Instruction for SHARP Built-in Kit EBR-9900 (W)/ (SL)

Before installing a Sharp M icrow ave Oven, read and check the follow ing points.

SAFETY INFORM ATION

ENGLISH
1. Except U.K., for use in continental Europe only.
The oven m ust be connected to an electric circuit provided w ith a sw itch (contact gap no less than 3
m m ) to disconnect the oven in case of danger. A safety-device like a fuse in the installation m ay be
used as a sw itch.
2. Disconnect the oven from the pow er supply before installation.
3. Surround
a. M ake sure that the EBR-9900 is the correct surround for your oven.

b. The Sharp M icrow ave Ovens are designed to either stand neatly on a kitchen counter top or to be built
into a fitted kitchen cabinet using the surround.
c. The EBR-9900 surround w ill becom e hot during oven operations w hen using the heater elem ents.
Take care to prevent burns w hen you use the oven.
4. Kitchen cabinet
Prepare the kitchen cabinet as follow s;
a. The kitchen cabinet m ust be of the follow ing dim ensions as show n in Fig. 1.

HEIGHT : 450 m m

b. M ake sure that the back w all of the cupboard D is alw ays fitted to ensure the correct ventilation of
the oven and that the ventilation gap C is 45 m m as show n in Figs 1 and 2.
c. The shelf of the kitchen cabinet should be m ade to w ithstand the w eight of the m icrow ave oven to
be installed and the heaviest item likely to be cooked in the m icrow ave oven. Refer to the operation
m anual for m icrow ave oven w eight.
5. Installation near to a conventional oven
a. When a m icrow ave oven is to be installed next to a conventional oven, sufficient space betw een them

should be allow ed to prevent overheating as the surround can w arp w ith excessively high tem pera-
tures. Obviously, it is im portant to adhere strictly to the conventional oven m anufacturer's
installation instructions.
b. A built-in m icrow ave oven m ust not be installed above a conventional oven otherw ise the m icrow ave
oven's cooling system m ay be adversely affected by hot air produced by the conventional oven.
6. Installation near a refrigerator or freezer
a. If the m icrow ave oven is to be installed above a refrigerator or freezer requiring back ventilation, a
ventilation duct behind the m icrow ave oven m ust be provided. It is essential that the refrigerator/
freezer m anufacturer's installation procedures are follow ed.

b. Do not install the m icrow ave oven above a refrigerator or freezer w hich are ventilated at the front.
7. Fixing
To avoid any possibility of the kitchen cabinet m oving w hen the m icrow ave oven is installed, it is
essential that the kitchen cabinet is fixed to the back w all.
8. Adjustm ent and repair
It is dangerous for your oven to be adjusted or repaired by anyone except properly qualified service
technicians trained by Sharp.

If the appliance is ever rem oved from the cabinet it should be re-installed in accordance w ith these

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. (For U.K. use)
A cut-out w ill have to be provided in the side of the kitchen cabinet for the plug of the oven.
N.B.The m ains plug m ust be accessible after installation or an all-pole sw itch disconnection m ust be
provided w ith a contact separation of at least 3 m m in each pole.
(For Continental use)
The electric outlet m ust be installed at 150 m m high from the floor of the built-in cabinet and at 50 m m
from the right w all of the built-in cabinet as show n in Fig. 1. The m ains plug m ust be accessible after
installation or the oven m ust be connected to an electric circuit provided w ith an all-pole sw itch (contact
gap no less than 3 m m ) to disconnect the oven in case of danger. A safety-device like a fuse in the
installation m ay be used as a sw itch.
2. Rem ove the built-in kit from the package.
3. Set the spacing brackets 1 on the shelf along the right and left w alls of the kitchen cabinet, adjusting
the front ends of the shelf and the spacing brackets, and attach them w ith the four screw s B, as
show n in Fig.1.
Caution: The arrow m arks on each spacing bracket should be pointing tow ards you.
4. Place the exhaust duct 2 on the ceiling of the kitchen cabinet along the back w all of the cupboard D and
left w all of the kitchen cabinet w ithout the clearance as show n in Fig.1 and 2. Secure to the ceiling of the
kitchen cabinet w ith tw o screw s B from below as show n in Fig. 3.
5. Rem ove the backing paper from the cushion 6. Attach the cushion 6 to the edge of the exhaust duct
3 as show n in Fig. 4.
6. Insert tw o tabs of the exhaust duct 2 into the slits of the exhaust duct 3. And fold the tabs.
7. Rem ove the screw E from the oven as show n in Fig. 5.
8. Let the power supply cord pass through the hole of the lower side of the intake duct 4 as shown in Fig. 6.
9. Install the intake duct 4 to the rear of the oven w ith tw o screw s C and E (rem oved at step 7) as show n
in Fig. 6.
Caution: Avoid pinching the pow er supply cord betw een the oven and the intake duct 4.
10. Install the intake duct 5 to the rear of the oven w ith three screw s C as show n in Fig. 7.
Caution: Avoid pinching the pow er supply cord betw een the oven and the intake duct 4.
11. Rem ove the backing paper from the three cushions 7, 8 and 9. Attach the cushion 7 at the left side along
the intake duct 4 then attach the cushion 8 at the top of the intake duct 4, and along the left side of the
cushion 7 and the oven as show n in Figs. 8-a and 8-b. Attach the cushion 9 to the top of the oven as show n
in Figs 8-a and 8-b.
12. (For U.K. use)
Place the oven on a table/stand positioned in front of the kitchen cabinet. If you do not prepare the table/
stand, tw o persons are required. One to hold the oven w hilst the other feeds the pow er supply cord
through the prepared cut out.
(For Continental use)
Place the oven on a table/stand positioned in front of the kitchen cabinet.
If you do not prepare the table/stand, tw o persons are required. One to hold the oven w hilst the other
connects it to the pow er supply.
13. Connect the oven to the pow er supply.
Caution: a. In U.K., connect the oven to the pow er supply 230-240 V, 50 Hz.
b. In the Continent, connect the oven to the pow er supply 230 V, 50 Hz.
14. M ake sure the oven is on the spacing brackets on the shelf of the kitchen cabinet. Then adjust the position
of the oven so that the feet of the oven are fitted into the recesses of the spacing brackets as show n in
Fig. 2.
Caution: M ake sure that the pow er supply cord does not touch the air vent openings behind the oven.
15. Place the built-in fram e elem ent 0 on top of the oven m aking sure that it is level both vertically and
horizontally. Secure loosely to the kitchen cabinet w ith tw o screw s D as show n in Fig. 9.
16. Insert tw o built-in fram e side elem ents A betw een the built-in fram e elem ent 0 and the kitchen cabinet.
And secure tw o screw s D tightly as show n in Fig. 9. Check location by m easuring distance betw een right
and left built-in fram e side elem ents A. The distance is stated in Fig. 10.
Note: Fit the hole of the built-in fram e side elem ent A to the screw D w hen inserting.
17. Install the second built-in fram e elem ent 0 over the built-in fram e side elem ents A at bottom edge of the
oven. And secure the built-in fram e elem ent 0 through the holes of the built-in fram e side elem ents A
to the kitchen cabinet w ith tw o screw s D as show n in Fig. 9.
Caution: M ake sure that 15.5 m m of the fram es (upper and low er) and cabinet overlap each other as
show n in Fig. 11, or the kitchen cabinet door m ay touch the built-in fram e elem ents.

