Product & Service Description:

Purchasers of the 2019 ICT Mentorship are paying for streaming access to pre recorded videos and lessons on the study of Price Action. There are no Live sessions or
Live webinars in the Membership. All 2019 enrollments are supplied with all the streaming recordings of the ICT Mentorship initial 2016-2017 sessions. Each of the
12 modules are accompanied by Study Notes in Pdf format for downloading. Each of the 12 modules has specific lessons on individual concepts of Price Action study.
All videos are in streaming format and accessible to all paying Members during their membership. There are 12 Core Modules that complete the paid portion of the ICT
Mentorship. After all 12 modules are purchased the Member will participate in future lessons at no additional costs beyond the Core Content costs – once the Member
supplies a complete satisfaction for the Mentorship Core Content and pays the $25 USD account upgrade fee to Charter.

The ICT Mentorship is NOT investment advice. We are a community that actively studies Price Action on various asset classes for the purpose of learning potential
reoccurring Price Action patterns. This service and product is not to be viewed as a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. The service is produced and operated in the
medium of a Demo Account 100% of the time. Unlike live market conditions, a Demo Account poses no actual monetary Risk and equally no monetary reward, or profit
can be realized. No promise or guarantee is being made or implied in terms of accuracy or profitability.

The ICT Mentorship Operates Under Strict No Refund Policies:

All payments are Non-Refundable. Buyer understands the nature of this service and product provide No Opportunity To Receive Any Manner Of Refund both in part or
whole. All sales are final, as access is granted to streaming media that enables immediate consuming on the part of the Buyer and therefore this product or service is not
“returnable” or eligible for refund. Cancellations are not permitted to rejoin, re-watch or consume Membership content after access is removed. All membership
cancellations are final and without refund.

All Payments Are Required To Include Notices Of Complete Satisfaction & Proof Of Delivery To Progress:

All payments are processed via PayPal only. With each of the 12 required payments - a note is to be made with your PayPal payment - that the purchaser or “ICT
Mentorship Member” received the previous module as described and the purchaser is completely satisfied and wishes to purchase the next module and continue under
the same ICT Mentorship Terms of Use and No Refund Policy. Specific directions will be provided in the payment instructions email, upon receipt of the signed ICT
Mentorship Enrollment agreement.

All ICT Mentorship Members Are Required To Maintain The Same Email & Mailing Address Used With PayPal:

Enrollment requires all Members to maintain a constant email address and mailing address on file with PayPal for the 12 months. If the Member moves or relocates, this
must be supplied to PayPal in the profile on file at PayPal.com. All ICT Mentorship correspondence will be directed through this email address only. There is to be no
PayPal account sharing – or having another person pay for your membership. All Members are required to obtain and pay through their personal PayPal accounts. No
exceptions will be made on this matter.

The use of www.ICTMentorship.com is a paid monthly subscription. Twelve Monthly Payments are required to complete the paid portion of the membership. By
continuing to access ICTMentorship.com (collectively, the “Website” or “Service”), you signify acceptance and compliance with the following Terms of Use (the

Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and identification – no account sharing – you will not get a warning – this will
result in cancellation;

• Be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using
your account.

• Use the Service without violating any applicable law or

regulation.

Teaching With The Medium Of A Demo Account

The teachings and presentations are for informational purposes only. No intent is made or implied to the user, viewer, subscriber or "member" to ICTMentorship.com
or TheInnerCircleTrader.com to use this information to make any investment decision. There is RISK in trading Forex, Futures, Commodities, Bonds, Currencies,
Stocks and Options. The use of a Demo Account is to prevent risk of actual monetary loss for ICT Mentorship Member. Teaching via a Demo Account poses no
actual monetary risk of loss and equally so has no capacity to make any actual monetary gain or “profit”. All profits and or losses are strictly in the medium of Demo

Cancellation Of Payments

The monthly subscription fee must be made on time at the 1st of every month to stay in good standing. A reasonable three days grace period will be considered and
viewed as acceptable time of payment. All monthly payments must be paid in full. Any membership that fails to continue monthly payments and the 10 th day of
every new month will be viewed as an intent to cancel subscription and thereby cancel access to this service and its mediums. Cancellations will not be permitted to
rejoin the Mentorship.

Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON PURCHASES

Please note that because ICTMentorship.com and or TheInnerCircleTrader.com offers immediate and unlimited access to our online study materials, ALL SALES ARE
FINAL. ICTMentorship.com and or TheInnerCircleTrader.com does not offer a refund or exchange of subscription fees for any reason. Previous months that have past
are not eligible for refund and your use and continued use of this service constitutes your agreement with this policy. To continue to the next month's content - all
members must provide a Satisfaction notice that clearly states the previous month's content and service was delivered as described and satisfaction of all purchases
made. Without confirmation of delivery of content and satisfaction - continuation will not be permitted.

Non-Disclosure Policy:

Any Member of the ICT Mentorship is required to never make public any charts, audio, visuals, screenshots, pdf, video, conceptual ideas, intellectual property, tools,
opinions, concepts, setups or commentary. Any Member found releasing Membership content will be ejected and not granted a refund. This is a private Membership
and the concepts are not to be taught, shared or explained in any capacity in whole or in part.
