INFORMATION

The undersigned accuse JUAN DE LA CRUZ of the crime of

ROBBERY in an inhabited place, committed as follows:

That on or about the 15th day of JULY, 2018, in Quezon City,

Philippines, the above-named accused, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously with intent to kill, attack, assault and use
personal violence upon the person of RYAN ATKINSON REYES, by then
and there hitting him on the head with a 2x2 piece of wood thereby inflicting
upon the latter mortal wounds and when the latter can still move, the above
named accused with full force and strength strunggle the latter until he was
not breathing which were the direct and immediate cause of his death
thereafter.

Section 52, Title Three, Revised Rules of Criminal Procedure, I personally
conduted a preliminary investigation in accordance with law, I have
examined the complainant and his witnesses, that there is reasonable ground
to believe that the offense charged has been committed; that the accused is
probably guilty thereof; that the accused was informed of the complaint and
of the evidence submitted against him and was given the opportunity to
submit controverting evidence; and that the filing of this information is with
