Create an Account

To get started, you'll need to create a


Tenor account. We recommend creating
a separate account for each project.

This will make it easier for people to


discover your content and will also make
reporting more actionable.
Create an Account

1 Go to tenor.com

Click the “Signup/Login”

button in the top right corner.
Create an Account

Enter a Username,

Email Address, and Password.

The username gets added


to the URL of your creator page (example:
https://tenor.com/official/tenordemo)

If your requested username is unavailable,


please contact your Tenor Account Manager.

Review the Terms of Service and

Privacy Policy. Then check the box
if you understand and agree.

Send your Tenor Account

Manager the username
and they will upgrade it to
an official account.

We recommend you log out of the account

the name of the project/film/TV series

brand asset like name or logo;

Upload “Banner” (1110x400 image with all key text/imagery within a 1000x140 area

starting 100 pixels from the top; static GIF, JPG, or PNG under 10 MB).
Any text or artwork outside of the 1000x140 area may be cut off depending
on browser sizing.

Enter up to 5 “Social Accounts.”

from the dropdown list, then enter
the corresponding URL.

To enter a tag, type in a tag and hit the

“Return” key, or start typing the tag and
select it from the suggestions that appear
below (maximum 20 tags per GIF).

To add a tag to all GIFs in the upload session,

type the tag and then click the button.
This can be useful for applying a brand name,
character name, talent name, or hashtag to all GIFs.
