1 Introduction to Antelopus Tender
Antelopus is an India focused E&P Company, established in 2018. It was awarded the Contract Area
MB/OSDSF/D31/2018 (D31 Cluster), during the Second Discovered Small Fields (DSF) round in 2018.

This D31 Cluster is located offshore in the West Coast, and covers an area of ~ 250 sq.km, with 5 proven
discoveries. Antelopus has aggressive development and appraisal plans for the D-31 cluster in a fast
track timeline. The present scope of work consists of complete end-to-end deliverability, for the
development of the D12 Field within this cluster.

D12 field is located in the Mumbai offshore basin approximately 216 km west of the city of
Mumbai, in water depths of 85-90m. For the D-12 development drilling campaign, the company has
plans to drill 2 highly inclined wells (~ 70-80 degrees). These wells would be gas wells with anticipated
production rate of 15 mmscfd gas and ~ 1000 bopd of condensate.

The start of drilling is planned for January 2021, so that both wells could be drilled within the permitted
weather window of the west coast in India. Presently, Antelopus plans to award this tender by the
second week of March to adhere to this timeline.

2 Scope of Work
2.1 Planned Operations

Two wells shall be flowed back after acidisation jobs. To optimise utilisation of surface well testing and
other associated equipment, the first well will be drilled, completed and suspended. After completing
the second well, acidisation and flowback will be performed on well 2 before the rig will skid back to
well 1 for acidisation and flowback operations.

Operations will be executed from a jack-up rig which will be positioned over a platform. The wellheads
will be installed on the wellhead deck of the platform.

2.2 Indicative List of Equipment

The following table contains the indicative types and quantities of equipment which would be required
for the planned well testing operations. Contractor to add and/or change equipment/quantities as they
see fit. Additional consumables can also be added here.

All equipment shall be certified with latest inspection certificates to be provided prior to load-out.

Contractor to provide a list of utilities which the rig contractor will have to provide for and during testin
operations.

Contractor to be responsible for transportation of surface sample bottles to lab facilities in India or
internationally.

2.3 Personnel

All personnel shall be qualified to perform their duty in an offshore environment, in possession of the
necessary licenses (BOSIET, etc.) and follow the applicable HSE standards.

2.4 Point Of Mobilisation

The point of mobilisation shall be as follows

 Personnel: Heliport in Mumbai area. Exact location will be confirmed

 Equipment: Shorebase in Hazira or Mumbai. Exact location will be confirmed

Contractor shall be responsible to arrange all necessary transportation and/or accommodation to point
of mobilisation once call-out is issued. This applies to 2.2 and 2.3 above.

Contractor shall also ensure that all equipment is provided in suitable and certified baskets for offshore
operations.

 Monthly Rental to cover operations and standby as well as the other items mentioned above
 Mob/Demob Rate shall include charges for both mobilisation and demobilisation
 Point of Mobilisation as per chapter 2.4 above
 Contractor to confirm crew size and ensure 24 hr coverage in two shifts
