Status: Assist INS for internal inspection, done.
Remaining:
- Dismantled scaffolding and housekeeping
Note: Scaffolding will be used for V-4510 (next planning).
4215907 INS-VES-7-A-2840/IN-MAJ
Status: Mobilization and install scaffolding, i/p. OperGuide for this activity already requested to PRP.
Remaining:
- Spading/de spading activity
- Assist INS for internal inspection
- Dismantled scaffolding.
Note: Work permit already issued. Hold waiting for OperGuide and plug for cooler (by MEC).

4206208 Fabricate and install 14” dummy spool at 7-A-2840

Status: LOP, ready. Install scaffolding on 19/02/2020.
Remaining: Remove 14” #150 blind flange (2 ea), then install 14” spool.
Note: Lifting assistance by crane already submitted to LOG, lifting will be done on 21/02/20. Hydro test
spool i/p.

8478221 INS-VES-1-FWKO-B /IN-MAJ

Status: Scaffolding already installed, need for re validation due to some materials (metal deck) temporary
removed for another activity.
Remaining: Job scope for internal inspection can not started, blocking point at SDV-4022A, due to can
not fully lock closed.
Note: Actuator and BV of SDV-4022A already dismantled for repairing by MNP.
No updated info, as per last hand over.

 TPA TLA and CSU

4213266 INS-VES-T-2150 /IN-MAJ

Status: Scaffolding (2 sets) already installed and validated. Mobilization tools and equipment for confined
space job, such as: turbex, hose, tarpaulin, half mask, etc.
Remaining: Spading and remove spool, Draining and flushing activity, open man hole and internal
cleaning. Assist INS for internal inspection.
Note: Due to material availability, WO. 4213862 cannot be done during this window. Internal inspection
activity at T-2150 will be done without installing by pass line.

4213921 Install new by pass line 2” instrument air

Status:
- Tools and 2” spool already transferred to job site.
Remaining:
- Remove existing line and install new by pass line with 3” ball valve and pipe support (1 ea). Tie ins to
existing by cold joint.
Note: Waiting green lights from PRS, paralel with WO. 421778.

4212778 Fabricate and install 2” connection air dryer

Status: Tools and 2” spool already transferred to job site.
Remaining: Remove existing spool and install new spool (already modified) with 2” ball valve, and pipe
supports (1 ea), tie ins to existing by cold joint only.
Note: Waiting green light from PRS, parallel with WO. 4213921.