Lesen und überprüfen Sie die folgenden Punkte vor Installation des SHARP M ikrow ellengerätes.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

ENGLISH
1. M it Ausnahm e von Großbritannien, für die Verw endung in Kontinental-Europa vorgesehen.
Das Gerät m uß an einen Strom kreis m it einem Schalter angeschlossen w erden (Kontaktabstand
m ind. 3 m m ), um das Gerät im Gefahrenfall abschalten zu können. Eine Sicherung in der Installation
kann als Schalter verw endet w erden.
2. Vor Installation des Gerätes den Netzstecker ziehen.
3. Einbausatz
a. Versichern Sie sich, daß EBR-9900 der richtige Einbausatz für Ihr Gerät ist.

b. Die M ikrow ellengeräte von Sharp können bündig als Standgerät auf einer Küchenplatte aufgestellt
oder unter Verw endung des Einbausatzes in einen Küchenschrank eingebaut w erden.
c. Die Um gebung des EBR-9900 w ird heiß, w enn das Gerät m it Heizelem enten betrieben w ird. Vorsicht
vor Verbrennungen beim Betrieb des Gerätes.
4. Einbauschrank
Den Einbauschrank folgenderm aßen vorbereiten;
a. Der Einbauschrank m uß folgende Abm essungen aufw eisen, siehe Fig. 1.
BREITE : 560 m m - 568 m m
HÖHE : 450 m m

b. Um eine ausreichende Belüftung des Gerätes zu gew ährleisten, ist sicherzustellen, daß die Rückw and
des Einbauschrankes D vorhanden ist und daß der Belüftungsabstand C w ie in Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigt
45 m m beträgt.
c. Der Boden des Einbauschrankes m uß so konstruiert sein, daß er das Gew icht des zu installierenden
Gerätes und der darin zubereiteten Lebensm ittel tragen kann. Beachten Sie das Gew icht des
M ikrow ellengerätes in der Bedienungsanleitung.
5. Installation in der Nähe eines konventionellen Herdes

NEDERLANDS
a. Wenn ein M ikrow ellengerät neben einem konventionellen Herd installiert w ird, m uß zum Schutz vor
Überhitzen ein ausreichender Abstand zw ischen den beiden Geräten eingehalten w erden, da der
Einbausatz sich bei überm äßig hohen Tem peraturen verziehen kann. Die Installationsanw eisungen
für den konventionellen Herd m üssen unbedingt beachtet w erden.
b. Ein Einbau-M ikrow ellengerät darf nicht über einem konventionellen Herd installiert w erden, da das
Kühlungssystem des M ikrow ellengerätes durch Heißluft, die vom konventionellen Herd erzeugt
w ird, beschädigt w erden kann.
6. Installation in der Nähe eines Kühlschrankes oder eines Gefriergerätes
a. Wenn das M ikrow ellengerät über einem Kühlschrank oder einem Gefriergerät installiert w ird, für die

eine rückw ärtige Belüftung notw endig ist, m uß für die Belüftung ein Belüftungskanal hinter dem
M ikrow ellengerät angebracht w erden. Die Installationsanw eisungen für den Kühlschrank oder für
das Gefriergerät m üssen unbedingt beachtet w erden.
b. Das M ikrow ellengerät darf nicht über einem Kühlschrank oder einem Gefriergerät installiert w erden,
die an der Frontseite belüftet w erden.
7. Befestigung
Um Bew egungen des Einbauschrankes nach der Installation des M ikrow ellengerätes zu verm eiden,
m uß er stabil an der rückw ärtigen Wand befestigt w erden.
8. Einstellung und Reparatur
ESPAÑOL

Es ist gefährlich, das Gerät von einer anderen Person als einem autorisierten und von Sharp ausgebildeten
Wartungstechniker einstellen oder reparieren zu lassen.

Wenn das Gerät aus einem Einbauschrank entfernt w ird, m uß es bei Wiedereinbau entsprechend dieser
Anleitung installiert w erden. Deshalb für zukünftigen Gebrauch die Anleitung an einem sicheren Ort
aufbew ahren.

