Now Accepting Credit Cards!

Global Resorts Network is happy to announce that we are now able to accept credit cards
for payment. At present that includes only Master Card and Visa but we plan to add
American Express soon.

It has been difficult to arrange for a merchant account because travel related companies
are very high on the “risk” list. In fact, many travel related companies that had merchant
accounts have been losing them recently.

As a result of our classification as a travel related company, we are required to pay a

higher discount and the processing company will withhold a percentage of the overall
transaction as a reserve against losses.

Some of our independent Affiliates have their own merchant accounts. They have been
able to fly “under the radar” because of lower volume. Affiliates that can qualify are
encouraged to procure a merchant account and accept credit card transactions on their
own and remit payment to GRN directly.

If Affiliates choose to have their prospects run the credit card transaction through GRN,
the following will apply:

1. The following credit card service fee will be deducted from commissions for credit
card sales only:
a. Platinum $250.00 (net commission will be $750)
b. Gold $125.00 (net commission will be $375)
c. Upgrade $125.00 (net commission will be $375)

2. A 5 day delay will be necessary to allow for the three day rescission period.

3. The processor will fund 48 hours after the 5 day delay making a total of 7 days.
 4. Commissions will be paid on the Wednesday following funding by the
processor. This should be a two week time frame but on rare occasions
could be three weeks.

We hope to have the credit card payment option on the web site soon. Those that chose to
use a credit card will be asked to print a Credit Card Authorization Form and fill it out
with information required for the credit card transaction and sign the form. This
completed form must then be faxed (623 434-7488) to GRN where the transaction will be
completed. The card user will be notified by e-mail of the successful completion of the
transaction.

Until the credit card option is available on the website the credit card form can be
obtained from GRN by request e-mail to support@globalresortsnetwork.com or by
phone at 623 434-434-7485.
