1 Follow this 30-day calendar to know what workouts and flows you should
do and when. Consider keeping a workout journal to track challenges,
progress, and successes.
2 Each day we ask you to do one to three different workout videos that
belong to one of the plans included in the bundle. Each video is labeled
with the plan title.
3 Remember to take the practice at your own pace. Feel free to repeat days if
you feel like the practice is advancing too quickly, or substitute a restorative
class for a workout if you feel like you need a break.
Above all, enjoy the journey and find the inspiration to become the person
you want to be, physically and spiritually.