INSTALLATIONSANLEITUNG
1. (Für Großbritannien)
Für den Netzstecker m uß auf der Seite des Einbauschrankes eine Öffnung gebohrt w erden.
Hinw eis: Der Hauptnetzstecker m uß nach der Installation zugänglich sein oder es m uß ein
Abtrennschalter vorhanden sein, bei dem die Kontakte an jedem Pol m indestens 3 m m
voneinander entfernt sind.
(Für Kontinental-Europa)
Die Netzsteckdose m uß 150 m m über dem Boden des Einbauschrankes installiert w erden und 50 m m von
der rechten Wand, w ie in Fig. 1 gezeigt. Der Hauptnetzstecker m uß nach der Installation zugänglich sein
oder das Gerät m uß an einen elektrischen Schaltkreis m it einem Abtrennschalter (Kontaktabstand m ind.
3 m m ) angeschlossen sein, um das Gerät im Gefahrenfall abschalten zu können. Eine Sicherung als
Schutzvorrichtung kann bei der Installation als ein Schalter verw endet w erden.
2. Den Einbausatz aus der Verpackung nehm en.
3. Die Abstandshalter 1 entlang der rechten und linken Wand des Einbauschrankes auf den Boden legen,
die Bodenvorderkante und die Abstandshalter positionieren und m it den vier Schrauben B w ie in Fig.
1 gezeigt anbringen.
Vorsicht: Die Pfeile auf den Abstandhaltern m üssen nach vorne w eisen.
4. Den Entlüftungskanal 2 auf die Oberseite des Einbauschrankes entlang der schw arzen Wand des
Schranks D und der linken Wand des Einbauschrankes ohne den Abstand w ie in Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigt
legen. Wie in Abb. 3 gezeigt von unten m it den beiden Schrauben B an der Decke des Einbauschrankes
befestigen.
5. Den Schutzstreifen von den Schaum stoffteilen 6 entfernen. Die Schaum stoffteile 6 am Entlüftungskanal
3 w ie in Fig. 4 gezeigt anbringen.
6. Die zw ei Vorsprünge des Entlüftungskanals 2 in die Schlitze des Entlüftungskanals 3 einschieben und
die Vorsprünge falten.
7. Die Schraube E w ie in Fig. 5 gezeigt vom Gerät abnehm en.
8. Das Netzkabel w ie in Fig. 6 gezeigt durch das Loch in der Unterseite des Ansaugkanals 4 führen.
9. Den Ansaugkanal 4 w ie in Fig. 6 gezeigt m it den beiden Schrauben C und E (unter Schritt 7
abgenom m en) an der Rückseite des Gerätes befestigen.
Vorsicht: Darauf achten, daß das Netzkabel nicht zw ischen dem Gerät und dem Ansaugkanal 4
eingeklem m t w ird.
10. Den Ansaugkanal 5 auf der Rückseite des Gerätes m it den drei Schrauben C w ie in Fig. 7 gezeigt anbringen.
Vorsicht: Darauf achten, daß das Netzkabel nicht zw ischen dem Gerät und dem Ansaugkanal 4
eingeklem m t w ird.
11. Die Schutzstreifen von den drei Schaum stoffteilen 7, 8 und 9 abziehen. Das Schaum stoffteil 7 auf der
linken Seite des Ansaugkanals 4, das Schaum stoffteil 8 auf der Oberseite des Ansaugkanals 4 auf der
linken Seite von Schaum stoffteil 7 und Gerät w ie in Fig. 8-a und 8-b gezeigt anbringen. Das Schaum stoffteil
9 oben auf dem Gerät anbringen w ie in Fig. 8-a und 8-b gezeigt anbringen.
12. (Für Großbritannien)
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einen Tisch/Auflagefläche vor die Einbau-Öffnung des Einbauschrankes. Wenn
kein Tisch/Auflagefläche vorbereitet ist, w erden zw ei Personen benötigt, einer, der das M ikrow ellengerät
hält, w ährend die andere Person die Netzanschlußleitung durch die vorbereitete Öffnung führt.
(Für Kontinental-Europa)
Stellen Sie das M ikrow ellengerät auf einen Tisch vor den Einbauschrank. Wenn Sie keinen Tisch zur
Verfügung haben, w erden 2 Personen benötigt. Eine Person zum Tragen des Gerätes, w ährend die
andere Person das Gerät an die Steckdose anschließt.
13. Das Gerät an die Strom versorgung anschließen.
Vorsicht: a. In Großbritannien m uß das Gerät an 230-240V, 50Hz Wechselstrom angeschlossen w erden.
b. In Kontinental-Europa m uß das Gerät an eine Steckdose m it 230V, 50Hz, Wechselstrom
angeschlossen w erden.
14. Stellen Sie sicher, daß das Gerät richtig auf den Abstandshaltern, auf dem Boden des Einbauschrankes,
steht. Dann richten Sie das Gerät so aus, daß die Füße des Gerätes in die Aussparungen der Abstandshalter
passen, w ie in Fig. 2 gezeigt.
Vorsicht: Sicherstellen, daß das Netzkabel nicht m it den Lüftungsöffnungen auf der Rückseite des
Gerätes in Berührung kom m t.
15. Das Rahm enbauteil 0 auf das Gerät aufsetzen und darauf achten, daß das Teil sich vertikal und horizontal
in der Waage befindet. Am Einbauschrank lose m it den zw ei Schrauben D w ie in Fig. 9 gezeigt anbringen.
16. Zw ei seitliche Rahm enbauteile A zw ischen die Rahm enbauteile 0 und den Einbauschrank schieben. Die
zw ei Schrauben D w ie in Fig. 9 gezeigt fest anschrauben. Die Aufstellung durch M essung des Abstands
zw ischen dem rechten und linken eingebauten seitlichen Rahm enbauteil A prüfen. Der Abstand ist in Fig.
10 angezeigt.
Hinw eis: Beim Einschieben die Öffnung des eingebauten seitlichen Rahm enbauteils A m it der Schraube
D angleichen.
17. Das zw eite Rahm enbauteil 0 über dem eingebauten seitlichen Rahm enbauteil A auf der Unterkante des
Gerätes anbringen. Den Rahm enbauteil 0 durch die Öffnungen des seitlichen Rahm enbauteils A am
Einbauschrank m it den zw ei Schrauben D w ie in Fig. 9 gezeigt befestigen.
Vorsicht: Sicherstellen, daß der Rahm en (oben und unten) den Schrank w ie in Fig. 11 gezeigt um nur
15,5 m m überlappt. Anderenfalls kann es vorkom m en, daß die Einbauschranktür die
Rahm enbauteile berührt. 4

1. Pour utilisation sur le continent européen seulem ent (Royaum e-Uni exclu).
Le four doit être connecté à un circuit électrique équipé d'un interrupteur (distance entre contacts au
m oins égale à 3 m m ) perm ettant de débrancher le four en cas de danger. Un dispositif de sécurité
com pris dans l'installation peut être utilisé com m e interrupteur.
2. Isoler le four du réseau de distribution électrique avant l'installation.
3. Installation
a. S'assurer que le lot EBR-9900 est le cadre qui convient au four.

b. Les fours à m icro-ondes de m arque SHARP sont conçus pour être installés soigneusem ent sur le haut
d'une arm oire de cuisine ou m ontés dans un placard de cuisine convenable avec utilisation du cadre.
c. Le cadre EBR-9900 s'échauffe lorsque les résistances du four sont m ises en service. Veiller à ne pas
se brûler pendant l'utilisation du four.
4. Placard de cuisine
Préparer le placard de cuisine com m e suit:
a. Le placard doit présenter les dim ensions suivantes, com m e il est m ontré sur la figure 1.

