Lokesh Kumar worked as an engineer servicing traction converters for the electric loco shed in Tughlakabad throughout March. Same contactor WED 04.03.20 AM PM 37193 is being change. TKD 37193- Contactor 52/5 changed by shed staff. After that 37193, working checked found normal and given fit for service. 31545 31545- Main power off reported. 09:50 07:15 THU 05.03.20 Found charging failure in both SR. Block mode released AM PM and loco working found normal. Checked input side and dc measurement ckt, same reconnected. Loco given fit for service. 09:50 07:00 TKD Loco came in schedule. Loco working did not check due to FRI 06.03.20 AM PM 31788 battery box opened for maintenance. SAT 07.03.20 No loco – off day

TUE 10.03.20 HOLI FESTIVAL HOLIDAY WED 11.03.20 LEAVE THU 12.03.20 LEAVE NDLS Reported BUR2 isolated. Found VCE fault in phase-2. 11:00 07:00 FRI 13.03.20 37193 Swapped GD card of bur2 with bur1 and calibration done. AM PM Loco working normal and given fit for service. NDLS Attended loco for silent failure case in LC2 V BOT IGBT GE 11:00 07:30 37293 short ckt in SR1. Changed IGBT and GD card in SR1 and SAT 14.03.20 AM PM redundancy firmware updated in both VCU repeater/coupler cards. Loco given fit for service.

ANVT 39037- SR2 TM2 temperature sensor fail.
39037,Found loose connection at connector panel sub-D 30229,connector. Same tightened. Checked loco working in 37299 power. MC3 pebb module got bursted in SR2. Loco booked dead towards home shed GZB. 09:40 10:00 MON 16.03.20 30229- Main power off reported. After downloading data AM PM found over current recorded in bur2/bur3. Loco is under analysis. 37299- Reported both TFP pressure not ok. Checked TFP pressure values after swapping GD cards of bur2 and bur3, found low (0.55 to 0.65 bar). Pressure sensor to be check. ANVT 37299- Found both TFP pump direction was reversed, 30229, same corrected by shed staff. Loco working checked found 37299 normal and given fit for service. 30229- After checking found unloader valve of CP not 09:50 09:00 TUE 17.03.20 working that’s why CP taking more current. On checking AM PM found VCU2 Q slot not giving output due to this unloader not working. Interchanged Q slot with J slot card. After that loco working checked found normal and given fit for service. ANVT 39037- Checked control connection in MC3 pebb in SR2. 09:50 09:00 39037, This found no loose connection but continuity and voltage WED 18.03.20 AM PM 30715 not available at CT. Reconnected junction connector in MC3, after that continuity and voltage found. NDLS Reported bogie-1 isolated. Data downloaded and checked 12:30 07:00 30402 visually found MC1 pebb module was in bursted THU 19.03.20 PM PM condition. Loco moved towards home shed GZB for rectification. TKD Loco reported for MC3 IGBT VCEsat and GD link error in 10:00 06:30 FRI 20.03.20 32237 SR2. SR1 PEC TRAC swapped with SR2 PEC TRAC for MC3 AM PM GD link error. 12:30 07:00 GZB Fitted two IGBT in MC1 pebb module in SR1 and make SAT 21.03.20 PM PM 30402 loco healthy.

MON 23.03.20 No shed visit due to lockdown
TKD Main power off reported due to life sign missing missing 11:00 06:30 32226 from all sub system. TUE 24.03.20 AM PM Changed both VCU repeater and coupler cards and loco given fit for service. WED 25.03.20 No shed visit due to lockdown TKD 31991- Reported bogie-1 isolated due to LC1 V TOP IGBT 31991, GE short ckt. After checking found LC1 V TOP IGBT was 32169 short. So LC1 V TOP IGBT and GD card changed and loco 10:00 06:30 THU 26.03.20 given fit for service. AM PM 32169- After schedule checkd found one time MC1 GD link error recorded in SR2. So checked state machine, found ok. Loco given fit for service. FRI 27.03.20 No shed visit due to lockdown SAT 28.03.20 No shed visit due to lockdown MON 30.03.20 No shed visit due to lockdown TUE 31.03.30 No shed visit due to lockdown
