I. Objective
At the end of the lesson the students should be able to:
a. Describe the cheesy dynamite
b. Follow the right procedure in making cheesy dynamite.
c. Value the benefits of developing skills in making cheesy dynamite.

II. Subject Matter

Topic: How to make cheesy dynamite
Materials: Cooking outfit, tools and equipment, ingredients, laptop, LCD

B. Presentation

1) Activity
 Demonstrations for preparing cheesy dynamite

Ingredients

Green chili peppers

Lumpia wrapper
Cheddar cheese

Procedure:

1 Make a lengthwise slit through one side of the chili pepper. Make sure not to slice all the way through.

2 Scoop out the seeds and stuff it with cheese.

3 Wrap the prepared chili peppers in lumpia wrapper. Seal the edges by dabbing it with water.

4 Fry until golden brown and serve hot.

  What are the ingredients to make cheesy dynamite?
 How to store cheesy dynamite?

3) Abstraction
 Why do we need to follow the right procedure in making cheesy dynamite?

4) Application
Group Activity: The students will be divided into 3 groups, each group composed of 4 members and
they’ll make a cheesy dynamite.

IV. Assessment
 Through group performance activity.
 The performance will be rated using the scoring rubric.
