GROUP” for the purpose of shooting and editing a youtube tutorial video
featuring your technology.”

About US
Wise Monkeys is a photography & video production company based in Dubai.
We have been serving both coporate and individuals for creating content for
their marketing needs since 2011.

Our founder Shiji Ulleri came to UAE in 2006 since then he has been working in
media industry and we have to say that he is a role model for many in the same
industry, and his professional strength and relationship with varuous talented
peoples such as producers,directors,photographers and cinimatographers within
in UAE is remarkable.

Our Strengths:
• Our inhouse video editors and photo editors are uniquely qualified at what they
do.
• We always have one point of contact for each video production.
• Our most valued clients are : NYU Abu Dhabi, Unilever, PWC, IPN,Getty images,
Associated Press.

Scope of the Project

EDGE group has approached Wise Monkeys Productions LLC to create ‘Halcon
Youtube tutorials videos shooting and editing’. There will be 4 videos of 15
minutes each per month to be shot in a day’s schedule.

Wise Monkeys Productions LLC is also supposed to be produce the following:

- Shooting equipment
- Editing of 4 videos
- Translation and subtitling – translation of the lectures into Arabic and addition
of subtitles
- Sound mixing – Voice over and reusable background music where necessary
- Graphics & Overlays – Supers, overlays etc where needed

Script: Script or any creatives will be provided EDGE group.

Shooting: Shooting will be finished over a day. Final location of the shoot to be
confirmed.
Editing: Editing of 4 videos of 15 minutes each/ month.

Terms and Conditions

GENERAL
- Bookings should be made at least one week in advance through official email.
- Wise Monkeys can only guarantee / accommodate bookings according to crew
availability.
- Any additional portion of an hour over and above the agreed time is chargeable at the
flat rate of AED 600 per hour per crew.

PAYMENT TERMS:
50% advance payment for booking confirmation with LPO
50% to be settled upon delivery of final product.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
**Cancellation within 4 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the
total amount.
**Cancellation within 72 hours prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of
the total amount.
**Cancellation within 24 hours prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of
the total amount.
**Postponement penalties are identical to the cancellation fees detailed above.