HAUTEUR : 450 m m

b. S'assurer que la paroi arrière D est posée de m anière que le four soit correctem ent ventilé et que
l'ouverture d'aération C soit égale à 45 m m com m e le m ontrent les figures 1 et 2.
c. La tablette du placard de cuisine doit être assez solide pour qu'elle supporte le poids du four à m icro-
ondes. Se référer au m anuel d'utilisation pour le poids du four à m icro-ondes.
5. Installation à côté d'un four conventionnel
a. Lorsqu'un four à m icro-ondes est installé à côté d'un four conventionnel, l'espace laissé entre les

deux doit être suffisant pour éviter la déform ation du cadre du prem ier, en raison de la tem pérature.
Il est évidem m ent im portant d'observer strictem ent les instructions d'installation données par le
constructeur du four conventionnel.
b. Le four à m icro-ondes ne doit pas être installé au dessus d'un four conventionnel, sinon le systèm e
de refroidissem ent peut être endom m agé par l'air chaud produit par le four conventionnel.
6. Installation au-dessus d'un réfrigérateur ou d'un congélateur
a. Si le four à m icro ondes est placé au-dessus d'un réfrigérateur ou un congélateur nécessitant une
ventilation arrière, un conduit de ventilation derrière le four à m icro-ondes doit être prévu. Il est
essentiel que les procédures d'installation des fabricants des réfrigérateurs et congélateurs soient
suivies.

7. Fixation
Afin d'éviter tout risque de m ouvem ent du placard une fois que le four à m icro-ondes y est installé, il

8. Réglage et réparation
Il est dangereux que le four à m icro-ondes soit réglé et réparé par une personne autre qu'un technicien
form é par SHARP.

INSTRUCTIONS POUR L'INSTALLATION

1. (Pour l'em ploi au Royaum e-Uni)
Une petite découpe devra être prévue sur le côté du placard de cuisine pour pour la fiche du cordon
d'alim entation.
N.B.: La prise secteur doit être accessible après installation, ou encore un disjoncteur m ultipolaire
doit être prévu, disjoncteur pour lequel la distance entre contacts est au m oins de 3 m m .
(Pour l'em ploi sur le continent)
La prise secteur doit être installée à 150 m m au-dessus du fond du placard intégré et à 50 m m du panneau
droit de ce placard, com m e le m ontre la figure 1. La prise secteur doit être accessible après installation,
ou encore le four doit être raccordé à un circuit électrique m uni d'un disjoncteur m ultipolaire (distance
entre contacts au m oins égale à 3 m m ) perm ettant d'isoler le four en cas de danger. Un dispositif de
sécuríté tel qu'un fusible peut être utilisé dans l'installation com m e coupe-circuit.
2. Retirer toutes les pièces de l'em ballage.
3. Poser les supports d’entretoise 1 sur la tablette du placard de cuisine contre les parois droite et gauche
en ajustant les bords avant de la tablette et des entretoises, puis fixer ces entretoises au m oyen des quatre
vis B com m e le m ontre la figure 1.
Attention: Les flèches que portent les entretoises doivent être dirigées vers soi.
4. Placer le conduit d’évacuation 2 à la partie supérieure du placard de cuisine, le long de la paroi arrière
D et de la cloison gauche du placard, de m anière qu’il n’y ait aucun jeu, com m e le m ontrent les figures
1 et 2. Fixer-le par le dessous à la partie supérieure du placard au m oyen des deux vis B, com m e le m ontre
la figure 3.
5. Retirer la feuille de protection du support 6. Attacher le coussin 6 sur le conduit d’évacuation 3 com m e
le m ontre la figure 4.
6. Insérer deux languettes du conduit d’évacuation 2 dans les fentes du conduit d’évacuation 3 et tordre
les languettes.
7. Retirer la vis E du four, com m e le m ontre la figure 5.
8. Faire passer le cordon d'alim entation au travers du trou à la partie inférieure du conduit d'aspiration 4,
com m e le m ontre la figure 6.
9. Installer le conduit d'aspiration 4 à l'arrière du four au m oyen des deux vis C et E (retirées au cours de
l'opération 7), com m e le m ontre la figure 6.
Attention: Eviter d'écraser le cordon d'alim entation entre le four et le conduit d'aspiration 4.
10. Installer le conduit d’aspiration 5 à l’arrière du four au m oyen des trois vis C com m e le m ontre la figure 7.
Attention: Eviter d'écraser le cordon d'alim entation entre le four et le conduit d'aspiration 4.

