be minimum and we give priority to the manufactures who can do the delivery.
Ø Production: We make sure vendors would do the delivery of products timely and we would
provide the vendors with our support during busy times.
Ø Facilities: Our Head office is located in Wework Hyderabad.

Ø Equipment: Vendor portal and App R&D is under process for better user interface and
product management at Shopital platform.
Ø Shipping and Fulfilment: Our shipping and fulfilment will be handled by the vendors
as per their criteria.
Ø Inventory: Inventory is maintained by the vendors, once we reach the demand on
certain products we can start our own inventory and delivery.
Ø Tracking is mailed to the customer by the vendor once the products are shipped.
Ø We will maintain our order records for any disputes and references.

Once payment is finished customer will be getting receipt and email order
confirmation.

Shopital.
Vendor sends a reply email to the customer through vendor portal regarding the
shipping information.
Once the order is delivered Vendor clicks on the delivered option in the order at
vendor portal to complete the order.
