with good at Corporate Office and units, I have good experience in HR activities such as Recruitment
Payroll, Employee Relations ,conducting & coordinating Training programs, performance Management,
Administration, Statutory compliance (PF/ ESI / LWF) -

Professional Experience:

 Working as Manager HR with Cellpoint India private limited (corporate office) from Dec'16 to
till date.
 Worked as Executive Hr with The Akshaya Patra Foundation ( NGO - Food Industry) from
June’15 to May‘16
 Worked as Jr.Executive Hr with Incor Hospitals vizag pvt ltd (OMNI RK Hospitals) from Feb
2014 to April 2015.
 Worked as HR executive in Mahalakshmi Motors (Force Automobiles) from Aug 2013 to Feb

Key Responsibilities Handled:

 Vacancies posting in job portal sites, Drafts the advertisement to publish advertisements in news
papers. Identifying the manpower consultants and negotiating with them for terms and conditions.
 Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process consisting of applicant screening, HR Round of
interviews, Co-Ordination of subsequent interviews, offer negotiation with the selected
candidates which involves – salary negotiating, counseling them on compensation and benefits,
career path within the organization. Performing background reference checks on candidates.
 Collecting the joining formalities like joining reports, standard application format along with
necessity photographs of the newly joined employee including bank application for salary
processing, PF/Gratuity nomination forms

Time Office Functions:

 Day to day Attendance checking. ( 90 BRANCHES all over AP) –through mobile app -biometric
 Maintaining Leave Cards of On roll Employees.
 Checking & Maintaining of Overtime & late coming reports, Absenteeism Reports of On-Roll
Employees etc.
 Off-Roll Manpower Management includes verification of Attendance & Wage bills etc
 Issuing of ID cards, employee codes for attendance for new employees and maintain registers

Training & development:

 Identifying the training needs for teams from team leaders and Area Sales managers.
 Organizing External training programs and getting feedback from employees.
 Maintaining process related records as per prescribed business guidelines & needs.
 Taking awareness classes on benefits available with PF, ESI,LWF, Personal grooming etc.

Payroll Processing:
 Consolidation of Payroll with all inputs like Collection on attendance, leaves, new hires,
employee information changes, Loans, Advances,Incentives and Reimbursements etc. as per
SARAL Paypack..
 Salary statement generation and coordinating with bank for disbursing the salary and Employee
Pay slips generation & Distribution.
 Pre- Auditing the Payroll for zero error & Management Approval.
 Handling Payroll Grievances’ if any.
 Generating pay slips and disbursement.

 Generating Statutory reports – PF, ESI, PT, LWF.

Statutory compliances:
 Generating ESI & PF numbers & Collecting PF / ESI / Gratuity nomination declaration forms to
new employees.
 Allotment of UAN and uploading KYC Details of employees
 PMRPY process and claims
 Collecting yearly investment declarations from Non-ESI employees for TDS
 Maintaining Muster roll register, fines and damages register, OT register, ESI accident register,
First aid register

 Handling Statutory Compliance, Filing of monthly Statutory Returns within the due dates.
 Processing PF claims form 19 and 10C of left employees and PF Transfer form-13 of new
 License renewals of company AP shops and establishment

Performance Management / Appraisals:

 Planning and timely completion of annual performance reviews.
 Preparing Confirmations / Promotions/ Increments.Distributing and documentation of annual
appraisal letters in personal files of employees.Data analysis by appraisal forms and preparing
performance MIS reports.
 K.R .A ‘S are fixed based on the Position and the type of Job handled. At the beginning of the
year , the K.R.A’S are fixed and they will be given targets to complete the targets. Based on the
Annual Performance of an Employee, the Appraisal will be given.
 Coordinating with the top management and finalization of increment / hike as per the appraisal
final list

Other HR & Admin Activities:

 Resolving employee grievances in a prompt manner and develop faith in employees towards the
 Addressing employee queries regarding payroll, Attendance, HR Policies, Leave Details,
timesheets etc.
 Employee Benefits - maintaining leave records, Leave encashment, Medical Reimbursement,
Medi-claim, Salary Advances etc. Personal File Management.
 Overtime & late coming reports, Absenteeism Reports of On-Roll Employees, Training
 Issuing Show cause notices, Warning letters, Memos, Termination letters for the concern staff and
asking for their explanation.
 Conducting Exit interviews, Employee Final Settlements, relieving procedures and employee

 2011 – BBM from TSR & TBK College (Affiliated by Andhra University), Srinagar,
Visakhapatnam with an aggregate of 59.79%.