13. Brancher le four sur la prise d'alim entation.
Attention: a. Au Royaum e-Uni brancher le four sur une prise d'alim entation de 230-240 V, 50 Hz.
b. Sur le continent, brancher le four sur une prise d'alim entation de 230 V, 50 Hz.
14. Veiller à ce que le four soit sur les entretoises de la tablette du placard de cuisine. Cela fait, ajuster la
position du four de m anière que les pieds de ce dernier soient bien entrés dans les fentes des supports
d'entretoise com m e indiqué dans la figure 2.
Attention: S'assurer que le cordon d'alim entation n'est pas en contact avec l'ouverture d'aération
située derrière le four.
15. Placer l'élém ent de cadre intégré 0 au som m et du four en veillant à ce qu'il soit de niveau horizontalem ent

16. Engager deux élém ents latéraux de cadre intégré A entre l'élém ent de cadre intégré 0 et le placard de
cuisine. Serrer à fond les deux vis D, com m e le m ontre la figure 9. Vérifier l'em placem ent en m esurant
la distance entre l'élém ent latéral droit A et l'élém ent latéral gauche A de cadre intégré. La distance est
indiquée à la figure 10.
Rem arque: Engager la vis D dans le perçage de l'élém ent latéral A de cadre intégré.
17. Installer le deuxièm e élém ent de cadre intégré 0 sur les élém ents latéraux de cadre intégré A, au bord
inférieur du four. Assurer la fixation de l'élém ent intégré 0 au placard de cuisine avec les deux vis D
introduites dans les perçages des élém ents latéraux de cadre intégré A, com m e le m ontre la figure 9.
Attention: Veiller à ce que les 15,5 m m des cadres (supérieur et inférieur) et le placard se chevauchent,
com m e le m ontre la figure 11. Dans le cas contraire, la porte du placard de cuisine pourrait
toucher les élém ents de cadre intégré.

VEILIGHEIDSINFORM ATIE

1. Uitsluitend voor gebruik in Europa (uitgezonderd Groot-Brittannië).

De oven m oet op een stopcontact m et schakelaar w orden aangesloten (contactspleet niet m inder dan
3 m m ) zodat u de oven bij problem en snel kunt ontkoppelen. Een veiligheidsvoorziening, bijvoorbeeld
een zekering, in de installatie kan tevens als schakelaar dienen.
2. Trek de stekker van de oven uit het stopcontact voordat u de oven gaat installeren.
3. Om bouw

4. Keukenkast
Let op dat de kast aan de volgende vereisten voldoet:
a. De keukenkast dient de volgende afm etingen te hebben, zoals in Afb. 1 w ordt aangegeven.

b. Controleer dat het achterpaneel van de keukenkast D de ventilatie van de oven niet hindert en dat

5. Installatie in de buurt van een conventionele oven

NEDERLANDS
a. Wanneer u de m agnetronoven naast een conventionele oven w ilt plaatsen, m oet er voldoende ruim te
tussen de tw ee ovens zijn zodat oververhitting w ordt voorkom en. De om bouw zou anders nam elijk
kunnen vervorm en. Let tevens op de installatievoorschriften die in de gebruiksaanw ijzing van de
conventionele oven staan verm eld.
b. Een magnetronoven mag niet boven een conventionele oven worden ingebouwd. Het ventilatiesysteem
van de m agnetronoven zou anders onjuist kunnen gaan w erken vanw ege de w arm te van de
conventionele oven.
6. Installatie in de buurt van een koelkast of vriezer
a. Indien u de m agnetronoven op een koelkast of vriezer die via de achterkant w ordt geventileerd w ilt

installeren, m oet er een ventilatiekanaal achter de m agnetronoven zijn. Let tevens op de

installatievoorschriften die in de gebruiksaanw ijzing van de koelkast of vriezer staan verm eld.

7. Bevestiging
De keukenkast m oet aan de m uur zijn bevestigd zodat w ordt voorkom en dat de keukenkast verschuift
tijdens het installeren of gebruik van de m agnetronoven.
8. Reparatie en afstellen
Uw oven m ag uitsluitend door Sharp erkend onderhoudspersoneel w orden afgesteld of gerepareerd.
Het zelf repareren van de oven is gevaarlijk.

