the hospitals and consumers.

Logistics & Operations plan

Ø Suppliers/Vendors: At Shopital we select the vendors as per the area so that delivery time can
be minimum and we give priority to the manufactures who can do the delivery.
Ø Production: We make sure vendors would do the delivery of products timely and we would
provide the vendors with our support during busy times.

certain products we can start our own inventory and delivery.

Shopital.

Vendor prepares the order for delivery and ships it

Vendor sends a reply email to the customer through vendor portal regarding the
shipping information.

Once the order is delivered Vendor clicks on the delivered option in the order at
vendor portal to complete the order.

Shopital generates a delivered message to the customer providing the contact
