Personal questions 
1. I want to improve my self and my skill by applying the role that I 
already choose and it will give me a responsibilities to do, beside that I 
train my self to be a better person and a great leader. 2. My value is 
contributing to society and influence other people so I can bring out the 
good in others because I know that everyone has skills, and each of us 
different, and we all have something to offer. to me contribute and 
influence other people is to make a world a better place because we were 
there. 
3. I want to be more confident with my self, improve my public speaking 
skills, leadership and communication to other people 4. i will try to 
classify my activity from the most important to not so important and put 
a priority into the most important one, each day had to be planned with 
precision, but it all depends on the things. 
 
AIESEC Knowledge 
1 .AIESEC takes a step further and, as an organisation, sets clear milestones every 
five years in order to come closer to the achievement of our organisation’s mission, 
peace and fulfilment of humankind’s potential. The three AIESEC 2020 statements 
are self-explanatory and underline the meaning of the organisation as a global 
youth movement. The reasons for initiating AIESEC 2020 is quite simple.The key 
to achieving long-term goals is by having a clear strategic direction. The new plan 
can be seen as a refreshment of AIESEC’s earnestness: Giving leadership 
development to youth with an accurate plan.

disruptively 3. Being accessible to everyone, everywhere the AIESEC 
2020 statement have a same value with the role that I want to apply 
because it can help AIESEC deliver the value to achieve AIESEC 2020 
2. Clarity of WHO is how we capable of achieving peace with our 
potential and we are identified that by placing our confidence in youth to 
create a better future, because we believe that leadership is a 
fundamental solutionwith our essence which is that, what we do, what 
do we bring for the world, and what we create. we are a youth leadership 
movement. We stand fo something more,and we defined it in our values 
it is who we are.

something that can help me to be more better, so I can be a good leader and change 
my community and giving impact to others

unique culture. Experience the cultural diversity of Indonesia by immersing 
yourself into the local lifestyle and contribute to reduce inequalities in Indonesian 
society. An exchange experience in Indonesia will expose you to the sights, 
sounds, food and people of a thousand cultures and I'm sure LC UNHAS is a good 
decision to have a good volunteering experience
