Dear Channel Partners,
We are happy to announce following consumer offers from 1st November to 30th November 2019 and this scheme
letter will supersede all our earlier communication in this connection.

offers for select corporate customer

Note : The dealer share in offers will be 50% of the corporate offer benefit mentioned above or the amount indicated
as dealer share in table, which ever is low.
This month onwards we will be focusing on select corporates through the defined corporate group as mentioned
above
Tata Group / SSS : This includes the Tata Group companies and the companies under SSS
Top 11 Corporates:
These corporates are selected based on number of employees, existing population of Vehicles, ease of getting
permission for activation/ approaching the employees and purchasing capability of the employees

Special Segment : This segment is created to focus on professionals who are depreciation beneficiaries.
Listed as below
- All corporates purchasing the car in their name under private registration.
- All professionals like Doctors, CA’s, Architects, lawyers etc. who files return and show asset and
depreciation in their books.
- SME’s
- Traders
- All hospitals, educational institutions etc
Top 5 RO nominated corporates : Based on No of Employees, existing car park and purchase capacity.
Will be informed by Regional managers
1. For all the identified corporates as stated above the email verification is must. Process of verification will be
shared by corporate team
2. The Dealer share mentioned above will be product specific and irrespective of corporate segment
3. TML share will be reimbursed to dealer through GSTN credit note
4. Additional Documents for special segment are as follows:
Registration certificate for doctors
Relevant certificates for other professionals
Trade license/ company registration certificate for traders/ SME
P&L and Balance sheet copy of last FY
TML Contribution will be passed on through TML invoices / credit note will be as per the above table, on vehicles
purchased between 01/11/2019 to 30/11/2019 without any linkage to past or future performance.
The Discount amount referred to above would be including taxes / GST. TML share of basic discount amount, passed
through Invoice or Credit Note, would be net of GST amount.
TML share of discount amount over and above the discount passed on thorough TML invoice, towards above schemes
will be paid / refunded to Dealer, through GST Credit Note. Credit Note will be based on CRM data taken on 6 th of
subsequent month.
Responsibility of Dealer:
a.Preservation of copies of scheme letters / circulars: Dealers should maintain / preserve copies of all scheme
letters & circulars received from TML
b. Record to prove passing of the discount to end customer: Dealer should pass on the entire discount to end
customer through their invoice. The invoice copy, with the discount amount separately disclosed, should be
preserved for producing to tax authorities.
Note:
TML will upload the GST credit note at Gross of Tax to have net eligible amount in the hands of Dealer, with
reference to original invoice & tax abatement in GSTR-1. Dealer will have to acknowledge the credit note & reverse
proportionate ITC. Dealer to account it as purchase cost reduction and not as income.
TD vehicles, Repeat Retails, Media Vehicles, TML Employee Perk car, Government vehicles and vehicle with
preloaded discounts will not be part of any of the Discounts mentioned in this scheme letter.
Customer can not avail more than two consumer offers at a time. ( Exchange offer not included )
Aggregator offer & corporate offer are mutually exclusive and No two offers can be availed together.

Consumer Offer Settlement
Proof of retail- CRM retail invoice copy signed by dealer representative and customer.
Proof of receipt of corporate discount - Confirmation of receipt of eligible corporate discounts passed either
in invoice or customer acknowledgement receipt in form of credit note received.
Id proof -employee ID card and the email verification document
Proof of current employment- Company letter from the Organization / Appointment letter / Latest salary slip
Proof of relationship - In case vehicle is taken in immediate relative’s name then proof of relationship as per
scheme letter terms and conditions
Special Approvals - Approval copy for case-to-case Payout given on bulk deal / corporate cases.
Additional documents for CSD / CPC sales – LS / CPC order, Defence / Police forces ID proof.
There will be an audit by TML for checking the right identity of the corporate/ micro segment customers. In
case of any fake identity proof/ claims submitted by any dealer will liable to get rejection of entire corporate
claims for that month and will not get these benefits for next two subsequent months.
The aggregator offers would be applicable for the DCO purchases attached to OLA & UBER, Nationally.
Dealership has to Tag the said Chassis under “Commercial Application”
Key Account Id of the respective aggregator [Ola PVBU KA / Uber PVBU KA] should be assigned.
Dealership has to collect & submit the below seen documents along with ISL claims for each customer.
Proof of retail- CRM retail invoice copy signed by dealer representative and customer.
Proof of receipt of Aggregator discount - Confirmation of receipt of eligible Aggregator discounts passed either
in invoice or customer acknowledgement receipt in form of credit note received
Identity Proof with Photograph [ Government Id Proof ; PAN, Driving License, Adhar Card, etc]
Comfort Letter / Recommendation issued by Aggregator in the name of Customer [ Sample attached ]
All TML Contributions to be claimed by the dealer within 90 days.
The said aggregator offer would not be applicable on the repeat retails.
All the claims will be settled basis the reflection in the KAM report & Commercial Application tagging only.
Zest , Bolt Discounts and Hexa Commercial Discount schemes Settlement
- Hexa Commercial – Hexa Sold for commercial application and the proofs provided accordingly
- TML contribution on these cars will be passed on through credit note net of GST.
- Zest, Bolt and Hexa off take must be 80% of the retail for all three models put together for the month of
November 2019. Failing this condition, TML share in the consumer offer will be reduced by 30% net of GST.
- For Example: If the dealership retails 10 vehicles of Bolt, Zest and Hexa put together then minimum offtake of
dealership should be 8 for Zest, Bolt and Hexa put together.
- Please note that there will be no other consumer offer (Corporate/Emerging Market /Exchange) will be
applicable on these chassis.
- No other consumer offer/ DODS will be applicable on these chassis.