AANWIJZINGEN VOOR INSTALLATIE

1. (Voor gebruik in Groot-Brittannië)
Er dient een uitsparing voor de stekker van de oven in het zijpaneel van de keukenkast te w orden gem aakt.
Belangrijk: Zorg dat de netstekker na de installatie toegankelijk is of dat er een tw ee-pool
onderbrekingsschakelaar in het circuit is opgenom en m et een contact-spleet van m instens
3 m m in iedere pool.
(Voor gebruik in Europa)
De elektriciteitsaansluiting m oet zich op 150 m m hoogte vanaf de vloer van de inbouw kast en 50 m m
vanaf de rechterkant van de inbouw kast bevinden zoals in Afb. 1 w ordt getoond. Zorg dat de netstekker
na de installatie toegankelijk is of dat de oven op een elektrisch circuit is aangesloten dat voorzien is van
een tw ee-pool onderbrekingsschakelaar (contact-spleet niet m inder dan 3 m m ) om de stroom voorziening
naar de oven te kunnen verbreken in geval van gevaar. Een veiligheidsvoorziening zoals een zekering kan
gebruikt w orden als onderbrekingsschakelaar.
2. Verw ijder de verpakking van de inbouw kit.
3. Plaats de afstandsbeugels 1 op de plank in lijn m et de rechter- en linkerpanelen van de keukenkast. Stel
de voorkanten van de plank en de afstandsbeugels af en bevestig de beugels m et de vier schroeven B
zoals in Afb. 1 w ordt getoond.
Let op: De pijlen op de beugels dienen naar u toe te w ijzen.
4. Plaats het uitlaatkanaal 2 op de bovenkant van de keukenkast tegen de achterkant D en de linkerkant van
de kast. Plaats zodanig dat er geen speling is, zoals in Afb. 1 en 2 w ordt getoond. Zet aan de bovenkant
van de keukenkast vast m et tw ee schroeven B. Schroef vanaf de onderkant, zoals in Afb. 3 aangegeven.
5. Verw ijder de bescherm laag van het kussen 6. Bevestig het kussen 6 tegen het uitlaatkanaal 3 zoals in
Afb. 4 w ordt getoond.
6. Steek de tw ee lipjes van het uitlaatkanaal 2 in de openingen van het uitlaatkanaal 3. Vouw de lipjes om .
7. Verw ijder de schroef E van de oven zoals u in Afb. 5 ziet.
8. Haal het netsnoer door de opening aan de onderkant van het inlaatkanaal 4 zoals u in Afb. 6 ziet.
9. Plaats het inlaatkanaal 4 m et de tw ee schroeven C en E (die u in stap 7 heeft verw ijderd) aan de
achterkant van de oven zoals u in Afb. 6 ziet.
Let op: Klem het netsnoer niet tussen de oven en het inlaatkanaal 4 vast.
10. Bevestig het inlaatkanaal 5 m et de drie schroeven C aan de achterkant van de oven zoals in Afb. 7 w ordt
getoond.
Let op: Klem het netsnoer niet tussen de oven en het inlaatkanaal 4 vast.
11. Verw ijder het papier van de drie kussens 7, 8 en 9. Bevestig het kussen 7 aan de linkerkant van het
inlaatkanaal 4 en bevestig het kussen 8 aan de bovenkant van het inlaatkanaal 4, aan de linkerkant van
het kussen 7 en aan de oven zoals in Afb. 8-a en 8-b w ordt getoond. Bevestig kussen 9 aan de bovenkant
van de oven zoals u in Afb. 8-a en 8-b ziet.
12. (Voor gebruik in Groot-Brittannië)
Plaats de oven op een tafel/kastje dat u voor de keukenkast heeft gezet.
Als u geen tafel/kastje gebruikt, zijn er tw ee personen nodig. Een persoon om de oven vast te houden en
een tw eede persoon om het netsnoer door de reeds gem aakte opening te leiden.
(Voor gebruik in Europa)
Plaats de oven op een tafel/kastje dat u voor de keukenkast heeft gezet.
Als u geen tafel/kastje gebruikt, zijn er tw ee personen nodig. Een persoon om de oven vast te houden en
een tw eede persoon om het netsnoer aan te sluiten.
13. Steek de stekker van het netsnoer van de oven in een stopcontact.
Let op: a. In Groot-Brittannië, verbind de oven m et een 230-240 V, 50 Hz spanningsbron.
b. In Europa, verbind de oven m et een 230 V, 50 Hz spanningsbron.
14. Controleer of de oven op de afstandsbeugels op de plank van de keukenkast staat. Stel vervolgens de
positie van de oven af zodat de voetjes van de oven in de uitsparingen van de afstandsbeugels passen
zoals in Afb. 2 w ordt getoond.
Let op: Controleer dat het netsnoer geen contact m et de ventilatie-openingen achter de oven m aakt.
15. Plaats het inbouw fram e-elem ent 0 boven de oven. Kontroleer dat het zow el horizontaal als vertikaal
recht zit. M aak m et tw ee schroeven D tijdelijk aan de keukenkast vast zoals in Afb. 9 w ordt getoond.
16. Steek de tw ee inbouw fram e-elem enten voor de zijkanten A tussen het inbouw fram e-elem ent 0 en de
keukenkast. Draai vervolgens de tw ee schroeven D stevig vast zoals in Afb. 9 w ordt getoond. Controleer
de plaats door de afstand tussen de rechter en linker inbouw fram e-elem enten voor de zijkanten A te
m eten. De afstand is aangegeven in Afb. 10.
Opm erking: Lijn het gat van het inbouw fram e-elem ent voor de zijkant A uit m et de schroef D bij het
insteken.
17. Breng het tw eede inbouw fram e-elem ent 0 aan op de inbouw fram e-elem enten voor de zijkanten A
onder de oven. M aak het inbouw fram e-elem ent 0 vervolgens via de gaten van de inbouw fram e-
elem enten voor de zijkanten A vast aan de keukenkast m et de tw ee schroeven D zoals in Afb. 9 w ordt
getoond.
Let op: Kontroleer dat 15,5 m m van de fram es (boven en onder) en de kast elkaar overlappen zoals
in Afb. 11 w ordt getoond, daar anders de deur van de keukenkast m ogelijk de inbouw fram e-
elem enten raakt.

INFORM AZIONI RIGUARDANTI LA SICUREZZA

ENGLISH
1. Per l'uso nell'Europa continentale soltanto, Gran Bretagna eccettuata.
Il forno deve essere collegato ad un circuito elettrico dotato di un interruttore (distanza tra i contatti
non inferiore ai 3 m m ), in m odo da poter isolare elettricam ente il forno in caso di pericolo.
Nell'installazione, com e interruttore si può usare un dispositivo di sicurezza quale un fusibile.
2. Staccate il cavo di alim entazione del forno dalla presa di corrente prim a dell'installazione.
3. Telaio
a. Accertatevi che l'EBR-9900 sia il telaio corretto per il vostro forno.

b. I forni a m icroonde Sharp sono progettati per essere installati com odam ente su un ripiano della
cucina, oppure per essere incorporati all'interno di un arm adietto della cucina usando il telaio.
c. La parte attorno EBR-9900 diventa calda da scottare quando il forno utilizza i riscaldatori. Fare
attenzione a non scottarsi nell'adoperare il forno.
4. Arm adietto della cucina
Preparate l'arm adietto della cucina nel m odo seguente:
a. L'arm adietto della cucina deve avere le dim ensioni seguenti, com e m ostrato nella Fig. 1.
Larghezza : 560 m m - 568 m m
Altezza : 450 m m

ISTRUZIONI PER L'INSTALLAZIONE

Sul fianco dell'arm adietto da cucina si deve praticare una apertura per la spina del cavo di alim entazione.
Nota Bene: La spina di corrente deve essere accessibile dopo l'installazione, oppure bisogna
provvedere un interruttore autom atico m ultipolare con una distanza tra i contatti di
alm eno 3 m m .

