Our proposal is a computer accessories and

maintenance shop (provisionally called M&A)

in Trujillo. It will be the first in a chain of
accessory stores that we plan to open in the
next five years.

According to our research, there is a great

demand in computer accessory stores in the
area. In addition to serving customers in the
store, we will promote the growing student
population, as well as buyers, to the store.

As for competitors, there are currently many

computer accessory stores. Most stores only
open until 9.00pm and do not offer
maintenance to their equipment. Therefore, we
believe that we can open a large store that is
available 24 hours a day.

The business will be run by two partners that

will have equal shares. Among us we have
more than 5 years of experience in the
computer accessories sales and maintenance
industry, we have both studied at different
universities. As a consequence, we have good
practical knowledge of the local store selling
accessories and handling only on computers.

Our plan is to find suitable stores within the

next three months and then opt for the
customer three months later. This will coincide
with the start of a new year that will allow us
the opportunity to promote the new business
to people who wish to acquire our services.

Trujillo is one of the most important cities in

the country. There are many aspects that we
should know (from good to bad)

First of all, Trujillo is a small city, in this city,

there are many cars and buses, these vehicles
produce a lot of hustle.

There's a place called "Hermelinda", where

people sells their products, they usually try to
get the attention from the clients by almost
yelling at them. There's also music blaring out
of the windows from the different stores.

In another hand, Trujillians are very friendly

people, they usually try to help each other
(although is quite uncommon to see this in the
new generations). They are also very smiley,
even in the worst case, they always try to keep
an smile in order to cheer on the rest.

The weather in Trujillo is quite changeable, for

example, we are in summer now, so it's
supposed to be always sunny. but today was a
gray day. Tha's why you should always be
ready to a different weather, no one knows
what would come!
