placed cannot be cancelled without our consent in writing. We
reserve the right to adjust all or part of the advance paid by you towards cost incurred by
us till our acceptance of the cancellation.
Inspection & Demonstration: Machine may be inspected at our works within 10 days of
our inspection call .For working trial, you will have to supply the material well on time
and the performance of the machine shall be checked as per our order acceptance.
Warranty: 12 months from the date of dispatch. Customer has to provide Visa, Airticket,
lodging and boarding for our engineers. Items damaged due to manufacturing defect
would be replaced by us except for the consumables.
Jurisdiction: All transactions are subject to FARIDABAD JURISDICTION only.