La presa di corrente deve essere installata a 150 m m dal piano inferiore dell'arm adietto e a 50 m m dalla
parete destra dell'arm adietto incorporato, com e m ostrato nella Fig. 1. La spina di corrente deve essere
accessibile dopo l'installazione, oppure il forno deve essere collegato ad un circuito elettrico dotato di

2. Togliete il kit incorporato dalla scatola d'im ballaggio.

regolando le estrem ità anteriori del ripiano e le staffe distanziali, e fissatele con le quattro viti B com e
m ostrato nella Fig. 1.
Nota: La freccia su ciascuna staffa distanziale deve essere rivolta verso di voi.
4. Collocate il condotto di scarico 2 sul soffitto dell'arm adietto da cucina lungo il pannello posteriore D e
la parete sinistra dell'arm adietto da cucina senza lo spazio m ostrato nelle Figg. 1 e 2. Fissate il soffitto
dell’arm adietto da cucina con due viti B da sotto, com e m ostrato nella Fig. 3.
5. Rim uovete la carta contradesiva dal cuscinetto 6. Attaccate il cuscinetto 6 al condotto di scarico 3,
com e m ostrato in Fig. 4.
6. Inserire due linguette del condotto di scarico 2 nelle fessure del condotto di scarico 3. E ripiegare le
linguette.
7. Togliete la vite E dal forno, com e m ostrato nella Fig. 5.
8. Fate passare il cavo di alim entazione attraverso il foro sul lato inferiore del condotto di aspirazione 4,
com e m ostrato nella Fig. 6.
9. Installate il condotto di aspirazione 4 sulla parte posteriore del forno con le due viti C e E (rim osse al
passo 7), com e m ostrato nella Fig. 6.
Attenzione: State attenti a non schiacciare il cavo di alim entazione tra il forno e il condotto di
aspirazione 4.
10. Installate il condotto di aspirazione 5 sulla parte posteriore del forno con le tre viti C, com e m ostrato in
Fig. 7.
Attenzione: State attenti a non schiacciare il cavo di alim entazione tra il forno e il condotto di
aspirazione 4.
11. Staccate la carta di protezione dai tre cuscinetti 7, 8 e 9. Attaccate il cuscinetto 7 ai lati superiore e
sinistro del condotto di aspirazione 4 e il cuscinetto 8 nella parte superiore del condotto di aspirazione
4, a sinistra del cuscinetto 7 e al forno, com e m ostrato nelle Figg. 8-a e 8-b. Attaccate il cuscinetto 9
alla parte superiore del forno, com e m ostrato nelle Figg. 8-a e 8-b.
12. (Per l'uso in Gran Bretagna)
M ettete il forno su un tavolo/supporto posizionato davanti all'arm adietto da cucina.
Se non preparate il tavolo/supporto, sono necessarie due persone : una per tenere il forno m entre l'altra
fa passare il cavo di alim entazione attraverso l'apertura praticata.
(Per l'uso nell'Europa continentale)
M ettete il forno su un tavolo/supporto posizionato davanti all'arm adietto da cucina.
Se non preparate il tavolo/supporto, sono necessarie due persone: una per tenere il forno m entre l'altra
lo collega alla presa di corrente.
13. Collegate il forno alla presa di corrente.
Attenzione: a. In Gran Bretagna, collegate il forno ad una presa di corrente di 230-240 V, 50 Hz.
b. Nell'Europa continentale, collegate il forno ad una presa di corrente di 230 V, 50 Hz.
14. Accertatevi che il forno sia posizionato sulle staffe distanziali sul ripiano dell'arm adietto da cucina.
Regolate poi la posizione del forno in m odo che i suoi piedini entrino negli incavi delle staffe distanziali,
com e m ostrato nella Fig. 2.
Attenzione: Accertatevi che il cavo di alim entazione non tocchi le aperture di ventilazione dietro il
forno.
15. Mettete l'elemento 0 del telaio incorporato sopra il forno, accertandovi che sia diritto sia orizzontalmente
sia verticalmente. Fissare con due viti D, senza stringere, all'armadio di cucina, come mostrato in Fig. 9.
16. Inserire due elem enti laterali A del telaio tra l'elem ento 0 del telaio e l'arm adio di cucina. E fissare due
viti D, stringendole bene, com e m ostrato in Fig. 9. Controllare il posizionam ento m isurando la distanza
tra gli elem enti laterali A, sinistro e destro, del telaio. La distanza è indicata in Fig. 10.
Nota: Per il corretto inserim ento, adattare il foro dell'elem ento A laterale del telaio alla vite D.
17. Installare il secondo elem ento 0 del telaio sugli elem enti laterali A del telaio sul bordo inferiore del forno.
E fissare l'elem ento 0 del telaio utilizzando i fori degli elem enti laterali A del telaio all'arm adio di cucina
con due viti D, com e m ostrato in Fig. 9.
Attenzione: Accertatevi che i 15,5 mm dei telai (superiore e inferiore) e dell'armadietto si sovrappongano
l'uno all'altro, com e m ostrato nella Fig. 11. In caso contrario, lo sportello dell'arm adietto
da cucina potrebbe toccare gli elem enti del telaio incorporato.

El horno debe estar conectado a un circuito eléctrico que tenga un conm utador (distancia entre
contactos de m ás de 3 m m ) para desconectar el horno en caso de peligro. Puede usarse en la
instalación un dispositivo de seguridad en vez del conm utador.
2. Desconecte el horno de la fuente de alim entación antes de la instalación.

5. Instalación cerca de un horno convencional:
a. Si va a instalar el horno de m icroondas cerca de un horno convencional, debe dejar espacio suficiente
entre am bos a fin de evitar el sobrecalentam iento debido a altas tem peraturas que doblaría y dañaría
el bastidor. Siga al respecto las instrucciones de instalación del fabricante del horno convencional.
b. No es posible instalar un horno de m icroondas encim a de otro horno convencional dado que el
sistem a de refrigeración del horno de m icroondas se verá afectado adversam ente por el aire caliente
producido por el horno convencional.
6. Instalación cerca de un refrigerador o congelador:

a. Si va a instalar el horno de m icroondas encim a de un refrigerador o congelador que requiera

ventilación en la parte trasera, será necesario instalar un conducto de ventilación detrás del horno
de m icroondas. Es im portante que siga detenidam ente el procedim iento de instalación de los
fabricantes del refrigerador/congelador.
b. No instale el horno de m icroondas encim a de un refrigerador o congelador que tenga ventilación por
la parte delantera.
7. Fijación
Para evitar que se m ueva el arm ario de la cocina cuando haya instalado el horno de m icroondas en él,

es im prescindible que el arm ario esté bien fijo y m ontado en la pared posterior de la cocina.
8. Ajustes y reparación
Es peligroso que su horno sea ajustado o reparado por alguien que no sea un técnico de servicio
autorizado y entrenado adecuadam ente por Sharp.
Si el aparato se quitara alguna vez de su arm ario deberá volverse a instalar siguiendo estas instrucciones,
que deben guardarse en un lugar seguro para tenerlas com o futura referencia.

INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACION
1. (Para uso en el Reino Unido)
Deberá realizarse un corte en el lado del arm ario de cocina para la clavija del horno.
Nota: La clavija de conexión a la red eléctrica deberá quedar accesible después de realizar la
instalación, o deberá proporcionarse una desconexión m ediante interruptor de todos los
polos con una separación de contactos de un m ínim o de 3 m m en cada polo.
(Para uso en Europa Continental)
La tom a de corriente eléctrica de la pared debe estar instalada a 150 m m de altura por encim a del suelo
del arm ario de la cocina y a 50 m m de la pared derecha del arm ario de la cocina, tal com o indica la Fig.
1. La clavija de conexión a la red eléctrica deberá quedar accesible después de realizar la instalación, o
el horno deberá conectarse a un circuito eléctrico que tenga un interruptor de todos los polos (separación
de contactos no inferior a 3 m m ) para desconectar el horno en caso de peligro. Com o interruptor podrá
utilizarse un dispositivo de seguridad, tal com o un fusible, de la instalación.
2. Saque del paquete el juego de piezas del bastidor que se adjunta.
3. Coloque las m énsulas de espaciam iento 1 en el estante a lo largo de las paredes izquierda y derecha del
arm ario de la cocina, ajustando los extrem os delanteros del estante y las m énsulas de espaciam iento,
y únalos con los cuatro tornillos B com o se m uestra en la Fig. 1.
Precaución: La m arca de la flecha en cada m énsula de espaciam iento debe estar apuntando hacia la
parte delantera.
4. Ponga el conducto de escape 2 en el techo del arm ario de cocina a lo largo de la pared posterior de la
alacena D y de la pared izquierda del arm ario de cocina, sin que quede separación, com o se m uestra en
las Figs. 1 y 2. Asegúrela al techo del arm ario de cocina con los dos tornillos B introducidos desde abajo
com o se m uestra en la Fig. 3.
5. Retire el papel de protección de la alm ohadilla 6. Coloque la alm ohadilla 6 en el conducto de escape
3 com o se m uestra en la Fig. 4.
6. Inserte dos lengüetas del conducto de escape 2 en las ranuras del conducto de escape 3. Y pliegue las
lengüetas.
7. Quite el tornillo E del horno tal com o indica la Fig. 5.
8. Deje que el cable de alim entación pase a través del orificio de la parte inferior del conducto de adm isión
4, tal com o m uestra la Fig. 6.
9. Instale el conducto de adm isión 4 en la parte posterior del horno con los dos tornillos C y E (que quitó
en el paso 7), tal com o indica la Fig. 6.
Precaución: Evite que el cable de alim entación quede atrapado, sujeto o enganchado entre el horno
y el conducto de adm isión 4.
10. Instale el conducto de admisión 5 en la parte posterior del horno con tres tornillos C como se muestra en la Fig. 7.
Precaución: Evite que el cable de alimentación quede atrapado, entre el horno y el conducto de admisión 4.
11. Quite el papel de relleno de las tres alm ohadillas 7, 8 y 9. Instale la alm ohadilla 7 en el lado izquierdo
del conducto de adm isión 4 y coloque la alm ohadilla 8 en la parte superior del conducto de adm isión
4, al lado izquierdo de la alm ohadilla 7 y el horno com o se m uestra en las Figs. 8-a y 8-b. Instale la
alm ohadilla 9 en la parte superior del horno, tal com o m uestran las Figs 8-a y 8-b.
12. (Para uso en el Reino Unido)
Ponga el horno en una m esa/soporte ubicada enfrente del arm ario de cocina.
Si no prepara la m esa/soporte necesitará dos personas.
Una para sujetar el horno m ientras la otra pasa el cable de alim entación por el corte preparado.
(Para uso en Europa Continental)
Ponga el horno en una m esa/soporte ubicada enfrente del arm ario de cocina.
Si no prepara la m esa/soporte necesitará dos personas.
Una para sujetar el horno m ientras la otra lo conecta a una tom a de corriente.
13. Conecte el horno a una tom a de corriente.
Precaución: a. En el Reino Unido, conecte el horno a una tom a de corriente de 230-240V, 50 Hz.
b. En el continente europeo, conecte el horno a una tom a de corriente de 230V, 50Hz.
14. Asegúrese de que el horno esté en las m énsulas de espaciam iento de la estantería del m ueble de cocina.
Luego ajuste la posición del horno de m odo que sus patas queden acopladas en los huecos de las
m énsulas de espaciam iento com o se m uestra en la Fig. 2.
Precaución: Asegúrese de que el cable de alim entación no toca ni obstruye las aberturas de
ventilación que hay detrás del horno.
15. Coloque el elem ento del bastidor incorporado 0 en la parte superior del horno asegurándose de que
queda nivelado tanto vertical com o horizontalm ente. Sujete sin apretar el arm ario de cocina con los dos
tornillos D com o se m uestra en la Fig. 9.
16. Inserte los dos elem entos laterales del bastidor incorporado A entre el elem ento del bastidor incorporado
0 y el m ueble de cocina. Y asegure firm em ente los dos tornillos D com o se m uestra en la Fig. 9.
Com pruebe la ubicación m idiendo la distancia entre los elem entos laterales derecho e izquierdo del
bastidor incorporado A. La distancia se indica en la Fig. 10.
Nota: Ajuste el agujero del elemento lateral del bastidor incorporado A en el tornillo D cuando haga la inserción.
17. Instale el segundo elem ento del bastidor incorporado 0 sobre los elem entos laterales del bastidor
incorporado A en el borde inferior del horno. Y asegure el elem ento del bastidor incorporado 0 a través
de los agujeros de los elem entos laterales del bastidor incorporado A en el m ueble de cocina em pleando
dos tornillos D com o se m uestra en la Fig. 9.
Precaución: Asegúrese de que los 15,5 m m de los bastidores (superior e inferior) y del arm ario se
solapan tal com o m uestra la Fig. 11. Si no es así, puede que la puerta del arm ario de
cocina toque los elem entos del bastidor incorporado.
